UPDATE::: All the complains on cancellation frauds are true. I have gone in person and cancelled my membership in front of the manager and I have a copy of my cancellation form. This form includes paying off my remaining 45 day notice balance yet they been charging me for the past 3 months. I just noticed today on my bank statements. Scum of the earth. This isnt fine print or policies this is pure theft. I will post a copy of my cancellation notice once this issue is cleared. Please be aware and check your bank statements regularly people.OLD REVIEW:::Pros: I like the atmosphere of the gym. Plenty of equipment for beginner to intermediate lifters. They have nice group classes for all ages. I really appreciated Dominics excellent customer service skills on resolving an issue I was facing. Plenty of parking in this location. Crowd is a mix of all ages.Cons: This location is a bit small, very cramped and crowded. Doesnt bother me much most times. They also need paper towels but they said they removed it because of covid.

Looks like I am not the only one trying to get scammed out of money. I canceled my membership a year ago because of the pandemic. Then was forced to go in in person to cancel again a month ago. Still getting billed and still getting emails of charges for months I have not gone to Blink. Overall location was not bad. Clean machines and plenty fitness options. However front desk had staff but someone always had to be called over for any account questions. Management not very informative or helpful. I will be escalating my situation soon.

I dont like to write negative reviews, but when its time to do it i do it. If I could, I would give them a zero, not happy! they never explained me about the membership and when I went to cancel it they didnt help me avoid the $67. They told me that they could not help me because they did not have the capacity because they were below other people. It would be good if the administration takes the time to educate its members so that they can provide a better service. Please! Apart from the negative experience I have, I can say that the gym is very clean and the people respectful. Good luck and I hope this gym stay in business since the way it treats people I dont think it will last long open.

Honestly surprised at the bad reviews. Can’t please everyone I guess. I’ve lived in this area my whole life and have been at most gyms around here. This one is affordable and clean. If a machine is down it’s fixed within atleast two days. Plenty of equipment. It is a smaller location but has never felt cramped. The app lets you see the current gym capacity before you go. This is for sure a top gym for me! More variety on the TVs would be nice but that’s my only complaint!

If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. I have been charged over $140 in fees with out being told!!!! I would not sign up for a gym membership at this gym!!! By the time you pay all of their hidden fees you might as well join 24-hour or lifetime.In response to your comment its bad enough that you charged me a cancellation fee when I was specifically told by one of your employees that I would not be charged one. Really seems like you need to communicate with your employees better. In addition to that you also charged other random fees with out telling me! Try being upfront with your customers!!

Multiple calls to corp and continual promises to be called back, or called by the reginal manager ashley have all been lies. My membership was for 10/mo but i owed over $80 the day i joined... Blocked all payments from my card moving forward.

Shady shady shady ... My girl joined this place just to do yoga and paid the extra 15$ per month to do so.. Then they cancel the yoga classes and they wouldnt let her out of the contract without paying $100.. such garbage... Horrible customer service .

Good place to workout. Nice equipment. Good selection of equipment as well. Big negative about this gym is the mask rule. Still requiring it when you walk in and walk out...Does not make sense.

Clean facility, not overly crowded but repairs are dismal. Machines that have out of order signs do not get repaired in a timely manner. Theres at least 2 plate loaded machines and pin loaded that had signs on them for 6 wks. Most are just loose bolts that just needs an allen wrench to tightened. Go elsewhere unless you are grandfathered in from fitness 2000 when blink took over. My membership is less than $50 a year is the only reason Im still there.

Worst gym ive ever dealt with. Signed up with them before they were Blink. Somehow they locked me into a contract with Blink even though I never signed anything. Since I never set up a Blink account I have no member ID to set up an account. Ive dealt with 2 managers who told me I wouldnt be charged. They sent my Overdue charges to a collection agency. Paid that because they wouldnt drop the charges and now theyre still charging me AFTER I was told twice I wouldnt be charged anymore.EDITIt took 12 emails 4 calls to which the managers said they would handle it and forward it to the person above me and that person would call me(they never did), all of which were ignored and replied to with a generic copy paste response.I had to report them to the better business bureau to get any type of actual response, which ended up with them sending me a legacy contract from the gym that I had signed up for who was originally at this location. The contract wasnt ever signed, they basically just typed up an excuse so they could claim they had a reason to charge me continuously. I have never dealt with a worse company in my entire adult life. All of the managers at this location are incompetent and you will get scammed if you sign up.If you want proof look at the copy pasta response they put on my review. You cant tell people that youre transparent about your cancellation policy when youre ignoring the entire fact that I never even signed up for your gym in the first place.0/10AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS

I cancelled my membership with the Bedford location over a year ago. In the last few weeks I have received many text messages and emails stating that I owe money for overdue fees. I spoke to someone on the phone who told me that they lost the record of my cancellation and to go into the North Richland hills location in person to fix the issue. I went to the North Richland Hills and the girls at the desk stated that no one there was capable of fixing their inaccurate charges. They also told me that they did not have any records of *any* cancellations from the Bedford location.

Never got to go to the gym. Signed up right before covid and then the city shut down. Moved during covid so I didnt need the services anymore. Tried shutting down the account. They make it so darn difficult! I talked to the club, sent an email to headquarters and still they sent my nonpayment, for never stepping in their gym, to collections and reported on credit. This will be fun to fix. They could have been a lot more helpful but chose not too.

I enjoy working out here. They are covid prepped if youre curious. There are lots of workout options and machines. They still have their classes and friendly staff.

Been going for years never too busy and people are very friendly and inviting.

Love this gym!!! Lots of different equipment and its spacious so youre not right next to someone. If youre looking for a place to join, this is it!

Well. It its extremely affordable, clean, great atmosphere. The Zumba and Hiit teacher Catalina was great, motivational and knowledgable. Their yoga instructor is also awesome. No extra charges for classes

Excellent precautions for avoiding COVID-19... very clean... well-informed, very kind staff.As a personal trainer that works at another gym (that shall go unnamed), I wanted a place to escape that still was up to my standards. I was thoroughly impressed. Great environment, and not too crowded. Exactly what I was hoping for!

Stay away from this place, they are a complete scam. We went for a month-to-month trial and instead got enrolled in a membership. When we confronted them to stop charging our card, they wanted a cancellation fee for the supposed month-to-month. In addition, we were charged a maintenance fee. The front desk was rude and uncooperative.

When the company switched names our son was told he could no longer workout here due to his age(and a different company policy) We understood and they canceled his membership. However, for the next 3 months they debited our account for my son’s membership. They never would give us a refund after finally cancelling his membership. We decided to take our business somewhere else and they willNot cancel our membership. It has been over six months and we still can not get them to cancel, even after a manager telling us it was all taken care of. This is not a month to month membership! They will continue to take money from your account and will not refund- even if it was their mistake.

Recently renovated. Looks good. They price you according to your usage. Like I just pay $10 because I dont care about doing classes. Plenty of equipment, I never have to wait. Another improvement is it is easier to end your contract. (My wife is going to do it, that is why I know) Before it was ridiculous.

They close at 9 PM at least stay open until 12 AM and quit using Covid-19 to hide behind.

I cant tell you how difficult it is to get out of a membership because I havent had to try, but I will say that if you want to get a good hard workout in a great space with lots of gear its MORE than worth the money.They have lots of cardio gear, weights, and nice open spaces for stretching and floor exercises which is rare at most gyms. I was a member before they became Blink and remolded and I have to say they did a great job. The place looks and is much bigger and enjoyable to workout in. Another nice thing about this gym is its not a social gym in the sense that its not a typical be seen, or meat market gym. You can go to Blink and not chat with a soul with your headphones in which is what I prefer to do.A couple of small drawbacks with this location is the bathrooms are small, although they have several showers that are enclosed for privacy which is great. They also have separate changing rooms which is great as well. The biggest gripe I have with the location is the lack of tissue paper. I know this sounds crazy, but sometimes you need to clear your sinuses and they provide no tissue anywhere and I honestly have a small issue with this. If one of the managers read this and can tell me where it is that would be great? Maybe they have some at front desk? Not sure...The only thing I wish they had that they dont is a sauna! If you guys had a Sauna where I could get my sweat on and decompress I would pay double the price! Im actually looking to get another gym membership so I can have access to just a Sauna, so if youre reading this Blink, I know lots of guys whom would sign up if you offered a dry sauna...

Charges hidden 60/month fee do not sign up they won’t refund it back.Don’t believe what they say it’s not 10/month there’s huge fees.Save yourself the trouble of disputing their fees with your credit card company it’s not with it. Outdated equipment will somehow be the smallest concern.

UPDATE: I see they responded to my review. It is obvious, much like all communication I have had with Blink over this matter, they didnt take the time to actually read what I wrote. Once again, save yourself the hassle and do not have a membership here.Used to be Fitness 2000. Did not get word from either company about the buy out, Blink just started contacting me that I owed dues. When I contacted them to dispute the membership and charges, they were suddenly able to charge me. Be aware you have to send a certified letter to cancel membership. This is a sketchy practice to hope you will pay for longer than you use services. Do not join this gym.

Ive been going to this location for years b4 it became blink. At first I was hesitant, but a manager was very patient with me discussing payment and how things are pretty much the same.I love the new row machines, ropes, and the water station was upgraded with a purifier. Theres a new snack area, and merchandise for ppl who forget to wear a shirt to the gym.I havent had the chance to attend classes bc of covid hitting not long after the company changed.Ps. The staff is super awesome for cleaning and helping the gym stay safe as possible during this pandemic. The yoga balls, foam rollers, and ropes have been taken off the floor for obvious reasons. I was told Im more then welcome to bring my own. They check the mats out and ask that you return them to the front area so they can be cleaned.

This might be a nice gym, but I am not a member. They charges my card $75. 0 authorization so my card blocked payment. Now they have a recording calling me daily. Not a way to win a client.

Not joining their gyms EVER! Also, please be aware that in order to cancel you MUST send a letter to them(instead.of just calling or going to the facility) you must send a letter. A few other complains I have about this company. They are not worth your $$..

Ive cancelled my membership 4+ months ago and I get an email mentioning Im being sent to collections for an unpaid balance. This gym is a scam and its really frustrating to see how complicated you make it for people to cancel their membership AND question me where I am moving so you can get me to sign up to another one of your garbage gyms.I would defiantly give you negative stars if I could. 0/10 Would not recommend signing up here.

I would rate this Gym/company a zero but it wont let me..... Do not ever sign up for a membership here. You wont ever be able to get out. This used to be fitness 2000 and I stopped going over 3 years ago because it wasnt worth it whatsoever. All of the sudden when they switch to Blink fitness i started getting spamed with calls and text msgs about my account being passed due....I cancelled over 3 years ago! I dont even live close to it at all and definitely havent gone but they keep harassing me about a balance and they wont leave me alone until I pay it and send a certified letter to an office in NY stating i want to cancel!? This company is a joke!

They charged me the yearly fee of $54 twice in one month plus my account was already cancelled and they told me corporate had to accept the refund and it’s been 2 weeks already and they just charged me the monthly fee of $10.81 when I already cancelled my subscription. THEY ARE FRAUD

A bit too girly for me.A girlie NAME,with a girly logo,instead of the more masculine FITNESS 2000 with a manly logo.Bright Girly colors.Girly exercise classes,led by girls.Where are the man related classes, led by men?Not 24 hours like it used to be.Personal training sessions only 30 minutes. Would be nice, and I would probably buy if they were 45 to 60 minutes instead.

I chose this gym because they have a kids club and Im a single mother. When I signed the woman who signed me up used the kids club as a selling point. I go to workout today with both kids in tow only to find out kids club is closed untill further notice. Thinking about cancelling already and I havent even started using the gym yet
