The family is soo amazing and I have gone in twice and gotten the son (Peter?) to do my nails and he really takes the time to make sure he does it perfectly! I will continue to go here!!

Just so the employees of this location know, prying off someones acrylics is not proper technique. My girlfriend has damaged and stinging nails because of this place, I generally dont write any reviews, but this is genuinely appalling, especially from whoever is the manager on duty, who also has 0 customer service ability and is responsible for prying them off in the first place. Save your money, there is MUCH better nail salons in the valley.

Very clean shop, very friendly employees, excellent pedicure and manicure! The quality is great the price is a little on the high side.

I absolutely love this salon! Peter is the best! I took my mother and my 3yr old daughter for Mothers day and enjoyed every moment.

I love that its a family business. The pedicures are very indulgent and relaxing. They are very clean and do all the latest nail techniques. The Son of the owner is such a wise and kind young man too.

Took my wife here and she loved it. We walked in with about an hour before closing and they took her in for a mani and pedi. They even stayed late (about an hour and a half past closing) with no problem.My wife loved the pedicure and the technician fixed some issues from another place with no problem and took her time.The place was very nice and clean inside with a comfortable waiting area with a leather couch (maybe an addition of a TV in this area would be nice for those of us sticking around and waiting).

I went here late in the afternoon to get a pedicure. The whole experience was fantastic. The minute that I walk in I was greeted by a nice receptionist. Julie was the nail tech who did my pedicure. She did a phenomenal job! Everything was perfectly executed and the sanitation practice was spot on. Since July 4th was coming up soon I decided to show my patriotism and asked for some designs and the designs she did was fantastic (American Flag). The prices were fairly decent and what I got I would expected it to cost more but it did not. Pedicure was not the only thing decently price everything else was decent price too. I would definitely come back here not just for the pedicures but also for the other services that they provide. And I am totally bringing my friends and family to this place. It was an overall delightful experience! Totally worth the money!

They are friendly and get tight to it. I sat down long enough to sign a waiver and choose my color. I fell asleep 3 times during my pedi....I never fall asleep anywhere but home!! That says everything as far as the pedi. Got a full set and in very happy. Again, straight to it, she was quick! Made sure I was okay bc i guess i start looking sick...Im pregnant. Kept offering water! Eyebrows came out on point!!! All that for under $110!!! Ill be back... thanks ladies and gent!!

Peter was awesome!! I got a manicure and pedicure. Peter performed the pedicure which my feet were buffed abd polished to perfection. The conversation was great. My manicurist was extremely awesome as well. The place was beyond clean they followed every Covid policy and more practices that they implemented. I loved the plastic Curtains to separate the chairs

She didnt remove all the clear coat on my fingers. She made me bleed. Messed up my cuticles. Called the next day and all they said was sorry. They didnt offer to have me come in and fix it for free. I spent good money there. Never again

Great experience. My mother and daughter went and the staff was very kind, and were really great. The pedicures they got were relaxing, the location was clean and calm. Their nails look great. Definitely coming back!

Best nail salon in Las Vegas! The staff is wonderful. They do an exceptional job with my nails :) unlike majority of the nail salons here, they actually know what they are doing. The place is spotless clean as well as the instruments they use. Oh, and I never have to wait for my turn. They’re slightly pricey but very well worth it. I drive across the city just for them to take care of my nails. Thank you H2O Nails!!

I get my eyebrows done here. The lady always does them too thin. It’s really clean and nice here. They get you in and out right away. The people before them were so much better. They were my go to for everything but I think this place took over 😭

The worst nail shop in town!! Ive never seen my wifes nails so bad before. Every nail was pitted and not even put on straight. The lady who was doing her nails was yelling at my wife and was unable to make a simple ribbon design for our sons trip back for cancer treatment. Very rude and unpleasant. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Poor quality of service with above average pricing.Charges $28. For basic fills which is $10 - 12. Above neighboring salons in centennial hills. $28. Basic pedicure.Two repair of pealing two lift nails off my own replacing acrylic Over own nails no new tips added but she add to cost! Now keep in mind this is regular polish and regular acrylic nothing fancy!Of course charges before the basic polish was finished then they polish and of course I have to have them take the polish off because theres bumps/ waves everywhere!Total for poor quality job.Very sad that I cant find a quality salon!I gave two stars because the place looked clean and it was newly remodeled?

Me and my two daughters went and got pedicures on a Sunday and it was AMAZING!!! The two gentlemen that did pur pedicures were amazing.. We all left very pleased!! Will most definitely be going back!!

Came in 8 am because I had just got off work and couldn’t get over my yellow matching set I received from another shop. I wasn’t rushed picking a new color, she listened and executed exactly what I wanted. She even warned me of chromes that weren’t long lasting. The shop is clean and played good music. The massage chair was EVERYTHING!! I had a tight back and it worked out all the kinks. My nail shape is true to what I wanted and the polish is smooth and clean. I will definitely be returning and asking for the same nail technicians. There are 2 males working here as well but men always do a bad job on my nails. So I like to stick with one technician. I will definitely return here rather than traveling to my usual shop.

I’m very picky about my nails! I love Julie and all of the other staff here. They’re attentive and do a very good job. Julie is incredible with acrylics and shapes them perfectly. No chunky, bulky, nails here! Very beautiful!

The lady that does waxing always seems to be in a bad mood but she does a decent job at eyebrow waxing so I’ve gone to her for the last 2 years. Well, today I went in to get them waxed and drove 45 minutes to get to her and when I got there she was busy which is expected and she asked if I could come back later and when I asked what time she said at 6pm, which was 35 min away... I didn’t want to leave and come back so I nicely told them I would just wait for her. I waited with my children for the 35 minutes and right at 6pm she had one of the gentlemen that works there come and tell me I should come back tomorrow because she’s really busy and her next appointment was there. Like, really? Why would she have me wait for the 35 minutes just to tell me never mind and to come another day. I tip her $5 too every time and my wax cost me less than $15 and takes less than 10 minutes. I’m assuming it’s because I don’t come in and spend $200 on nails there every 2 weeks but I’m not happy at all with this service and they should treat every customer as an equal and if she would have told me from the beginning to come back tomorrow I would have. Now I’ll never be back. And I’m sure that doesn’t matter to them but I want everyone to know how this place treats people and if you are looking for a place that’s affordable and it’s convenient for you then it’s just fine but if you care about customer service and want a place that will be personable and treat you with respect you are better off not wasting your money or time at H2O nails and spa. What a joke. And how embarrassing and rude. I’m surprised that lady still has a job there. I think in the entire 2 years I’ve been going there for waxing she never asked my name or how I was doing. The staff seems cranky and it’s just bad energy.

Im new to the area and am very happy I came across this place, the 2 times Ive been here I never made an appointment and didnt have to wait very long. Jim did my first pedicure and did an awesome job. I was happy to see he was in on the 2nd visit so I requested for him. I also had a manicure and my eyebrows waxed by Ivy who also did a great job! Not sure how long the place has been there but it looks fairly new, clean, and have great service by far Im definitely coming back!

This place is beautiful and the ladies did a fabulous job. I have had pedicures before but never have I had one like this place. They did the stone message and purifin wax and a very thorough job on my nails trimming, cuticles, etc and I have never had that thorough of a pedicure. It was well worth the $45+ we paid. The message chairs are awesome, as was the music they played. From the orange scrub, to the oils, lotions this place is 5 + stars.

I have been going here about a year and I love it! I have tried every other place in Centennial Hills and they do my nails the best! I make appointments, because they really take their time and I can imagine having to wait without an appointment. But they do same day appointments. Give them a try!!

Sign out front on sidewalk every day. States Specials Pedicure $25.00 when asked for that price told no $28.00. Sign only good on Monday. Nowhere does it say that on signage. Sign is there everyday!!! Honor your prices. Wont go back

I went in originally for a full set of white tip French manicure. I asked for lots of white so I could get them filled and still have some white the next time because I like them short. She left my thumb huge and pink.. and then when I went to give her a second chance to fill and correct them, she made my middle finger on my left hand hardly have any white at all and you can see on every nail where she filled them. Very disappointed in the quality of service, would not recommend this place to anyone!!

A little more expensive than most but they did a really good job much better than pink nails across the street that is just as much Over priced if not more! I am over all satisfied

I love H2O nails. My feet are super painful and they treat with care always. They leave there each time feeling completely satisfied with a beautiful pedicure. Expert in waxing as well. Just an overall awesome shop with an awesome crew.❤❤❤❤

This place has the worst customer service and the service provide was horrible; I even witnessed a client forced to file and buff her own nails which is something I have never seen before. I was so disappointed and when the client declined to tip the tech after pretty much doing her own nails the tech turned off her light and left the client sitting there and moved on to another client. I just cant believed the reviews posted this places service is HORRIBLE!!

My sister and I went to this salon based on reviews. We were so disappointed. The staff was not very friendly and the lady who did our nails was very rude and aggressive. My sister told her it was starting to burn when she was sanding the polish off and the lady got angry and told her it didnt hurt. She then had her soak in acetone while she did my fill. My sister was getting her old ones removed and a new set put on. While she was working on my nails she got my finger and I jerked and she got angry with me. After my sister had been soaking in the acetone for about 45 minutes my sister told her it was starting to burn. The lady told her she was fine and continued to work on my nails. My sister continued to soak another 15-20 minutes. She was almost in tears at this point.After all is said and done our nails look horrible. The polish is sloppy and our nails are bumpy. Definitely wont be going back!

I like the staff. Clean environment. Sanitation practice is spot on, but being a licensed professional, its frustrating when you arent listened to. If I pay for a gel soak off PLEASE soak it off. Dont fake it and use a drill which damages the nail bed. If I ask you to leave my nail shape and I want long nails. Dont chop them so short and uneven and use a heavy grit file to saw away at whats left. Had to stop service and left almost in tears.

My gel nails chipped in a few days, staff was rude. There were smears and smudges. The gel was very uneven. Would not recommend.
