This place is AMAZE! Andy is professional patient funny and is great at his job. Havent had a bad experience. One con for newbies, services are by appointment only, no walk-ins. Bookings go fast but get your appointment!

K&Y staff were very clean and professional and both Andy & Tina have awesome customer service. They took my temperature as soon as I came in. They used safety and sanitary precautions, which made me feel at ease during this pandemic. I came here for the first time today and I am impressed! Tina took her time on my feet and ensured that I was comfortable with everything she did during my pedicure. She was friendly and personable as well! I would recommend this salon.. Better than most nail salons I’ve been to in Laurel. I will be back!

Tina is what is known as the truth! They are taking amazing pandemic precautions and stagger the appointments. This is the only place I feel safe going to. Tina takes her time makes my hands and feet look and feel human again!

This salon is great! I get my nails done this morning and they did a great job! They worked fast but efficiently and they kept asking me to check to see if there was anything Id like to change or be different. The staff is friendly too! I highly recommend.

My first time visting K&Y Nails and will not be the last. This small shop might he Laurels best kept secret for nail care. The proprieters are proffesional, courteous, and friendly. They are too booked for walk-ins but setting up an appointment was very easy. When I arrived Tina was ready and had been waiting/keeping an eye out for me. She is very thorough and gentle handed. Best pedicure Ive had in years. My feet feel brand new!

I enjoyed my visit there. Its tucked away and cozy inside. Its not super new looking on the inside if thats a concern for you. Im a nail polish collector so I always bring colors with me. But if youre someone who relies on the salons selections, you might be disappointed in their color offerings. The price is fairly standard at $23 for a pedicure. My tech was named Tina and she was very gentle yet thorough. I appreciated that. She fixed a terrible nail shape that the previous nail place left me with. There was a quick scrub applied, her massage was great with just enough pressure, and a flash of a hot towel lmao. She painted the entire nail, down to cuticle. Most places either try not paint to the cuticle or dont paint the sides. I dont like when they do that so I was very happy that I didnt need to ask for her to do it. Tina was very friendly and talked to me while doing my toes. I would definitely come back.

This nail salon is awesome! Quaint and Quite the positive experience. Andy won me over the first time I was there! Im actually calling now for my second appointment and lifetime of appointments to follow! Keep up the great work!

Andy was great! The polish work was nice but what I really appreciated was the scrub, leg massage, and close attention to detail around the cuticles. Always asked if everything was satisfactory for me throughout the service. He knows what hes doing!

Thank you, thank you to Andy and Tina. I just left another salon whose work was not up to par. (Full disclose - she was a student and was honest about that, but her manager wasnt interested in helping her out ) I looked at the reviews of salons near me, and K&Y came up. Its 530 on a Friday night, and they got me in right away and went to work on the repairs. Now my nails look exactly the way they should. Thank you again!

I really like this nail salon. Too bad I havent been able to get an appointment since my first visit. Ive called 4 times and wasnt able to book an appointment. They do good work and are kind but I need a salon that offers more flexibility.If you are a person who gets your nails done like clock work or know well in advance, this salon will suit you just fine. Unfortunately it doesnt work for me and Ill have to seek another forever nail salon home. Sad. I hope they expand one day.

So happy I found this salon!! I fear getting a pedicure because I have bad ingrown toenails and the majority of nail techs make it a very painful experience for me....or cut me. I barely felt anything here! Prices are more than fair, salon is tidy and clean, and Tina is so sweet and funny! Enjoyed my experience and her work!

My first time there & Im really glad I came. The place is very neat & clean. The couple who run it are very nice, friendly & efficient. They really made me feel welcome.I was unsure about what kind of manicure to get as Ive always had issues in the past with them lasting even a week & I was flying next week for a family function. The owners explained my options & how it would affect the health of my nails so I could be informed. And to top it off, they even asked one of their longtime clients her opinion since she uses her hands a lot. I ended up with a full set that looked better than most of the manicuresvIve gotten before...perfectly shaped & even with a good coating of polish that has lasted through my baking spree this evening.All along the way, they asked if I was satisfied with the progress at each step from the length of the nails, shape & polish & said to let them know so my nails were exactly what I want. Ive never had anyone that conscientious about the service they have given me. I managed to ding one of my nails pretty good & Andy just fixed it quickly.They even reminded me if I wasnt happy with anything they would be more than glad to fix it. They are the first salon to really put their customer service first.Be sure to make an appt as they are family owned & they like to concentrate on their clients. No overbooking for them as I was able to walk right into my 3pm appt.Give them a try...youll be glad you did!

Andy is very meticulous with my manicure and pedicure. He is the only person that I trust to do a gel manicure that last 2 weeks or more.

Appointment only nail salon, no walk-ins. Owners customer service is poor. Will sit in front of nail shop for a lengthy time smoking while there aren’t any customers and will refuse to take a walk-in.
