UPDATE: it’s been 2 weeks and 2 nails are lifting and the Polish chipped on one of my nails and it’s gel. I usually get my nails done at an individuals home and they never lift or peel so im a little disappointed.I wish i remembered the lady’s name who did my nails because she did a great job! I was almost in there for 2 hours getting a pedi and full set but it was worth it!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. For starters my first time visiting this shop was August 20th I got a fill in and pedicure, When the nail tech was done I noticed my nails were different shapes... no biggie I’ll just have them fix the next time is what I was thinking BUT by the 2nd day MY nails started breaking off, (very weird never experienced That). So i politely notified the salon to allow them to know my concern and that I would be in today to get them repaired. As soon as I arrived one of there guy nail techs or managers pretty much told me I had to pay or cut them off. At this point because I’m pressed for time I had no choice but to let them repair my nails. Here’s how my nails came out. Bulky, different shape not only that the nail tech didn’t even clean from around my nails after she finished... If your looking for a great nail salon I highly recommend you find somewhere else.

Their pedicures are good, but I came in for a manicure today and I was not pleased at all. My nails are so THICK, especially my right hand and the pinky nails! Such a sloppy job! I’m very disappointed.

I absolutely love this nail salon! It is always clean and they are always quick to greet you. I have gotten my nails done here several times and i always ask for Mai she is amazing and profesional.

Halo nails is a very clean, beautiful and professional establishment. The nail techs there are friendly and they seemed to really care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers.The lady who did my nails at station 10 was very very professional and polite. She took her time to ensure that every detail, color, shape and jewelry piece was exactly to my liking and matched the picture as perfectly as she could.The nail art they are capable of designing is top tier. Well above average. I also receive a pedicure which was equally as good as . She really care for my feet and made sure to polish the well. I will absolutely be going back to Halo nails everytime. Its about what you want nothing less.

I had almost given up on finding a good nail tech...I love to get my nails done.. but its been exhausting trying to find someone who takes pride in their work and everywhere Ive gone since moving to Georgia has been terrible. Ive had issues with lifting, uneven shaping, overpriced, etc...it was very frustrating.Then I randomly decided to give it another shot and came here on a whim. Jessica did a wonderful job on my nails a few weeks ago. Its been over two weeks now and my nails are still beautiful with absolutely zero lifting, I will be making another appointment in the next few days for a fill in... I am very very happy with this place, Jessica took her time and trimmed my cuticles, used the oil, picked a color for me that complimented my skin tone, and everyone else was very nice too. Best salon Ive been to during the last ten months Ive been in Georgia.

Update : it has only been one week and all the nails on my left hand have lifted and snagged off .... my right hand is still on but still lifting, it’s not even time for a fill ... I literally wasted $70 dollars and my designs were not even intense or complicated 😩😩😩😩. Side not * I have an office job so nothing straining or hard that I do to make them lift this way .I love that I went and waited for so long but Kevin was very accommodating. He is very precise with shaping and has laying nails down to a science . If he is servicing someone else his work is so good it’s always worth a few mins wait . I do prefer to get my nails done here but not my pedicure .

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon when I came in for a pedicure. I got the deluxe service and it was absolutely amazing. The pedicurist was so wonderful, she took her time on my feet and I left feeling brand new. I do remember her name, but I think I will keep that to myself 😝😂.

I was not happy with my service . I have a lot of bubbles in my nails and a lot of the white dust from filing where it should be clear . Will not return

Ignore all the 1-2 star reviews. All the 5 star reviews speak the truth. I am by far highly impressed and satisfied with this place. I finally found an amazing place where they can do any nail design I show them a picture of. My experience at this shop has always been excellent. The shop is clean, very comforting, beautiful, and professional. Mai does my full set acrylics & Cindy does my pedicure. Ask for Mai or Cindy! They both work together and always do an outstanding job on me and other clients. This atmosphere is friendly, if you want to have a conversation with any of the nail techs at this job they will have an enjoyable conversation with you. I strongly recommend their service! Pedicure was great. Gel nails were not only expensive but poorly done. The next day they started peeling from the top. He didn’t finish the edges wellAnd it was a waste of time. Will not go back

Mai is so great! The salon is very clean and serene. Everyone who works there is always so nice and accommodating. She, and the other technicians are passionate about making sure that you LOVE your nails! They welcome walk-ins as well which has come through in a clutch for me. This is my fourth visit to the salon and Mai never disappoints!

This was my first time going to Halo (walk-in client) and the only thing I was impressed by was the decor. I Googled best pedicure near me and Halo popped up hence my visit. Most of the individuals providing service did not understand English which was frustrating when trying to explain what I wanted to the nail tech assigned to me. I paid $50 for a gel pedicure (more including tip) and, a day later, theres still dead skin on my feet and the polish does not cover the sides of all my toe nails. Im thinking Halo regulars may have a better experience but I dont plan on returning. First impressions are key. Please NOTE: I specifically asked for their best nail tech, made it clear this was my first visit and informed the nail tech of me going out of town.

It was my very first time visiting this nail salon and it was an amazing experience! I was greeted soon as I walked in, the employees and the environment were very welcoming. I was seated for a pedi and Tana helped me get comfortable in my chair and turned the massage on. I really enjoyed it and felt so pampered and relaxed! The pedi and massage felt amazing and I loved my nail design by Tana ( i think is her name). I’m super excited togo back!

I got my nails done on monday. everyone there was supper sweet the place looks nice on the inside but the only reason why i give it a 1 star is because after 24 hours 6 out of my 10 nails came off. i got gel nails and they all just came of my fingers the next day.

Even though the place and staff is nice, the women who did my nails seemed a bit lazy and they literally just opened up. I got a gel nail color change and didn’t like them. Also, the lady who did my deluxe pedicure rushed through properly cleaning around my nail bed. Still see dead skin around em. That’s the most important step and why I even bother getting a pedi. She kept cutting me as well. I only came here because the nail salon I faithfully go to isn’t open on Mondays. I thought I would be satisfied leaving because of the reviews. Will not be coming here again.

Took over an hour for a pedicure that left me with red spots all over my feet and legs. The esthetician was so sweet, but their hot towels were extremely hot and their wax felt like it burned layers of skin off. They also use the scrubber on the tops of my feet and my shins which was quite painful. Beautiful place, but some of the techniques need some work.

Cindy was extremely nice and did an excellent job! I used to have the best pedicures back home and been trying to find something similar in lawrenceville and couldn’t. Until I found halo! 100% recommended

Mai and her staff are amazing! I decided to try them out when they first opened and I’ve been in love with their quality of service ever since. I even have my mom and cousin coming to them now to get their nails and feet done. I’m a person who likes to do extra stuff when it comes to my nails and Mai always delivers. The lady filed my toe nail bed down really low until it hurts really bad. I told the manager and he seemed to not understand. Needless to say, I will not be returning here and it was very hot. No, AC. Do NOT GO HERE!!! The worst service I have ever had.

So I stumbled upon this nail spa by a simple Google search. Being that it was near by and the high reviews, I decided to give it a try. I must say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had since living in this area. The salon is beautiful and clean. I love the marble floors and crystal chandeliers. I noticed how serious Covid prevention was taken. They were constantly spraying and cleaning the chairs, sweeping and mopping as well as keeping at least 1-2 chairs spaced between each customers. I got a jelly pedicure. My tech took her time and was thorough. My pedi came with a hot rock massage too. Everyone was friendly the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Got a SNS last Wednesday. 9 days later, two nails have totally chipped off, and the others are loose. Usually SNS lasts 2-3 weeks, not 9 days, and I believe it was because the tech only dipped the top half of the nail in the main color and skipped the bond, so that it would chip faster and I’d spend more. Toe polish is chipped too. Pretty dissatisfied considering I spent $70 there.

Halo nails has become my new nail salon. The customer service is excellent. Mai, Michael and Cindy are the best!!!!! Very clean facility and friendly staff. 5 stars all the way.Update: I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I still love them. I recently moved from the Gwinnett area and I refuse to go anywhere else. I am willing to drive 30-40 min just for their services.

This will be my new favorite nail salon. Tried Halo nails and spa out because my OLD salon made me wait over an hour to be serviced & proceeded to take clients ahead of me. Halo took me in right away and did a great job on my nails in a timely manner. The prices are soo reasonable for the great quality of work I was surprised. To add to it they play music videos while you’re being serviced. Beautiful interior and great music. 10/10 in my eyes. Come here !!!

I went in to have a full set done in Thursday afternoon here we are on Monday and my nails are already chipping the guy that was doing my nails didn’t even speak to me until I started up a conversation it was really rushy and pushy...the lady that did my pedicure was greatI’m just looking for good nail salon.....this one isn’t it

So disappointed with this place. Mai is VERY unprofessional and rough. She watches YouTube as she does your nails and leaves you with odly shaped sns nails. Didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nails just started drilling my nails so rough. People in here are so ghetto and unprofessional yelling everywhere. I’ve never been more tense and stressed getting my nails done. I’m too nice to not get up I should’ve left. And VERY overpriced for their services they don’t even massage you or soak your hand in water or lotions don’t even ask you to wash your hands. DONT GO HERE LADIES

Ive gone to many nail salons before, but nothing compares to here! Theyre super sweet and their prices are reasonable as well. They even do lash extensions and an amazing job at it! Mai, the nail tech, she did my nails amazing and I love them so much. I live very far, but Im willing to come to them only for nail and lash services. Worth every penny.

It was my first time going to Halo since Im new in the area and Im trying to find a new nail shop. The shop is super cute and very cleaned but the young lady that did my nails completely ruined the experience for me. I went in for a basic acrylic fill in and I have short nails so this should have taken about 1hr(average)... not the case this time... It took this young lady 2 HOURS to do my nails (again, basic fill in with gel polish) and to make it worst she cut me just about in every finger. I have never had somebody hurt my nails so much during a fill in. I must admit it does seem like the other employees in the shop know what they are doing but this young lady needs a little more training. By the time she was done I was so upset and ready to go since I was on my lunch break (yes, I did tell her a few times that I had to go that she was taking way too long) that I didnt say anything but Im sure she saw it all over my face.

I liked this place for my first time here theyre reasonable with their prices I got a deluxe Pedi with rhinestones and spent 40$ with the tip .. Cindy was my technician and she did pretty well.. I will be back

I have been to this salon three time in total and each time has been wonderful. The environment is clean, and atmosphere is friendly. I just started getting my finger nails done, and I love the SNS gel powder. Eyebrows are also done nicely here which is a big deal to me. If you go now, there is discount of 10% off your total bill.... which is a great value!

First time coming here and I think I’ve found my new go to salon! I’ve been searching for a new nail salon for awhile but none of them really compares to this place. They do amazing work and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming.

I sent my daughter to this shop and an older gentleman completed a fill-in and a design for her. She repeatedly asked him to make adjustments because the nails were both uneven and he accidentally nicked her with the electric file multiple times. He continuously did this and offered no apologies. The moment she got in the car she showed me her nails and appeared upset.My daughter is 14-she honestly didn’t know that she should’ve stopped him and asked for a manager or discontinued the service with him. I will never allow her to go again.

Mai was the tech who did my nails and she is so skillful and patient because I was so indecisive about what design to go with. She did my nails and waxed my eyebrows. I came in yesterday at 7:15pm and they closed at 7:30 i needed my eyebrows waxed and a gel fill in . Mai took me and for my first time i absolutely love this place ! My fingernails are already chipping away after only a week after getting my nails done they dont have anyone there that actually speaks English well and they try to trick you and ask you multiple times to get gel nails which are way more expensive. Will never return
