The driver Kirk drove all the way from Grass Valley to Applegate to tow my vehicle from the side of the freeway. He was most concerned with my and my girlfriends safety so he had us head home before he started working. He was very fast getting the car towed to my house and placed the car perfectly in between 2 other vehicles which was not an easy maneuver but he made it look easy. He even asked if I wanted him to hookup the battery so we could find out if that was the issue which I declined only because I felt he had already done so much in such an excellent fashion. He couldnt have been more courteous and professional I cant say enough good things about Kirk and his employer.

Billy was my hero today! Very professional and kind. Billy kept me updated on his arrival and went out of his way to meet me and grab my keys so my kids and I didnt have to wait in this heat! Definitely recommend Kilroys for those unfortunate towing needs!

Huge shout-out to Kirk! I missed my first appointment to have my car towed from my house. He came back a few hours later and didnt hold it against me for making him wait the 1st time. He was very friendly and nice! Then he got my car to start, which I hadnt been able to for like 2 weeks! Then he and I had a misunderstanding, where he started to load my car to tow, after I had said that I no longer wanted it towed, since he got it to start. I apologized and we had a good laugh and he took it off the truck, with a smile. Not once did he seem annoyed, which to be honest, I wouldve have been annoyed if I were him lol I truly appreciate his attitude and help, after not even needing the service after all that! Thank you!

Lots of free stuff, lug nuts, fuses, pretty much anything that you can fit in your pockets, never had them tow a vehicle for me though, however they have a nice parking lot that connects the local highway to dog bar road, had to use it a couple times to ditch the police, very resourceful and the most helpful tow yard in town so I give them five stars, thanks Kilroys

A little junk yard hidden in the woods just as you enter the town of Grass Valley. Youll take the first exit, and double back to the right. Respect this place please! No door charge to take a look, lets keep it chill this way! Prices smash picknpull out of the picture. Very sweet spot for wheels, roof racks, and 4x4 components! All makes and models! I personally scored a rare Honda rack today and saw other lesser seen parts on other cars too!

Showed up at 10 (web pages says open at 8.) Business not open called. Guy on phone said Ill open 1030 to 11 am. So I waited. 11am rolls around nope not open still. Wait another 30 mins still not open. What a waste of time going here. They dont care about nothing or their customers.

We had a 20 foot RV that needed towing down to a new home, it was a nightmare trying to get local towing to get it where it needed to go, Until we called Kilroys! They were so professional, we set up the tow for the following day and it was done in under an hour! Kilroys is definitely our go to company for any future towing needs we may have.

Kent was super helpful when my insurance company wasn’t. The driver showed up on time and was extreamly competent and showed up with a bigger truck than most companies have. Got my large truck and heavy trailer home. A very good company!

This place is a Godsend! I live in Utah and my 19 year old daughter and friend took a road trip in route to visit a college. During the drive they became stranded on the side of the road. Kents employee picked them up and took them to the place our insurance suggested. The place was very sketchy (especially for two 19 year olds), so the driver decided not to leave them in a place where he didnt feel comfortable about leaving them, so he drove them further than her insurance covers with no extra charge and after another failed attempt to get them to the right spot, he took them back to their auto shop. Once there, they realized the car would need to go to Ford. Kents company then towed my daughters car to Ford and talked with them about the situation. Once he realized that Ford would not be able to get to it until the next day, Kents company drove them to a hotel that he felt would be a safe place for them and talked to hotel management about a discounted price where they obliged. After my daughter and her friend spent 2 nights there, Kent continued to check on them and came and picked up my daughter and took her back to her car. All of this was done with no charge.This man and his company went over and beyond what we would expect from a decent tow trucking company. His kindness will never be forgotten, and I wish the world had more of him in it.

If I am able to not give them a star I would. My insurance company is paying them for my tow service and the guy there refuse to come out to my location. Do me a favor dont ever use their tow service.

Eh... Great in the fact that they are the only junkyard around but its hit and miss with the employees. Some great guys, some other guys.

Kilroys helped my resuscitate my Jeep in a dire time of need with a minimum of fuss and lots of hospitality, turning what would have been a miserable stranding into a pleasant experience.I got pretty good value for money, and would use them again in an instant.

Can’t say enough about how Amazing Kilroy is! Stu is the man you want to help you when you’re in a tight spot. He met me and my broke down vehicle and got me up and runnin’, when the problem caused my vehicle to “die” at an intersection he was cognizant enough to spot me and my stranded vehicle and rescue me at a busy intersection. Don’t know what I would have done if he just “took off” after my service call. He really saved me today, went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Many thanks to Stu and Kilroy!!!

Go down the hill or hit ebay if it isnt at Kilroys.Parts arent super cheap but youre still saving a bunch of money most of the time. Again... welcome to Grass Valley. Its the lower rent district of a stupidly expensive state. You want cheap, try Oklahoma.Show your face often enough, theyll work with you, always been square with me.
