Personally they were good in the beginning when they had their original staff but once they changed it, it went awry. Every time i got my nails done here they were very much rough and made some of my nails bleed regardless of when I told them to be a little nicer you know. I went with my mom once and my moms nails were supposed to be French tips (the curved version) and the lady made them square. She might as well should’ve just painted the whole nail and yes she let her know but I guess they don’t really listen here. My nails were okay but once again a little painful as usual 😕 I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. the nice comments were from 2 years ago but this review is written in 2021 trust me. (Also good customer service bad quality)

The staff is professional, friendly, and very skillful in their craft. The two locations Ive patronized, were nicely decorated and clean. The staff practiced using safe and clean hygiene as well. I will patronize the Color Nails establishments whenever Im in town.

I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed; it was spectacular. The woman was understanding that it was my first wax in about a year. She was sweet and did a wonderful job. I would recommend to anybody visiting Vegas, or living there. :)

Ive been here a few times now and have really enjoyed the service. I have seen Anna and Mihn, they both have done a great job on my pedicures and Anna has done my gel nails which look awesome. I travel to Las Vegas all the time, and this is always my first stop. I will continue to come here.

I have been to a few nail salons in Vegas but once I discovered this place 2 years ago I have never gone to any other nail salon. Anna is the best and always makes sure my nails are perfect. She definitely loves what she does!!!

Long did a great job...ideally would have advised me of $5 upcharge to file my nails in pointed oval, but excellent workmanship. Full set of acrylic with gel color $45 + $5 shaping upcharge $50 and $10 tip still great deal..

Horrible experience. They messed up on the color and 3 HOURS later I left with a wet top coat and nail polish stained all over my hands. They couldn’t take an extra 5 minutes to clean them up since they were in a rush to leave. They kept blaming me for their mistake and tried to make me think I was in the wrong for asking them to get the right color. Super sad.

I love this place so much the people are also loving and nice and treat you as if you are family. They do an amazing job with your nails to!

I used to love this place but the quality has gone way down! Nail tech was unable to paint a simple flower on my finger, refused to use a gel top coat (even after being told I am traveling for a wedding and cant afford to have my polish chip), had to redo a finger because of a huge blob of polish, and so on. I was also told that my feet had no calluses and required no callus removal....My heals are rough, and even starting to crack. Then when I got home I realized that he painted top coat on my fingers and cuticle as well as the nail. This mani pedi is the worst I have ever received, ever! And to top it off I went in the morning and the shop was empty....no excuses for being busy or pressed for time.

A lady named anna does my nails. She does such a good job and everyone is nice there. My nails dont lift like i have experienced in the past. I love this place...

Highly disappointed! I have been going to this place for a year and never had an incident up to now. I have waited a week to write this review as I did not want to write anything while being upset. I have back and neck issues and I cant do my own nails. I also work from home and I like to have my nail spa time and relax. This time I was treated awful and the person that did my nails did a kindergarten job on my nails. I did not have an appointment and I was early, but the owner said sit, ten minutes and someone will be here. I asked if I should come back, make an appointment and he said, No, No, ten minutes, we take care of you. I waited, I am in no hurry and who does not like to sit on the massage chairs. Employees started coming in and I was take care of by a lady that started my pedi and someone else wanted to do my hand nails, but due to the last time they did it that way it hurt my shoulders because as the customer I was having to twist and hold my arm up while the person did his part, so I asked that I would like to go to a table after the pedi. The lady that was doing my pedi was told to go to someone else and the gentleman started coloring my toes. That was fine, but then he started doing my hand nails from the place where the pedi gets done. I told him that I would rather go to the table because I have physical medical issues and that I did not want to hold my arm up, so he gets a pillow and that did not help because he still kept my arm up at times and when he had to the other hand, I had to twist my body. If that was not bad enough, I could not believe that he made a mistake in the color ( I didnt care, he just had to take it off) but he was going so fast that he did not want to put the base coat back on. He must think I am just stupid, because he said that he already put it on, but I asked him,You just took it off, you need to redo it. He was not happy about what I said, so he slapped the rest of the color on my nails, accused me of not making an appointment and that it was due to my decision of not getting my pedi and hand nails done at the same time. I was so angry that I left. I called the owner and this is what is not acceptable. He did not want to hear me out. He just said, come back we fix, but did not want to hear me out. I felt that I was bothering him. I guess because he told me he is busy, to just come in. I went home, took the nail polish off my hand nail and now I write my experience. I dont want money back, but now they lose my business and anyone I talk to will know. I forgot one more thing...Bubbles on the nail polish.

Been going for a year. Very very goodI have an ingrown toenail and they always take good care of me!

Worst customer service. I would not recomend, save your money and go somewhere else. Got a full set within a week 2 of my nails broke. When to give them another chance same thing my nails broke the same day. Went to get them fixed they were very rude.

Stopped in here with my husband since we were staying nearby. Everyone was friendly enough but service was rushed. My feet were still rough after having a pedicure and my husband had 2 hang nails. I wont be back.
