Extremely professinal and nice

Now let me tell you. I own a Beauty spa myself and I am a professional Microblading tattoo Artist so customer service is something I go by.I had a great time and will be back!

Love this place. The technician is the best. He takes excellent care of my nails and very creative.

Love this place. The lady that works there is so friendly. I took my 3 year old to get her toes painted and she did an amazing job. We got pedicures and our eyebrows waxed and it was such a pleasant service. We will be back for sure and i can 100% recommend this place.

I come here for pedicures only and after reading a couple reviews felt like I should leave one as well. Some say they are rather rough but I think that’s opinionated, I love how much they get into the pedicure rather than just soaking your nails, barely going around the cuticle and then painting like other places I have been to. Sometimes I get hangnails and instead of being lazy these ladies really take the time to remove and treat them (which can require a little “roughness”) but I walk out with brand new toes each time!Another thing I love about this place is that it’s family owned and worked by a mother and daughter.

First time there.... Will not go back because they were to Rough on my nails.. My cuticle bleed and very sore, I had to buy some ointment for it... Rough with removing my old nail set to replace with new ones... I gave a tip because of the design they did on my nails but that was only nice thing I enjoyed... When u give service to the public you should treat them with care, like you would towards your family members...

Me and my boyfriend both got a pedicure there and I also got a acrylic set, they came out really tremendous, our pedicures went well and they didn’t mess up in any way, I was surprise to see a lot of 1 stars but I’d say you’d just have to go try it yourself cause after my experience I’m definitely coming back lmao

I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. The hours of operation states 10:00-8:00pmIt is now 10:41am and their not open for business. Im attending my brothers wedding this afternoon now o have to drive around to find another nail salon

This was my first time going there. The lady that did my pedicure was great but the one that did my full set was terrible. This is probably the worst experience, I told her I didn’t like my nails and she didn’t even bother to fix them.Try a different place if you want nails worth your hard earned money!

Love the treatment, such nice and caring people i almost felt like they were my family. I got a special message with a happy ending and also they were able to fix my problem with my pinky toe. My pinky toe had been black on the nail for a while and they were able to fix it. Definitely will go back again and will recommend to several people. Thanks Jade ❤️ .

Ive been going to nails and spa for a couple of years and love my pedi and manicure and eye brows they do a great job, I would recommend any one that love good customer service 😆😆

They had roaches crawling everywhere and bugs. That place is disgusting ! The lady took TWO HOURS trying to fix a polish on my big toe.

Just incase for right location to get nails done, this location is Nails & spa at 870 New Hope rd( in small plaza next to Super Hair salon, not the one in Publix plaza ) Nails & Spa is nice and clean ! The way people work here honest and care ! They take time !

Lady messed up me and my three daughters nails really bad we had to go somewhere else two days later go get them done over this is after spending 100 bucks with them they need to go back to school for nails
