I reached out to Sierra via LinkedIn for a Tech position I saw online Friday. She reached out on Monday and scheduled a phone screening. Completed the phone screening and was given the green light to attend an in person interview with the hiring manager for said position that Friday. Unfortunately I didn’t pass that portion. I knew immediately that Tuesday via email why I didn’t make it through and was given feedback. I was even told through Sierra that they would keep me in mind for the next hiring round which happens to be next spring. Overall, this is THE BEST firm I’ve ever worked with and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sierra. Not only is she professional, but extremely pleasant to speak to and went the extra mile. I will definitely be passing her info on to others I know. If you need help getting your foot in the door and would value feedback, contact Sierra. She definitely gets the job done.
