The nail tech told me that she can do the design that I requested and instead did what she wanted to do and still overcharged me for the horrible job she did

I come here regularly for gel nails and have had all three family members. I choose this place because its kind of hidden and usually not too busy. I get in and out on my lunch hour with quality work done. I happened to have extra time one day and received a pedicure by an older gentleman....it was HEAVENLY.

Came here last minute because my normal shop was booked up. Cane 2 days before I went to Hawaii for my birthday trip. I am now 2 days into my trip and only 1 nail remains on my right hand and my big toe nail has already chipped. Not to mention she put a completely different color on my toes then tried to convince me when it dried it would be the same. Nope! Never again Waste of 60 dollars

Worst pedicure EVER! She cut all my toe nails so short and they are all uneven and my Im so afraid of infection. The man threw a customer out he said she was 2 picky. Her friend felt obligated to complete hers. I guess you get what you pay for.

I got my nails done a week ago and I go up there to have them fixed because they’re breaking off and it hasn’t been two weeks. They try to lie and say that it’s been over two weeks since I’ve gotten them done. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon. They tried to charge me even tho it’s been less than two weeks and won’t fix them. I didn’t pay over 70 dollars just to have them break off in a week.

The nail tech who did my nails is extremely rough and she was yanking on my arm I had to tell her more than once that she was being rough. She was squeezing my fingers so tight they started to tingle... she put so much primer on my fingers not even my nails my skin started burning. When I showed her the picture of the nail polish I wanted she walked away and came back and told me it would be extra. When I did not ask for a design or anything on my nails. I asked her why would it be extra if it was just plain nail polish she wouldnt answer me so this bigger lady came in and started yelling and then this man came over yelling at me telling me I needed to get out of his shop so I told him fine then told me I had to pay I told him I wasnt gonna pay if I was being treated that way. So as I walked towards the door the same big lady grabbed my arm! She was so lucky she didnt get punched across the face I was so angry and then for them to call the cops on me is just simply ridiculous. Then for this lady to put her input in and telling me I was being rude. I told her I wasnt talking to her then for the guy who called the cops on me asked me what I wanted and I told him and then I told him what the nail tech said he said he didnt know why she told me it would be extra. THIS STAFF IS A JOKE ! I was assaulted in the salon ! I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER !!!!!!!!!

This is always my favorite place to go! I was lucky enough to come today while it wasn’t busy and had the best pedicure experience of my life!

The wife is unprofessional and rude. I didnt recieve any service because she act like she didnt want to provide any once I ask about their false advertising $20.00 special. I rather send more money with a salon who provide great customer service. I use to always drive by this place without stopping. Im countine to drive by and dont stop. The disrespect was unbelievable. Save your self an headace and stay away.

Im only giving star cause I have to, I am totally unhappy with the way I felt in this place Ive been there before and they were nice and hospitable but not today. Im never going back. No words can express how I feel .

Worst pedicure ever! He botched a basic job, and they still charged full price. I have to go to another place to fix his mistake. It shouldve been an easy job, and now itll be a hassle.

My first experience with Nail TK was amazing. I had never had gel nails before, but they were running a $20 special so I tried it out. The finish was well-done and professional. I later went back a few weeks later to have the gel removed and get a new color, but the woman who removed my polish was obviously not one of the regular staff, and probably specialized in something else. She ruined my nails by using the dremel bit too much and she damaged my nails. She was not good at shaping my nails either. After that visit, I never went back...and I decided to learn how to do my own gel nails! I can at least thank her for that!

Love the service here. they treat you kindly here. I love lee and dhat service. they really scrub your feet well. my husband had malea and she was very thorough with her service.

This place is a family business. I used to LOVE coming here. Its been about a year almost consistently for me, and maybe even longer for my sis in law. Weve come here together a few times, as was todays case. It started off really nicely with a pedicure... a little longer than usual, but still nice. We both ended at the same time and were ready for a manicure; we found it odd that my sis had to wait for my lady when there was in fact another lady available to do her manicure, but instead she took another client.Before starting my manicure, I asked her for three acrylic nails and to keep my other real ones on; simply because I do take pride in my real nails, but the other three were cut short and unevenly by a previous salon. Nail lady still insisted on getting a full set. At this point, I had to be more stern and say No, I would not like that. Just the three please. She went on and talked about how thin my nails are, which I completely disagree. After 40 min at her desk, Finally it was time for polish (and sis is still waiting right next to me), but I had asked the male manicurist to assist her because we have been waiting for a while at this point. The lady continues with my nails and sends me off to sit under the light.I patiently sat there for a good 10 minutes not moving a single muscle and finally I snuck a peek at my left hand -- Thumb nail is clumpy and melted! Lint everywhere. I went back to her desk to see if she can fix it, to which she then shood me away and said the male (one who is assisting sis now) will fix it for me. I put my nails back under the light, 5 minutes later I peeked at my right hand -- now THIS thumb nail is clumpy and melted!Male manicurist is done with my sis, assists me, and puts my thumbs to dry with the fan. THE POLISH WAS CRACKING IN FRONT OF MY OWN EYES!!!!!After he fixed it, I politely told him that I was not satisfied and would like to have further assistance regarding the situation. He seemed to not have liked that reaction and responded with aggression. I then asked for a refund for the manicure, and even compromised with whatever just the two nails costs. Their only solution was to loudly and impolitely tell me that they will fix it for me (but after being there for nearly 3 hours and having PLANNED my SCHEDULE accordingly, I was not able to do that!) and DID NOT accommodate my request. The Mom/original lady then came up to my face, got loud, and walked away while I remained calm and continued asking for assistance. Male manicurist also raised his voice, threw things on his desk, and dropped the F bomb on me.Horrible, horrible service today which completely threw me off guard and out of their salon for good. They seemed not to care about customer satisfaction. How unfortunate of them to lose a loyal customer who had so much respect and a soft spot for their family business.

The prices are good my nails were on for a good 4 days the man said they stay on for a good month my nails started popping off the first week....

Dat has been doing my pedicures for years now. Hes amazing. I havent had an ingrown toe nail since I started going to Dat. Its not always a painless experience while its being done but to not have the problem occur again is worth any discomfort during the couple mins it takes. He gives great foot & leg massages, hes firm and doesnt just paw gently at you like many Ive had. I now come from California to have Dat do my feet. Im not sure you can give a better review than that.

The eldest (mother) did an awful, lazy job on my daughter manicure/nails. I paid in advance. I’ll NEVER go back.
