Ive been sitting at Firestone in Springfield TN since 0830 am its now 1:17 pm waiting for a tirehub driver to bring my tires to the location so the team can put them on. I was told theyd be here by 10 am.. The store manager here called them and was told hes the first stop theyll be here in 15 mins this was at noon.I work for a logistics and delivery company so I have some insight to how p&d works. My advice is to be honest if youre going to be late so people have a good expectation as to when things will happen.Id rather be mad youre late than be even more mad that you lie about your ETA. Tighten it up guysUpdate to this the driver finally showed up at 1:47 pm
