I can’t talk about this salon enough!! Everyone is so kind and they all welcome you in every time. Everyone is so detailed and takes their time - not only on your service but also getting to know you. I do see Misa regularly but they are all awesome! Lilly is really great with shape and design, Lynn takes her time in detail work and Traci is very sweet and will help you with nail health. Everyone in the salon will be more than willing to take care of you. It is a no frills kind of place but it is clean and they do wear masks, keep up plastic dividers and disinfect between all clients.

Came here for the first time today for a pedicure! Had a great experience. Very happy and can’t wait to come back!

They always do a great job on my nails

Ive been going to Paradise Nails for years. Recently theyve hired new staff, since then my nails have not been the same. This is the 4th time in a row that Ive had a broken nail after going to them. It is upsetting! I also like to add there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCING between customers and they are not checking temperatures at the door or making customers sanitize or wash their hands upon arrival. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. Not returning!

Didnt like the worker I had today. She was rough and rushed through the job. Also, I dont think the workers should be making fun of the clients or talking about them in their native language. Even though one may not understand what the workers are saying, some customers do know when their being talk about or made fun of....

Danny was very kind on the phone when I called for an appointment. When I walked he immediately gave me 5 star service. He was profession, entertaining, showed empathy and the entire experience felt more than a mani pedi. I truly enjoyed our visit. Danny is very good. If I ever visit Maryland again I will be sure to stop by.

This is 2 weeks later and they still look great. Will be going back in a few weeks for a Christmas winter theme

This place is amazing, the atmosphere is extremely relaxing, the staff are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient, they will go that one extra mile to make you happy and content.The salon is pretty modern with huge selection of nail polish, tons of dip color-swatches and endless nail arts.very clean and sanitary with disposable tools, they provide great service and very conscientious about maintaining social distancing by placing plexiglass between each clients and tempeture check upon entering.They also have huge parking space with many stores in the vicinity which is a super plus for me and my family members cuz we can pop in for a mani or pedi and run errands afterwards all in one block..my trip to paradise nails and spa is nothing but perfection..

I came here a day before thanksgiving 2 hours before closing time I asked for a full set and pedicure I got a lady who “was” friendly til she did my fullset and made them thick and uneven with bubbles in the manicure and acrylic on my cuticles when I kept watching her she began to talk about me with a fellow coworker who proceeded to rush her which cause the quality of my nails to get worse as the night went on I honestly would not recommend this place to a friend or family member but if you plan on going go at your own discretion.

I had a so-so experience for my first time here and Tuyet/Amy did my pedicure today. It was a pretty good experience with comfortable seating, nice ambiance and an average job on the pedicure. Everything was okay until a long time client of theirs was seated next to me and I guess the Maryland mask mandate must not apply to those type of customers. I was waiting to see if someone who worked there would say anything but since they didn’t I kindly asked that she please put her mask on, which she did but just over her mouth. After speaking up I felt that my pedicure was being rushed and they wanted me out of there too. If you’re comfortable being around maskless individuals go for it this is your type of nail salon but I don’t think I’ll be returning unless they actually take COVID-19 seriously to protect themselves and their clients.

I have finally found my nail tech!!!!! Thank you Lily (Mrs. Khanh NGO)! She is amazing! She listens and is an expert in delivering quality work! I have had issues with my nails in the past and she totally fixed everything!! I’m so happy!💕💕 She was also quick which I really appreciated and nice too! Made a last minute appointment for 3 pedicures. Got there and decided I wanted a manicure too. They were super awesome and got to it right away. I had to bring my son with me and they did everything they could to help entertain him so that I could relax. The quality of their work was on point, they were so friendly and I would keep this as my go to spot if I lived here!

This is literally the ONLY nail salon I go to. What can I say? Once you find something amazing, you stick with it!! lol :) Linh (Lynn) is my go to person but everyone there is great! Linh literally did a full set for me back in MAY and the full set lasted ALL THE WAY THROUGH NOVEMBERRRR only getting fill ins in between. I only ever had 2 nails break. That says a lot about her craftsmanship and the quality of her work! My nails eventually got too long for my own productivity (I love my nails long; makes me feel like a bad bihh *wink wink*) so I recently popped the acrylic off and went to Linh for a fresh full set. Annnyyywaysss, definitely go here! They are friendly, fast, quality driven and efficient! 5 stars! Zero complaints.

Had appointment and was seen 50-55 minutes late which is incredibly disrespectful of ones times and dishonest as you could’ve indicated this at the time of checkin. When we were finally seen, the two techs were apologetic and kind but felt completely rushed and not relaxing. Also, didn’t seem to have a lot of procedures in place for COVID like two other saloons I’ve been to more recently that take temperatures, sanitize the area or enforce hand washing before you check in. First and last experience here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I made my nails from a guy he was fast, did a good job with them getting the exact color I wanted but the 3 stars is firstly coz of the price- it cost me $50 to do short square gel full set. I believe it costs $40 in most places and the only reason I went along with it was I started the nails before asking for the price plus this is the first time I’m getting my nails done this year and probably the last time so It was fine. The other reason I rated 3 stars is the way the nail artist seemed so entitled about getting a tip- had a whole list of ways customers can tip (tipping on your card wasn’t an option) and once he was done with my nails he asked me which method I wanted to use. Like what if I didn’t have enough to tip? If it was someone who didn’t plan to tip or didn’t have enough to they could have felt intimidated by his approach cos he sounded pushy like “so how are you tipping? Cash, Venmo, cashapp or zelle?” 😳. That’s something that should be at the discretion of the customer- it shouldn’t be demanded. I did tip as I planned to after seeing the good job he did with the nails but I found the attitude quite odd and wrong.

I have no complaints about the personality of my technician. Im not a talker either. What concerned me is that I arrived for an 11:00 appointment at 10:58 (just before the store is supposed to open) only to find the store was already open, and the two technicians there were already working on 3 clients. I sat with my feet in water for seven minutes before deciding to leave. Only as I stood up to leave was I informed that additional technicians were arriving soon. It would have been helpful if someone had said something when I arrived for my appointment. Not professional.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Im averaging my assessment up one star based on the 5 star experience during my latest visit. Perhaps the last experience was an outlier.

Week ago I arrived at 9 am And Tina asked what I was getting I told her.She took me to the back ran my water and sat there 2 other women came “after” me so Tina and The other guy started working on the 2 ladies feet.Meanwhile I’m sitting there no one said anything instead they talk among themselves in there language.Then 2 more women came and got waited on before me... So i asked Tina why do you have my feet in the water and you not going to wait on me or the least have the common courtesy to tell me who I’m waiting for... Here’s the exciting part I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure. Than y’all have a nerve to post papers around the shop “Tips in cash Please” y’all communication sucks. I will not be coming back...

I was looking for a place to do my nails and I scrolled through this amazing place. I drove here and the costumer service was amazing. They had so many variety of colors to choose from. I love my pedicure and manicure, it looks so amazing. Very professional and very friendly. It was also very clean when I had came in and not like other places I have been to.

They do a good job, wait times are long even if you make an appointment. But all in all they do a good job $$$$$

I love coming to this place for spa pedicures, gel manicures, and eyebrow waxing. Tina and the entire staff who have kept my brows and paws impeccably groomed for the past couple of years have all been nothing short of highly skilled, courteous, and professional. I usually call ahead with in 20-30 minutes prior to arrival, even if they are busy they can always accommodate me quickly.

They are open to essential workers by appointment only. Trendy music, very clean space, workers are wearing head to toe PPE and they are using plexiglass shields to protect themselves and the customer.They did a great job, although it was rushed, to stay on schedule. I think every essential worker has heard Howard County is open in select places so they’re all trying to get their nails serviced! I’d give the workmanship a 9/10. For how quickly they were able to do a gel mani and regular pedi, I’m sure they’d be able to make it absolutely perfect when they have more time. I’m glad they were able to fit us in.

Ive been frequenting Paradise Nails and Spa since I moved into the area several years ago. My experience has been consistently very good. The technicians are experienced and genuinely nice. I enjoy the fact that the spa is big enough to provide all the services I’m looking for yet small enough that you’re not made to feel like just another customer. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

If there something that I may see in a picture or something I envision that may look a different way. I may want to change, the nail tech works with you so that you are not only satisfied but genuinely happy with your services. They make communication easy. Omg!!!!!! this was my first time doing my nails and the staff was so welcoming.The place was so neat and they had the exact color I wanted not just a look alike.They also have a variety of colors to pick from. Also,the marble design they did was flawless. I would go there over and over again. The guy that did my nails is jack or Jackie I’m not sure which one but they are all really good.

I have been here too many times now and its the best place I’ve ever been too.. I really like Lynn when she is doing my nails or feet, but when she is busy I tried Leo and Misa! They are very good and everyone at the shop I know is very good as well. They have very good service and are very gentle when doing your nails or your feet. Best shop I’ve ever been too!!!

This store is closed to my home. I used to come here but now my favorite nail one gone. The new technicians rarely talk to customers. I don’t want to go far away to do my nail. One problem I recognized there are more techs than nail license certificates show up. To make sure the store safe I write a complaint to the Maryland Board and Cosmetology to check this store for customer safety regularly. That is all I concern. I will give them five star next time if I think it is safe for my health.

I got my nails done a week ago and this place is very amazing. It really surprised me and my nails were so fabulous. I got an appointment with Lynn and she is just the best nail technician ever. She is kind, gentle, and very friendly. I will go to Paradise Nails everytime I need my nails done. I will continue making appointments with Lynn.

I waited for 45 minutes sitting in the pedicure chair before they were ready for me. They should of let me know before hand that there was a wait instead of letting me get all pruney. Then the nail tech was too rough on my cuticles. Ive been going here for a while but will need to find a new salon that respects its customers.

Im so glad I found this place and my nail tech Kimmi. My gel manicure lasted for 3 weeks with no lifting of my acrylic or chipping of the polish (photo below) The salon is modern in decor and cozy. They serve the highest level of professionalism, all the current techniques i.e. chrome nails and dipping powder. They also have a large amount of colors. Not to mention your service can be accompanied with any beverage of your choice. I highly recommend this salon and Kimmi😁

I had the BEST experience. Luke and Kimmy are amazing. I called asking about chrome, halographic colors. Luke understood what I was asking for and told me come in. The service and customer service is great.I asked for gel manicure and gel pedicure. I already had gel on my nails and toes. I explained to Luke i was sensitive on my toes when using the machine filler. He was very gentle. I did not jerk my feet from him at all. I NEVER let anyone use the machine on my toes. I always get the gel soaked off my toes and hands.Luke did a wonderful job on my hands and feet. Good quality service. Kimmy is also very nice and provides very good service as well. She serviced my sister.I will definitely return again!

I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend. I went here for a gel manicure, and the person working with me didnt understand what I wanted and brought me to the back thinking I wanted a Brazilian wax! She was really rough with my hands for the manicure, and it hurt when she removed my previous gel polish. She also spent several minutes on the phone while doing my nails.

Everytime I don’t know what color they chose, they recommend some colors to me. I recommend Lynn and Misa. I want them all the time, but everyone in the shop is still absolutely amazing. I’ve been a client of Paradise Nail for a while and I have never had a job so poorly done. Plus I have nails polish all over my hands, horrible. I am so discontented that I am getting an appointment to have my nails re done today at another place. This place is not cheap, I spent $79 and now I have to go and fixed this mess. If you decide to go here please choose one of the girls not the guys.

Decided to try a new nail place today.Nice place and staff.The guy who did my pedi was very nice and gave a great massage.Unfortunately I’m not sure if is the poor lighting or poor eyesight but the polish job was sloppy and my big toe nail was shaped crooked and very squared. After drying I asked him to fix the corners of my big toes since he didn’t trim them at all. He was happy to fix it. I thought he’d notice how crooked the nail was but he didn’t. I tried to attach a photo but for some reason I can’t.If I go back I’ll have a to try another tech and keep a close eye on what they’re doing. Which doesn’t make it a relaxing experience.Now I’ll go clean up the polish on my cuticles and fix the shape of my big toe after spending $30 for the pedi, $10 for tip and an hour in a salon for them to be done.

Daughter took me there for fathers day gift and the service was horrible. I dont think serving men is something they want. I waited 20 min before someone came to do my feet and she only clipped my toe nails oiled my legs and I was done. 20 min tops. She asked if I wanted a manicure I agreed then she said they look fine. You just did them. Lol I didnt want to complain in front of my daughter so I decided to use this.

I love coming to this salon. It is quite a ways from my home but really worth the trip. At first I just came for manicures and pedicures from my girl Misa who is excellent and never disappoints me with new designs and techniques and colors. I always get complements for my manicures. She is such a perfectionist and I appreciate her attention to detail. Recently I have branched out and had eyelash extensions which were BEAUTiFUL and looked so natural. Lynne was the one that performed that magic. I also have had fabulous facials with Nina and felt and looked great afterwards. My niece noticed the difference and got her a facial too. I find this Salon to be truly Full service and I highly recommend it . Tell them India sent you.
