This was my second time coming to Modern Nails and I’m still obsessed with their service. All of their employees are SO friendly and kind. The wait has always been minimal and they’re extremely accommodating! I did my research on where to do my nails as I just moved to Atlanta and I am so glad this place did not disappoint! I am so happy I found my new nail place, give them a try!

My first time going and my first time getting tips. Tina did an amazing job!! I showed her a picture and she did better than that. I only paid around $45 for everything! Definitely recommend!!!

Went there for acrylic removal and manicure, it was closing time so i understand they were a little busy but the lady kept getting up mid removal multiple times. During the manicure she made my finger bleed and didn’t seem to care at all. My finger still hurts from that. I dont think any nail salon should be allowed to do that.

Stacy and Hannah took very good care of me today. I tried S&S per Stacys recommendation because gel was making my nails weak and I didnt want acrylic. She told me what to expect as far as the look vs gel, how to care for them and how long they last. They came out excellently! Hannah paid great attention to detail for my pedicure as well. They made sure my colors matched and the shape was exactly what I was going for. I finished my pampering off with my brows being done- nice and neat. The high quality service was more than worth the $86 dollars for all of my services. I will definitely be back.

Kevin does my manicures and he is always considerate and does a great job. My pedicures are very relaxing as well.

Thea did an awesome job on my nails!!! I do my own nails as a hobby but I ran out of the supplies to do them and I like pretty intricate designs so I walked in and showed her a picture of the general design I wanted but I told her I wanted 3 nails on each hand to have the French line with the design on the tip and the thumb and ring finger to have the full design. She asked a couple of questions to make sure we were on the same page and then told me she could do it. I had to drop off my family at home and told her I would be back in 10 mins. She didnt take anyone and waited for me to come back which is definitely amazing customer service!!! When I came back, she went straight to work on my nails and she was very nice and polite throughout the whole process. I love the end result and will definitely ask for Thea when I come back!!

I came in today for a touch up. While the manicurist was doing the touch up I expressed how I felt about the way it was looking and how it was done last time I came in. She had no care and responded if I didnt like it I could go somewhere else. Something so unprofessional to say to a paying customer. So disappointing and I paid $40 for a touch up that I didnt even like. Lost me as a customer for sure.

The service was great and i was asked if i like what she was doing every step of the way which made me feel comfortable. Im usually very indecisive but my nail tech suggested me some designs and i love it. I got acrylic and gel nails. They were $43 and i wasn’t charged extra for nail shape. Ill definitely be back here :D

Been to several nail salons and this was my first time at modern nails and I was really impressed, great service, an extraordinary job on the nails I wanted! Recommend.

I got a full set and it looks like press on nails. Actually press on nails would look better. You can see bubbles all in my nails, they are thin as paper. I addressed my concern once and was frustrated and had to go out of town so I left. Called the next day and told them I cant come in until a few days but I would be happy to send a picture and I was told I would have to do pay at least half. I will never in life go here again.

When I go do my nails here I always ask for Cindy. She always does a great job and she knows how to do my nails so they last for a long time. She’s so nice and always in a great mood. If you’re also looking to do your eyebrows, I also recommend Cindy. Everyone there does a good job but I strongly recommend Cindy. :)

Even though it looked crazy busy I only waited 10 minutes. I saw several people leave and it was funny because when they left they were ready for them. They woman who did my nails seemed very rushed but i love how they turned out. This is my second time and I think this is my new spot.

Yesterday I went to go do my eyebrows and the lady burned my skin! She left the wax for more then five seconds on my skin and while she left it on my skin she was cutting the paper stripes to pull the wax. Never going back!

I think I found my new go-to nail salon! I called before coming in this evening and was promptly assisted when I arrived. The salon is modern, clean, organized, and COVID guideline respectful.Stacy and Lucy did a wonderful job with my nails. Stacy did SNS on my finger nails and actually created a subtle sparkle over a clear base for me as it did not previously exist as an SNS option, and Lucy did a polish change with gel color on my toes. The outcomes were both so pretty and precise. I truly appreciate Stacy and Lucy’s attention to detail and efficiency.Not only does this nail salon offer great service, they offer great prices! You can see from their reviews that they are one of the top salons in the area, and now they are also my preferred. Thank you, Modern Nails team!

I am very picky about my nails. I am originally from New York and have been here 9 years. The hardest thing I have faced in Georgia is finding a good quality affordable nail salon...... and some Puerto Rican men but thats another story. LOL!!Every time I find a good nail salon; after auditioning 7-10 of them and being disappointed multiple times, I seem to move over 60 minutes outside the area which makes travel hectic for a mani/pedi.I have been to Modern Nails a total of 3 times. As soon as I walked in the door the first time, I knew that I had found my new home. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly and the salon is clean, spacious and bright.My nail technician was Moon. She was SUPER fabulous!! I had researched nail salons online and this salon seemed to have all the latest styles (Chrome, SNS, Glow in the Dark) for me to choose from.Moon took her time and explained everything to me since I didnt have much experience in anything other than acrylic and regular nail polish. I came in wanting those new Chrome nails and before I said YES, Moon went through the procedure and the cost up front with me so there would be no surprises. The Chrome design is on the expensive side but I was 100% pleased and super happy.This past time, I wanted the Glow in the Dark nails. Moon took the time to go over the colors with me and even show me what they all looked like in the dark.My pedicure is always done professionally and with a smile and the utmost respect, They do not rush through the procedure as some salons do. I even go the Paraffin Wax pedi for the first time ever because I feel so comfortable at Modern Nails and so taken care of.After the delightful experience with Moon the first time, I have been going to her ever since.I am SO VERY happy and impressed with my nails each time.If you are looking for an amazing nail salon, please try out Modern Nails, I promise you will NOT be sorry. I must say, I am amazed! Amazed on how professional they are!!! From down to making my appointment, canceling and calling next day 1.5 hour before they close to walking out! The moment I walked in I felt like my hard earned money would be happy/excited to leave my purse! Thanks to Dan, for being so kind, personable and professional with canceling and rescheduling my appointments, greeting me when I walked in( by my name) and ensured #3 Station was sanitizered before I was seated. E, who did a priceless job with my nails. My nails-- NEVER looked this great after leaving a nail shop. And to David, a team player, who also interacted with E and I and is also soooo personable. From the minute I walked in to the moment I walked out, they were cleaning. Everyone was wearing a mask+ face shield. All stations had a plexiglass and they tried to social distance as best as they could. What they did was to utilize every other station so each client would feel a little comfortable. ( the salon was not crowded)Thumbs up to E and her team (Dan and David) you guys did an excellent job!! I was and am satisfied!! What gave a 4 star for me was; still being in the salon, having my feet being pampered by E and this particular lady turned the music off. Luckily E was almost finish. I do understand that I was the last and only client in the salon while the shop was closed and you guys were cleaning up to go. At the same time, I was a customer who was still being served. They can do very nice eyebrows. I am very picky about my eyebrows. They take the extra time to trim the hair. Also, great nails and pedicure options from high to low (under $20)

Customer serviceI visited this nail shop regularly. This week due to my schedule I had to go to the shop for 2 different services. On the second visit I had a pedicure, fill in with gel polish I was pressed for time so I could only get the pedicure with gel and my nails filled in, no time to get the gel polish but I told the nail tech that I would be back to get the gel color. So I go in today to get my gel polish and they want to charge me $25 when they even acknowledge that I was there yesterday thats not good business for someone who patronizes your business regularly. And I tip Everytime

I love this place. It’s close to me. Tina who did my nails was amazing! I recommend anyone to come and get their nails done. It was cheap and affordable. The environment was amazing also. It wasn’t loud and it was really calm. I went during busy hours, however if they were busy they ask what you need and have you seen within a couple mins. I love them and will becoming back soon.

I used to love this place, but for the last couple of visits my nails chip a few days later and I get GEL! This has happened about 3 times. I came back one time to show them how my nails looked and one week and instead of them redoing them they told me they would give me half off, but I told them I just got them done. I found a better and cheaper place . I think they rush through with people nails. It never use to be this way, but now it is.

I came here because Is close to my home,but I am not satisfied. I get Dip powder nails and the lady did not do it right. The nail techs were very rude. The. Nail tech Cindy took some one else and skipped me after they told me to wait for her to come over to my pedicure massage to get me for my manicure. This place has horrible service, and another nail tech grabbed me very rough when i tried to leave. I should have left without paying for that expensive pedicure. Trifling people. Im never coming here again.

First time getting eye lashes extensions love them so much

My nails are always perfect here. Its ALWAYS the exact way I ask for them to be. Its by my school so when school was out I had to go to places closer to me and it was never as perfect as the way they do it. I love their work!

Very poor customer service! I came in at 5:40 on a Sunday (the shop close at 6)The shop was full but not packed. I asked for a quick repair on 1 nail. The owner quickly said the wait is too long! I really wanted to wait due to the fact that I had just gotten my nails done by them and did not want my nails looking unprofessional for work. I will not be going back! The customer service and quality on service is very poor!

I actually drive all the way from Sandy Springs to get my nails done here. the staff are friendly, provide great service and take the time to know what their clients like. I tried 4 or 5 salons in my area and gave up! For the service, quality and price its worth the time and gas to stay with Modern Nails. #Lovethisplace!

I have been coming to this place for over a year now, i get my nails done with Stacy, she does an amazing job, she doesnt rush or anything my nails always last 3 to 4 weeks its great i love it . The ladys the do the pedicures they are all awesome as well . Fiy its always good to make an appointment that way you dont sit there and wait.

My nails are SUPER FANTABULOUS and Nick did an AMAZING job. He even confirmed pricing prior to doing anything.I cant say enough positive things about Modern Nails and the staff. Ive been coming to this salon for 3 years and the last 5 visits I have been disappointing. I was hoping it was the chaos of the remodel. But it seems rushing through your nails to move you on is the new mode of operations. Today I waited for an hour and ended up leaving. I used to love this place. The staff is still really nice. But I wont be returning.

This is my 2nd time coming to this nail salon. The first time, I didn’t like the way that one of the nail techs did my nails. It wasn’t bad, but I’m very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. The 2nd time i went, I went to E. She did an AMAZING job. This is the first time in years that I’ve been getting my nails done and they came out 100% perfect. E is very sweet and she takes her time with you. The service was great and the prices are very afforable. This is my new nail salon home. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Just wanted a eyebrow clean.. so..The wax was still hot when she placed it on my face. While using tweasers.. she kept pulling at the skin..and I have a cut from it.. she did not clean the area, still had left over hair on my face.. And as for paying.. there machine went down and I was using a card.. So she asked me to go get cash from walmart..So.. I was upset when I left yes, but I did the right thing and went to get cash and pay for what service I received yet no one said thank you come again.I will never go there again.

Worse I mean absolute worse for consistency. My nails look absolutely horrible, misshapened and all. This place does not believe in actually using all techniques to do nails. I had to tell them on more than one occasion that they missed a step. I have gel polish all over my fingers and then they tried to scrub the freaking polish off with a nail board. Im on my way after spending $50 to go spend more money to go to my regular shop to get them done correctly. A shame you move to an area and have to drive back 45 minutes to get good service.
