I went in today to get acrylic nails done for my beach trip this weekend and in the beginning the staff was nice. I showed the guy doing my nails a picture of what I wanted which was a sage green set with line art on the middle two fingers. He didn’t even acknowledge the picture abs asked me for a color. I picked a green that was close to what the picture showed and I left with mint green nails that were pointed and not rounded how I like.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to the salon for a SNS manicure. They were quick, but as soon as I got into my car I noticed my nails were bumpy and then color was splotchy. I didn’t have time for them to fix it then, so I called as soon as they opened the next day. I couldn’t go back for 2 days because of my work schedule. During that short period of time, the SNS on 7 of my nails were cracked. When I went back, the same guy who did my nails originally, “fixed” my nails. Instead of taking the SNS completely off he tried to fill in the cracks. Before leaving the salon I told the owner I wasn’t happy and that my nails looked splotchy and bumpy. She told me it was because of the color I picked and that I shouldn’t have picked such a light color…? Not only did I waste my money, I wasted my time not once, but twice.

Do not go there !!!. I went there last week, my gel nail polish came out two days later.. Waste of money and time.

I only let Tony do my full sets and Tu do my pedicures. Tu is the best at pedicures. She’s so patient and professional. She doesn’t rush at all and is very personable. Tony does the best designs. He’s a little perfectionist (I am too so I don’t mind). He works fast but always does a good job.

I’m not coming here anymore, I just moved to this area and I feel it’s closer to me than others . There’s no time I have my nails done and my nails are good, it’s either some are bend or not well shaped . I was there this morning and Stephen or Steven did my nails and this guy literally left me on the seat and was making someone else’s nails after I I was done drying my nails this guy didn’t show up . They all talk too much and they are not professional

Online it says that the starting price for acrylic nails is $25, when in reality it’s $35. I still got it done and the lady was nice. While my nails were drying, I saw a cockroach starting to crawl towards me. I didn’t make a scene about it but I am personally TERRIFIED of roaches. It crawled under one of the nail technicians table and I thought it was gone... NOPE 5 minutes later it’s crawling towards my feet. I left and went home and my nails were fine. The next day 2 of the acrylic nails broke and later on that day another one broke. I went to go try and get it fixed but it was $5 per nail. This has never happened to me at any other nail salon and i’ve been to many and my nails have lasted me at least 2-3 weeks from those salons. This was my first and last time going here and I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the poor quality of nails. The finished product was BEAUTIFUL but they will probably last a day.

Went there Thanksgiving Eve, the owner did my nails and they just absolutely came out amazing!! She was so friendly, she even remembered my husband buying me the gift card!. This will definitely be my go too place for now on.

I had dip nails (SNS) done before the Thanksgiving holiday. They chipped 3 day’s later but I couldn’t go back into the shop when it happened initially as it was the holiday, I was away and the nail shop was closed anyway. As soon a returned I went in. At that time it had been 6 days since my appointment. My nails looked terrible! I mean this is the worst my nails have ever looked 1 week after dip nails. SNS nails should last 3 weeks.They refused to do anything, saying I should have come back earlier. I pointed out this was impossible as they were closed for the holidays and I was away but it didn’t matter to them. I even tried to call but they did not answer and you can’t leave voice messages so I was unable to let them know any earlier I was experiencing problems with my nails.I spent $60 getting my nails done here for them to last only a few days and get absolutely no care from the salon to correct their poor service. I was totally ripped off. Worse service ever. I understand 6 days is a long time but it was Thanksgiving, they were closed, I tried to call (no answer & no message service). Even if they offered a substantial discount to redo my nails - that would at least have been something to show this is unacceptable. But nothing!I wish I could give 0 stars.Do not go here!! They just take your money and do not care about the quality of their work.

Absolutely loved this nail shop. They were quick but did amazing work. I am so happy with my nails. Definitely will be coming back!!!

The salon is friendly, clean and welcoming. I was with my manicurist and she talked me out of acrylics to just dip powder- a clear sign she cared more about my nails than the money. Efficient and thorough. Gentle on your real nails. Highly recommend!

Excellent nail salon! This place stands out for the professionalism, clean utensils, new chairs that operate well. At the end of the day the true test is a pedicure that lasts. The nail techs are careful with the polish application and the result is a professional look that stays looking great. This place is amazing!

I went here off a recommendation from my friend and Im so glad I did. They were incredibly nice and accommodating and told me they will try their best to fit my friend and I in. Place is clean and prices are fair! Also the color selection and style options are great as well. So I highly recommend.

I had the greatest time! My nails look amazing and they were just so much fun!! It was my first time there and I could believe just how much attention she showed my nails!! She was so diligent! She worked on it as if Ive been going to her for years!! She did my Pedi. She is so enjoyable!! I had a great time!!!

I went in to have a full set and with gel polish. 2 days later I noticed three finger nails had chipped all the way to the middle of nails. I called them to report the issue but no one picked up. I walk in to show them and was told to wait for it to be fix but I couldn’t wait cause I had to be at work. So I came back the next day only for the same guy I spoke to the day before to tell me the lady who did my nails only works on Saturdays so to come back on a Saturday for it to be fixed... he refused to refund me and was very unprofessional so I walked out to prevent any back and forth and called my bank to return my money back into my account. Never again will I set a foot in this place. Extremely rude with no manners.

This place is so pretty on the inside. All brand new and amazing interior design. Im 3 weeks from my due date and my legs look great...the nail tech (didnt catch her name) did a great job on my pedi and was gentle with my swollen feet and calves. Someone else finished my paint job and was an absolute gem. Ill be back!

Very unprofessional and does not value your time. I scheduled an appointment for 12noon when they opened up. Upon my arrival my requested nail technician was already working on someone else and asked if I could wait 25min. Absolutely Not thats why I scheduled the day before. I took my money and business elsewhere.

Won’t be going here again. The guy who did my feet did good except he forgot to do the paraffin on the feet like I asked. The guy who did my nails was horrible. He rushed through. Had to fix them when I got home myself. And he was rude. Definitely not worth the price. And they say complimentary drink but never got offered one and u have to pay at the end and then you can get the drink. Kinda stupid when it comes to relaxation.

We love and adore this location! Close to home, great customer service and great craftmanship in their profession. Alsways accommodating if your a regular!

I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years. This by far was the worst experience. As a new customer I was purposely placed with a rooky $60 for their best pedicure and the lady rushed no feet are leg massage. The nail tech keep peeking at her so she knew I was being shamed up. My gel polish on my nails was lumpy and bumpy.

I always have a great experience when I go here. I get sns and a pedicure and have no problem with it lasting. I have never he asked to pay before services are complete, but if you are getting regular polish I can see how that would make the most since, since they and you dont want to mess up your nails while drying. The staff is very friendly, and Thu always does a great job.

First time here and let me tell you I loved them ! Staff did my nails & I loved how she did them I loved the shaped & she didnt hurt me at all. She painted my nails and a good job super is super sweet ! Defiantly coming back !

Had a really disturbing experience. I just moved into the area from overseas and this was my first time at a nail shop in Gwinnett. Came in for nail removal and manicure I asked the price I was told $19 for both said awesome let’s do it. As I was being serviced I asked to see their services book because I was thinking about adding a spa pedicure but the guy tells me they don’t have any prices in their book only pedicure things. I said okay that’s great that’s what I want to see! He then hesitatly hands me the book.. full of all their services and PRICES. I was instantly turned off wondering why the lie. Then he told me I didn’t need a manicure just a take off so he could go get to another client that just walked in. It was only 5 clients in the salon someone else could have serviced her while he finished my service. Very unprofessional. He then comes back over to me to finish removing my nails without the manicure I asked for and then sends me to the front to pay. They tell me it will be $10 for him just removing my nails I tip $5 and as I’m putting my card back into my purse this man LAUGHS and says to the other guy “she actually did tip you got a $10 tip now”. I asked him what did he just say and he said oh he was talking to the other guy (didn’t know I could understand him I worked overseas). They OVERCHARGED ME to include an additional $5 tip when what I got done actually only cost $5. That really disturbed me and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will never be going back here. NEVER RECOMMEND!

Today sucked. I went around 5:30 and it was busy . No one greeted me and I had to sign into an iPad. I chose my color and sat down to wait. The man who I think is in charge took care of me. He barely said a word until it came down to try to upsale me to gel polish. When he was about to cut i said i wanted them a bit shorter and before he confirmed, he cut. They were so short. Then with shaping i said i wanted almond he said no, square is better and proceeded to do square. The whole experience was bad. They give free water and soda and I wasn’t offered any. He didn’t speak to me at all and he would randomly let my hand go and walk off then come back and yank my arm toward so he could continue . When he filed my nails with the mechanical thing, he cut my right thumb and didn’t even mention it when it was clearly bleeding. When he filed with the black thing, he kept looking around and not focusing on my nails or fingers so it hurt . Then when he was done shaping, he put that oil where you go wash it off but he didn’t even dust my hands off he just told me to wash them. Then he polished them and left red on my skin. He hadn’t applied the clear coat yet when he got me out of the chair so he could have a new client. I have gone here 2 times prior to this and got them done with Amber. She was very sweet and made sure I liked them. He rushed and wasn’t attentive. I am currently taking them off right now.

Asked for coffin nails, 2 of them were crooked and when I pointed it out she said it was my finger. Many of them werent shaved down evenly, one nail was missing acrylic near the cuticle (she shaved it away)Wouldnt recommend

I have been going here for 3 years. June was my last nail tech she recently moved to Australia and although she was amazing since she has been gone the service sucks. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. I spend roughly $200 a week there and will NEVER go back.

Ive been going here for 5 years. The last two visit I was asked to pay before services were completed. Im guessing the other years they didnt care if I messed up my nails. Because thats the excuse they use. I watched 2 people check out and they were obviously paying afterwards. On top of that she did a crappy job with the applying of the nail polish after she was paid. If i need to pay before, i might as well pay at the register and then go back, that would make more sense!

This was my first time coming here. Im not sure if its my last. I waited quite awhile to get my fill and brows done. Like 25 mins. My nails were just ok. I actually had to file down some scraggly edges on a nail or two. My brows I liked alot. I will go back for another fill and see if they are better, after that Ill decide if I should move on

So went there got my eyebrows done by Jenny, got a chemical burn called the shop the manager he told me to go to the doctor and once receive bill give to them and insurance will reimburse. Well did that when I called to let them know spoke with the manager very rude he didnt even want to give me his name told me I could get him fired and he would call police for harassment (all I wanted was his name)So went up there spoke with Jenny gave her the information needed she told me that she will send to insurance company and would call once received. She would not give me the owners name or insurance name she stated that the owner lives out the country. This happened in March its now June still nothing. Jenny told me she would pay me out of pocket what I had to pay she give me a date that she would have money now shes not responding to any of my calls(smh). And all I wanted was to be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses. This company needs better management skills now I will have to take it up a notch.

Kept me waiting for 60 minutes with no acknowledgement of anyone going to help me. Took customers getting hand treatments before me as I waited for a pedicure that never came. I left. I’d rather be turned away then left waiting. Next time I’ll just stick to my Bellagio Nails in Snellville.
