They moved people through very fast, the guy I had do my nails also doesnt my cousins and he does a wonderful job they are amazing!

Very poor quality pedicure. I’m not sure if the young lady had a problem with touching my feet or if she wasn’t properly trained. The only good thing about this place is quick service if you are in a hurry. That again should tell you about the quality. Don’t think you will be able to relax because the entire visit will be fighting off flies! Yes flies!

Nails very thick and lumpy looking

My sister was here and was merely trying to ask a question. The man was so unprofessional with her and yelled at her like she was a dam child. As a matter of fact, you should not speak to a child this way either. If you have to speak to any person that frequents your establishment often like this, then you need to be more tactful to your patrons. No one has the right to be mistreated just asking a man about a darn color of nail polish. When I asked him why he was talking to her in than manner l, he had the audacity to say because customers were being loud. That was a lie. There’s a huge dig in being loud so someone can hear you and yelling at a person in a mean demeanor! Unacceptable!!!!!

I would give this place 0 stars, but it wouldn’t allow me. The manger literally is always so rude with my aunt and she’s being going here for years. Today she went to get a pedicure and yelled in front of other customers at her and kept playing musical chairs with her placing other customers in front of her. Poor customer service!!!

Excellent pedicure! Wonderful customer service and the massage chair is an added bonus.

Maybe it was just my experience but I find that if youre only getting just a manicure and you want a clear coat over your nails youre not going to get seen first they want to see the people that came to spend money with them not people who just want something simply done I found that some of the staff there was not very friendly as matter fact I ended up having my nails sore and aching for some days after having been serviced there so it was at that that that time I decided that I would not be returning for service. It was just not the place for me glad to see that so many people get good service there I just didnt have something similar happen.

Pedicure was good but my mom went in to get her acrylics filled and they soaked them off..? So she left with dip on just her regular nails. Our appointment was at 5:15 and we left at 7. The person at the front was rude about us not getting the right service done and basically told us to get over it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Best Nail Salon around. Always friendly and very professional. They do excellent work and have the best pedicures hands down. Always have to wait but it’s so worth it. Highly recommend using them!!

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and when the man was doing he took some of my skin off and made me pay $17 are you kidding! My eyebrows were not even! I’m not going back.

Went in to get a new set and my toes painted. After an hour and a half, my toes are painted, half my big toe is missing polish, the polish is so thickly glopped on its not dry 2 hours later, not sure WHY they dont use their dryers...as for the new set, after 45 more minutes of waiting I STILL hadnt even had my hands touched, I left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Ill never return. NOT a good impression especially for someone new to the area looking for their new nail salon!

If you’re a walk in the wait is ridiculous whether it’s a simple or notThey never go fully all the way down the nail looks like they’ve grown out a week...5 days tops ..the owners funny but this one girl once told me he’s very rude and the clients always look up to him...it’s kinda funny...I asked to work there when the same girl told me they are looking for someone for a front desk position ..when I approached him(the owner)he told me their not hiring I went everyday to seeing a new girl who was shy and couldn’t even SPEAK ...pretty funny if you ask me

The only place in town I will have my nails done. Clean, professional, kind. I have problem nails and the products they use along with the way theyre applied give me 3-4 weeks in between manicures/fill-ins.

I went in at 10:30 and left at 2:30 with a pedi and nails that literally look like i painted my OWN nails. I was skipped over not once but 4 times.....the first one i let go just because it was a elderly lady and i was trying to be respectful but the next thing i knew a lady with her grandfather and another lady was rushed over to the chairs and iam sitting there looking around wondering whats going on. A young man working there (i believe noticed what i was seeing) came over and told me thank you for being patient and Id be next! So i got my pedi and went over to get my nails done. The lady couldnt speak english so another lady spoke with me and there was even pictures involved. Long story short i requested long ombre and left with NUBS!!!! She was speaking low and grinning idk what she was saying, and had i thought for a sec she may have been asking me anything about what i wanted i would have told her i didnt understand what she was saying.....after all the other lady came, we talked, we looked at pics then she went and told her EXACTLY what i wanted (i heard her) so where the confusion came in iam not sure. But one thing is FOR SURE.......they got my first and last bit of money. Want be back!!!!!

Wondering why people have to pay full price when nail school students obviously do most of the work! Had one to tell me that the manager is some sort of certified teacher/trainer and that she was one of his students. I wonder if they get paid or get to keep their tips!? Out of the three times Ive been lately, one was done by a real employee. This may be a common thing, they have to learn somewhere,

This is the BEST NAIL SHOP in town!! Bayvid is the ONLY one I trust with my nails!! He dies my solar with a Chevron, which makes my nails a lil different than everyone elses. I always get compliments...ALWAYS!! And Bayvid knows what color all of his regulars use. Sometimes there may be a bit of a wait, but its worth it!! And if you need a repair for a break or lifting (coz I waited too long to get them filled 🙄), they will fix it for free!! And they have the best pedicure Ive ever had with aromatherapy oils in the water and scrub and lotions!!! SOOOOO AWESOME!!
