I have been here two times now, after going to countless salons. Tina goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your service and takes her time. They are comparable in price as well. In addition the salon is very clean. I have found my new salon!

I started going to Ruby Nails a couple months ago and The only complaint I have is that I didn’t find it sooner, they are truly amazing!!! From the work they do, to their prices, their customer service I literally could not ask for a better salon, and I have been to every nail salon in Gwinnett and surrounding areas for the last eight years and this is now my forever home.. Very affordable and they make sure they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your service, I have had the same set on for two months now, I’ve only had to get a fill in twice and not a single nail has lifted or came off!!! When I tell you I could not tell you how long it’s been since I had a full set that did not lift within a couple weeks, and they’re just lovely with the way they greet you and they treat you the entire time you’re there... it’s very hard nowadays to find a salon that has great customer service, affordable pricing, detailed work and a comfortable atmosphere but RUBY NAILS oh yeah that is the salon with all of the above!!!! I will never go anywhere else.. because of those two women I am now a forever customer and so is my teenage daughter....

I bring all my friends, my mother, my grandma, my boyfriend and we’re always treated amazing every time we see Tina she’s so excited to see us. We love it there And my nails always come out amazing and I always recommend people there.

Omg 😲 I never write a review but this place is small, quiet amazingly FRIENDLY . They took TIME doing my eyebrows and pedicure.. THEY ARE SO AWESOME 👌. THIS WILL BE MY PLACE FOR NOW ON.

This place is great! They took their time to do a good job. They used a liner for the foot soak, single use tools and cleaned well after each client. Wendy was patient and gentle, she carefully completed each step of the manicure and pedicure. I will be back again.

Absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to. The prices are so reasonable and the service exceeds all of my expectations. They are so nice and will make you feel pampered and take time on whatever service you need. They offer you beverages and the salon is so sanitary, as they use liners for the foot spas. 5 stars is not enough for this place! Definitely a hidden gem!

The ladies here are very friendly and they do a great job. They offer a wide range of services. I go here for my nails, eyebrows, and facials. Some days it can be full so calling in advance is a good option.

I went about a week ago, my acrylic nails lasted about one week and they were WAY over priced. definitely don’t recommend going to this nail salon. rude too and didn’t give me what i wanted.

Firstly, the ladies here are very sweet and welcoming! This a place where even if you have a less than Wow experience, you will give it another shot just due to the customer service. Their spa pedicure and manicure combo is priced at $48, which is about $10-$15 more than I usually pay elsewhere. I am searching for a closer salon than my go to place. I dont mind paying more, if I feel the services are worth it, but they were not a level up from services I have received elsewhere, for less. If you are looking for a solid, local shop, I would certainly recommend trying Rubys! It isnt the closest shop to me, and for the higher price compared to services rendered, I will continue to try other places.

First time going here and the owner did my nails. Probably the best service I have had done & my nails came out so perfect. Edit: I came back & one of her assistants work on my nails and it’s completely awful. Every nail was a different shape and size. Was yelled at because I told them I wanted them fixed because it was not what I asked for. Called out of my name and then on top of that told to not come back all because her people can’t do nails. WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Owner was good and all but not her attitude

Tina did my eyelashes and I was amazed how they came out. They were long and full but looked natural at the same time. Im only in town visiting but I recommend this salon!

They allowed my sister and her close family and friends in early for us to get our nails and toes done. She was getting married that week and they threw a little party with champagne and sandwiches. Lovely staff and amazing service.

Great experience I just moved to this area and was looking for a shop that wasnt expensive who did the usual $20 full set and I found them because of their great reviews and they have great customer service great sense of humor and excellent work. I will be a loyal customer

I went there for shillac and the workers there took really long trying to convince me to SNS, even though I kept saying “no, thank you, I have bad experience, it’s too thick for me” etc. finally I got shillac/non chip/hybrid (whatever you want to call it). I soon understood why they were not happy to do it. They don’t do it right! After only 4 days it started to chip and peel all over! I must mention that normally I always have it at least 12 days, most times 2 weeks and sometimes even 3 weeks! Nothing never happened after 4 days! It started to just peel off! I came back there to just take it down (whatever was left). I told “the boss” what happened. She did not react. They said 10-15 minutes waiting time but at the end I waited 35minutes! Good customer service would at least apologize. I’m not even saying they should have offered free or at least discounted manicure to cover their mistake! Other places if they do your nails they take them down free of charge. I understand if I did it elsewhere they could charge. Moreover if I come from elsewhere and want to make my nails there they don’t charge for taking old ones down. Last time I went they didn’t have to take anything down as my nails were clear. Long story short, considering all above I believe they should not charge me for taking this down!1. I did it there so it should be included with the service.2. They did a bad job and I was not planning to take them down initially but change to new ones. I was even planning to come back after today’s service (if the treatment would be better) with clear nails to do them in few days again.They tried to charge me $5! Shameless and poor customer service! I did not pay! I walked away! Will never come back to this salon as it is a rip off! Thankfully there are many choices around and hopefully more honest!

Cindy, one of the nail techs does an amazing job, she deserves 5 stars. The salon itself is under staffed for the amount traffic that comes through. I booked a 1:30 appt, when I arrived at the salon, the owner is telling me she wrote down a 1pm appt. I clearly booked my appt at 1:30, due to the fact that I got off work at 1pm. I work less than a 1/4 of a mile from this salon. Shame on the owner.

I adore Tina but her willingness to accommodate customer varies on her mood.

One of the best nail salons in lawrenceville the service is good the staff are all nice and sweet and worry about what you like and would like to change if anything is wrong with the set or color you get.
