I knew they were going to do a terrible job when I had to ask them to take off 3 nails because my nail were Cricket

I should of read the review before i walked into this place.As i was shopping i decided to get my nails done here and from the minute i walked in the male nail tech was snarky amd rude.i didnt feel he cared about how they woupd look because he was doing a rush job.im used to hospitable nail salons and this wasnt it was cold and rushy.This is my first and last time coming to this nailsalon.good luck yall.

I wished I had checked the reviews before walking in. I received the worst pedicure ever and needed to go to another shop to have it redone because I didn’t want to waste any more time at Nail Trail. Do not waste your time and money on any service at this nail shop, This shop needs to be closed as I was literally ripped off as they go through the motions but aren’t really doing any work of quality.

I came to get matching nails with my best friend. i was very satisfied with the result of mine because the male nail technician is great! he takes his time into making nails amazing. but, can’t say the same about my best friends nails. they were chunky and uneven and i went off for not wanting to pay $35 for some messed up nails that weren’t even gel. they were being really disrespectful and i dont recommend this place at all unless you get them done with the male. at the end, they took them out and her nails look like this now.

Bad customer service. The guy was unprofessional and he needs to work on his attitude. Just went to get my polish removed and the guy was unprofessional. Please don’t get your nails done there the vibe is just different.

I got a fill in with gel polish on Friday, washed dishes Saturday and 6 of my nails starting peeling. Polish and rhinestones fell off. They fixed them for free Sunday. I was being super careful even though I should not have to be, I took a shower Sunday night and noticed them bubbling up later that night the polish peeled off again. I payed $80 for my nails and toes to last a weekend. I would go back for the third time but I live 30 minutes away. Very very poor quality for what I payed.

Products they use are TERRIBLE.top clear coat started pealing & my nails broke off within days of me getting them done. the actual acrylic nails are cheap as hell.

The worst experience ever, please never go to this place, they are rude, they hurted my nails and hands

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I don’t ever write reviews on anything but I had to give a review to this nail salon. If you are thinking of going to this nail salon because it’s close to you, do not do it. Drive a little more further and go to another nail salon with better service and better ratings/reviews.The customer service is horrible. They work at a fast pace. Do not listen to what you want. Upcharge you in everything. SUPER expensive. Say one thing and do the other. Give attitude.One simple pedicure $25, while other place does more for $25. It’s not worth it.

They don’t honor their hours of operation. Was told they were closed because they wanted to go home early. An hour early. Very insulting but looking at all these other reviews I’m happy I didn’t get my nails done by Nail Trickum.

I used to love this place, well i actually love my nail tech Anna. She was the best. I tried getting my nails done by other workers and it wasn’t the same as Anna. I came one day to find out Anna is gone! we want her back! 💔

Walked in signed in then was told I had to wait 15 min because no one read the sign in sheet so they were taking 2 that came after me. Got that corrected. So I sit down to Luke warm water. I was never asked what level pedicure I wanted. He does some awful foot rub for 2 seconds and charges 25 dollars. I do nails but wanted a nice pedicure by someone else for my birthday. Never ever again. They lost the best they had when Twee left. Awful!!!!!!

Only come to this salon for Ann!! The 5 stars are definitely for her. No matter the service she is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and will not let any one but her do my nails or toes! Thank you Ann!

Don’t come here if you expect good service!! I paid $15 extra for my a gel pedi only for her to tell me they ran out of the color when it was time to do my nails. I’m sure the grass isn’t greener on the other side but I’m guessing other salons don’t run out your color in the midst of getting your nails done! Don’t waste your time, energy, or money on this place!

I have been going here to get my nails done for 5 years. Anthony does my nails. He has great customer service and Im always happy with his service. When I call before I come up there he gets me in and out. I never wait!

Came in for a pedicure which was horrible because of the way they unevenly cut and shaped my toe nails and two days later the polish started chipping. Went back to nicely ask if they could redo the polish and they rudely told me to come back in 30mins but I bet if I was getting a regular service they would assist me right away. Don’t even waste your time or money coming here even if they are conveniently close to you.

The place was clean and very appealing. I had a friendly staff who did my pedicure and manicure. The price is also reasonable.

Got a “gel” polish, shape was off, color was really thick and lumpy and didn’t even last 3 days. The “gel” polish literally pealed off like dollar store nail polish. Except the dollar store ones actually stay on. I was so mad and was going to go back and complain but not even worth the energy. Just know I wouldn’t waste my money there again

Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time. They skip right over customers with no remorse. They will give you a wait time of 10 minutes and you’ll be waiting for 45 minutes just to be skipped over and have to wait for the next technician

I came in to get a pedi and fullset the girl that did my feet did not listen to anything I asked.. Then wen I asked for someone else to do it over right they refused and wanted to tell me it was done right.. I know what smooth feet feel like. Then when I get in my var to look both where messed up.. I still had skin peeling on both my feet.. I did brag about this place but after today I will not return or recommend it to anyone else..

I only went to get a color change the nail technician was terrible. The paint easily came off not gona waste my time or money on this place.

March 22Came in tonight around 8:15 or 8:25 it was the only nail salon open in a 15 mile radius of my house. I was extremely desperate had just gotten off work so I didn’t care to read up on any of the reviews.But my first impression was how conveniently located the nail place was between Sears and Ross right as you walk in. You didn’t have to walk around the mall to get to it! Also the young lady at the front was extremely sweet. She took me down fast and got the pedicure water ready for the gentleman doing my nails. But...as I sat down and waited I saw trash from previous customers, massage remotes broken, the wooden arm rest on one of the chairs broken off. The salon was tight. It felt very trapping. Very chaotic, shopping bags everywhere it just didn’t look very appealing or relaxing. Things were outdated: host stand, chairs, massage chairs, sinks, supplies, paint, floor, and the desks where they do the nails. It needs a FACELIFT to say the least, some tender love and care. Remodel for sure!!! It keeps customers happy and keeps your wallets full!! I also noticed they don’t use liners for the pedicures baths!!! MAJOR no no!!! Germs, galore!! It felt grainy at the bottom of the bowl! I didn’t even want to know what it was! The gentlemen who did my toes painted them fantastic, no complaints on the paint! BUT he didn’t strike up any conversation with me, didn’t ask the type of pedicure I wanted and rushed through it!!! I was just another number to them!! I don’t trust their sanitizing practices! I honestly don’t even want to know what has touched me that has touched a dozen feet before me!! Will not be back! Not only because it was uncomfortable and not for me but because I have a nail salon I regularly go to! They were just closed!!!It was $25 but $30 with tip. I give it 3 stars because 1. Lady up front 2. Convenient location 3. Paint Job!!!

Horrible. The women who did my Acrylics was very rough ! When filing she made cuts in my nails and the polish is very sloppy. When I told her thank you she ignored me. I recommend this place to no one.

*First timer* Didn’t even get a chance to go in and get anything done because the lady that greeted us (after we stood there forever) was the rudest person ever, acted as if we were bothering her. We told her we wanted a polish change and the price on the wall was different from what she told us so when we pointed out the price was different she turned her nose up and walked away. I Will never come back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Her name is Tee.

I wanted to try this nail salon because it was conveniently located in the mall BIG MISTAKE! I stopped the guy after he stated cutting at my cuticles with my first hand, and told him I was not happy with his work. As I started to leave he said he dares me to leave without paying so when I said I wasnt paying he called security. Security came and made me pay $4 which was totally unfair because my hand looked terrible. I will never come to this nail trix again very unprofessional and bad service.

The lady was rude and she cut my nails when I didn’t want them cut and the color I got was wrong and then my nails aren’t even good they look like a got them done a week ago. Although my eyebrows are good she should stick to that..

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE!! I know its convenient since theyre located in the mall, but DO NOT GO HERE! WARNING: They do not line the pedicure bath at all! The whole entire time I was thinking of how many feet have been in the tub before mine and if I was going to catch any kind of bacteria. Heres the kicker: Once I was finished, THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE TUB! They only organized their station and continued to service anyone else that walked in the door. The guy who did my pedicure clearly did not know how to apply polish. He had to redo so many toes because I told him they looked gloppy. When my toes were finally painted, he then started to take off the gel on my fingernails. For those of you who know, it has to be soaked in acetone. While applying the soaked cotton to my nails, this guys spills the chemical all over my hand and doesnt even acknowledge it! No towel, no apology, no nothing! I had to sit in the chair for it to dry and when I say dry, my whole entire hand was white! He continued with the rest of my manicure which I then had a different lady finish since he did a HORRIBLE job. Even with my dissatisfaction, my total came out to be $65. Total complete bs. I paid $100 cash and this guy ripped me off! Instead of giving me my $35 change, he only gave me $25. These people seriously are ridiculous. And dont forget their unprofessionalism. I get that side conversations happen, but you clearly do not have to YELL when customers are right in front of you. They were all on their phone and what they cared more about was their Starbucks drink order than their customers. Bs. Nothing but BS!!!!!

I got a full set of acrylics here yesterday and I am not happy with the service. I asked for a coffin shape and got more of a square shape. Some of the nails also came out crooked.

Dont waste yit time going there not only did they over charge my card but my nails turned out nothing like they were suooosed to and then began to break literally hours after getting them done . Youd think after paying so much youd get a good nail job far from true

Worst experience in a nail salon ever! Half way through my treatment she said she couldnt do gel polish nails as she hadnt enough time seriously. If she had told me that at the start I would have gone somewhere else. I spasificaly asked for gel polish but she refused! Dont take on a client if you cant do what you ask for. When i arrived there waswa male nail technition asleep in one of the chairs with a mask on his face! Ive never seen before .Very unprofessional! I wont ever be back and will be advising friends to stay away from this place. Ps they only since out the foot pools between each person with water and dont use the barriers gross.

Im very disappointed. .i came to this mall specifically for my nails to get done..all I needed was a fill in..they had three workers doing nothing..and no one waiting... they closed at 10 and I got there at 8:40. They literally told me just no. We are booked .. BUT THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE WAITING. I will never attempt to go back and that was my first time going.

DO NOT GO HERE. I paid a extra 15 for gel and 5 gold flakes in total I paid $48 for my nails . The person who did my nails messed up THREE times. There was multiple air bubbles. My nails where already risen by the first week I had them on. Then I had got gold flakes and it TURNED GREEN.!!!!! DONT GO!!!!

Under staffed, Had to wait a whole hour with my feet in the tub as well with getting my nails did, I gotten gel nails and my paint is coming off completely.

Came in this morning to get a fill and she told me it was going to be 38 dollars 20 for a fill 15 for gel and a cut down so I asked for the break down and was told the prices we’re because of their rent,, how did that become my problem so basically she’s says we over charging to cover rent,, Not something u tell customers totally turn off,, and I work in the same mall shame
