I live in Roanoke VA and today Brad came to install my Glo Fiber. I recently had Knee surgery and was currently on the floor do my Physical Therapy and when he entered the yard my small dog went in small dog attack mode (she wouldnt hurt a fly) as I was trying to get out of the floor to see the commotion I saw Brad making friends with my little furry girl. Brad was so kind and compassionate with me. I cant really say enough good things about Brad, but my hat is off to him, he is a great guy. Great install service today from Brad Purser, with setup initially provide by Damon. Brad was super fast and I appreciated that he used the existing cable entry point into the house. He made sure the transition was seamless on passwords etc. And, funny guy, totally comfortable having him in the house. Thank you!

I had installation today and the experience was wonderful. This was installed in Roanoke and Ed was awesome. He made suggestions about alternate placement (which would not mean drilling on my hardwood floors) and was glad to share his knowledge and get me set up in minutes with all my equipment. He did not waste one second and seemed to run everywhere. Everything is connected and I am very happy with the results

Adam was a pleasure to speak to on the phone! No sales pitch or pushy tactics; just a normal chat to see what package was a good fit for my needs. I love my Glo Fiber.It is very fast.James installed everything, explained and is very professional.I called Glo Fiber regarding how to pay a bill and got on the conversation of cost.My sales guy, David, promised my rates would not go up.I said not being on a contract anything can happen.David reassured me my price will not ever increase.Speaking with a guy at Glo Fiber on 9/28/21 said he didnt know why I was told that.I got an email on 9/28/21 regarding billing and it said rates are based on 2020 and January 1 rates will increase.How dishonest of a company just beginning in Salem, Va.He even told me I could go back to Comcast.

Roanoke, VAJohn & Brad just completed the install of our new GloFiber wifi. They were super friendly, fast, and generally a pleasure to deal with. If I was going to have to deal with an 8:30 am install as a non morning person, I could not of asked for better guys to handle it. They got the two of us all set up with the apps on our phones before they left. Just a good experience all around.

Man these guys from start to finish have had OUTSTANDING customer service. They were wonderful to work with on the phone and there was barely any hold time. I even called back and asked for the same lady I spoke to and they transferred her to me. It is month to month no contract!Matt, our tech, was super efficient with his time and had everything up and running pretty fast. He even stayed and helped me download and sign up on the app.About a week after the install someone from the main office gave me a call to see how everything was working and to make sure I was satisfied with the process so far.No other internet provider weve had has been as easy this one and none of them have any customer service.Im sticking with these guys. They cant be beat on price and service in my book. And I rarely write reviews unless I have a complaint. But I wanted to make it a point. Give this company your business. They are awesome!

We had Glo Fiber installed a few days ago and have been extremely pleased with the service so far! Brad arrived promptly at our home (unlike other providers that give you 4+ hour long windows for installation!) and was great at explaining everything. The hub and routers were installed and working quickly and he was done within an hour. We’ve since received the bill with no hidden fees and have connected all our devices and everything is working great. Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the installation process. Stephen was very efficient and helpful. He explained everything and how to work it and set up and answered all my questions. He was even kind enough to make me aware that he noticed an issue with our plumbing in the crawl space while he was installing. Would definitely recommend!

So disappointed with this service. We were really excited about switching to a fiber network and waited patiently for services to be available. My fiancee Lauren scheduled our installation date and scheduled our cox service to be turned off that night. Well they never showed! They came last week to prep our outside line, and then never showed up for the installation yesterday. When we called to see what the issue was, they said they couldnt get us in til NEXT WEEK, even though it was their error!. So here I am, with no internet when I work from home. Theyve really screwed us over and havent done anything to fix it. They basically said sorry, I guess you can go back to Cox. Even though that will cost me more money I will now have to sign a new contract with cox and hope that I can get my previous low rate back, although I doubt it. Glo Fiber have cost us time, money, and headaches, not to mention negatively impacting my career. Total mess. We should have just stuck with Cox in the first place.

We switched to Glo Fiber internet over a month ago and have been loving it. The speeds and prices are exactly as advertised. Our technician, Kevin, who set everything up was very knowledgeable and made sure we didnt have any questions before leaving. The customer service so far has been excellent, although we havent had to use it much because things have been running very smoothly so far. I highly recommend Glo Fiber at this point.

Sean did an amazing job; since we still have a land line, it took him a little extra time, but he was professional, polite, and never complained! He took the time to show me how to work everything and didn’t rush through my questions. And the services have been great! Fast internet!!

I got Glo Fiber final install today. All the techs have been great. The Final install was done by Lee. He was amazing. Polite. On time. Looked over what I needed. But most importantly, listen to what I wanted for my lifestyle. I am still in shock that I was given 2 eero routers for no cost or monthly fees. He did make sure I knew they still belong to Glo, I just borrowing them. Which is great. Thank you to line techs and David, my sales rep. I am so glad a company is back to providing upfront service.

Dale installed our fiber cabling discreetly, without drilling additional holes in the flooring, set up the modem, waited to see if the new router would coexist with it, and paid us a second visit to shake down the transfer of a Comcast number to our fiber phone account. Everything was done efficiently, without drama. Dale was respectful, affable and accommodating in every way that matters. Three cheers for Glo Fiber and the hills with Dale!

Tim came to our home because we had some issues with our TV. He was very thorough with his testing and found we had issues with 1 of our Glo boxes. He gave us several options and replaced it with a Firestone. Which I love. He explained how to use it very well and spent extra time making sure I knew how to use it. Extremely happy with our Glo Fiber service. We recently moved and have had Glo Fiber now for about 6 months - the speed is amazing, and weve not had a single interruption. Had to put in a call yesterday after we had an Invisible Fence installed for our dogs and the installers accidentally hit the fiber line. Glo Fiber sent two guys out at 8am this morning, and they hand dug the trench to replace the line. Not only did they hand dig, they took the extra time to replace all the turf so that it looks as though they were never here. Absolutely amazing, Thanks to CHRIS and his partner who did such an amazing job for us today.

I had my Glo Fiber installed today in Lynchburg, VA. The installation technician, Kwon, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. My sales rep James was also great, he followed up when necessary and even stopped by my home after the install was finished to make sure everything went well. All devices seem to be working well. The only thing for me is when I run a speed test on my computer, it does not reach the stated speed...but when I run the test on my phone through the app, it does seem to reach the speed. So, who knows. But either way, Im pleased with the service thus far. Im very thankful for the helpful service.

My installation occurred two days ago and I am fully satisfied. Stephan was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and answered all my questions. I have internet service only and the triple download speed that I am getting, compared to my replaced Comcast, is slightly noticeable, but the upload speed is tremendous. Im saving $15 a month with better service and much friendlier customer service.

Ive been looking to get away from Comcast for about 2 years. Called Glo Fiber about 1 1/2 years ago, and finally it has become available for me. Derek Wright came to install the fiber and modem. His work was flawless and he even offered to work with me if the modem doesnt get all the proper updates. I highly recommend Glo Fiber, and give them a call if they arent in your area yet....it might just help out.

Our Glo Fiber experience has been superb throughout. The sales and customer service staff were extremely helpful and consistently in good moods. We selected an 8am-10am window for installation at our house. Chris and Anthony were rocking and rolling by 8:20am. They may have been here earlier talking to my spouse, not sure. Chris is the man! He treated us very well and had a great attitude. Getting this guy into a regional management position as the company grows would be a smart move.
