Called on a Tuesday and scheduled my daughter and I for pedicures on a Saturday when they opened since my daughter had to work at 12. Drove from Columbus just for this appointment. We were very excited since we hadnt had pedicures for a long time, this is a treat for us. We got there 5 minutes early and the guy working there said two for pedicures at 10 and I said yes. He told us to pick out colors and have a seat in the massage chairs. I was soaking my feet and he removed my nail polish and began. We were enjoying the massage chairs and two women walked in and said they had a 10 oclock appointment. He looked in his book and her name was in there but mine was not. I told him when I called to schedule and who I talked too. Instead of the woman being nice and rescheduling they asked us to reschedule and leave. We grabbed our stuff and left. I was mortified and very disappointed. This was a horrible experience and we will never be returning.

I was happy when they said they could get me in for a pedicure today but then I was bummed because I paid $40 for a 15 minute pedicure.

Rude and came up with every reason why my nails fell off in ONE WEEK. I get acrylics regularly and since I moved to laurel I just that the laurel Walmart would be the same as the west end Walmart, I was wrong. Could not stop talking about me having small nail beds and basically said it was useless getting nails AFTER she finished. Want good nails go see Cindy at the west end Walmart.

Michelle does a fantastic job. I have never had problems with breaking.
