My cousin goes here and her nails are always o perfect. My usual nail guy was out of town so I figured hey let me try a new shop worst mistake ever. This shop was extremely unprofessional . After I got my pedicure it took them 40 min to polish my toe nails. They were taking so long I had to file and shape my own toe nails. Then the guy who did my nails messed up on the shape of them completely and when I pointed it out and asked him to fix the shape he said he doesnt see what I see and refused to fix the shape. Then I wanted a nail design and the lady who designs didnt want to do it so she said she would do it but for $30 extra . Who does that? Then when I said no thank you she laughs and says good cause I didnt want to do it and the guys who is doing my nails laughs. At the end when I complain to the manager and say I want a discount she argues with me and says no I have to pay or she will call the cops. So I had to pay $95. Totally unprofessional. A few customer who watched the whole ordeal ended up leaving because they couldnt believe what was happening . Never am I coming here again and. Telling everyone I know dont waste your money here!

The girl who did my pedicure could not speak or understand English at all. I asked for French pedicure (pink and white). Numerous times. I even showed the color of pink I wanted to use. Unfortunately I could not find the whitePolish. One of the other manicurist even help a little. I ended with pink and clear toe nails. Worst nail art I have ever received. I am now on my way home to repaint my toe nails.

I took my husband on fathers day (last Sunday) to get pedicures. The people there werent very friendly. I got Kenny. He was the only nice person there. The pedicure was okay, but a little rough. I got the $40 option and gave him a $10 tip. Shortly after, my left big toe started bothering me. I GOT AN INFECTION ON MY LEFT BIG TOE. Right now I am on my third trip to southwest medical quick care to get my toe drained! Ive never had something like this happen to me at other shops! I am also pregnant and am very nervous about getting my toe sliced open. Please beware of this shop. I truly believe that this was because they didnt clean their tools properly.I dont know how to add a photo to my review but I added a pic on their photos tab. You can see my blue toenails with the infection... Sitting at the quick care facility.

Love the hours but the quality of work is rushed and the polish is old. Gel polish should not chip or peel. They should get better materials and take better care of their customers and give them what they pay for!

I had never been here, before. Absolutely love hours of operation. Mary, first nail-tech to get the shape Ive been trying for through many salons all over Las Vegas. This salon uses real towels, instead of paper, love that. Its in the details. Thanks Again Mary.😁

Thet are very slow and they never ever have the color you need our tgey are all Old They dont even have Gel polish I notice they will places the White people in front of the black clients no matter what .The only reason I go here is the closing time other tgen that This place Suck Big time .

Had to edit my review. My nails LOOK amazing however, they break at the slightest movement. Like opening the door, opening a zip lock bag, feeding the dog.... this is RIDICULOUS. They do a good job at glance and the shop is VERY CLEAN and the atmosphere is great, great customer service but Im finding the workmanship to be cheap!!

Ive been coming here for 10 years, I ALWAYS make appointments with Kenny for my pedicures, hes got strong hands, great for massages and takes his time to clean/cut my feet/toes!LILY is also great! She takes her time, and does an amazing job with polish. Shes very detailed and takes her time...I ALWAYS request Ken THA MAN for manicure or full set. Hes extremely charismatic, funny, efficient, clean and detailed with his work. I AM ALWAYS getting compliments on my nails!

They are rude and work very slow and just a waste of time going just try a different salon and they didn’t even give me a full manicure and the girl didn’t wanna give me my money back.

Absolutely horrible. This was the second time I went, and only because my cousin and her daughter are regulars. I thought my first visit might have been a fluke, but this visit, with a totally different nail tech, Kenny, was even worse than the first. We had gel mani-pedi’s, but I requested a full set of gel nails as well. The pedicure was mediocre at best. If you’re used to going to a real salon and having your feet done completely, don’t bother with this place. First he just assumed I wanted my nails cut short and I stopped him as he had already started clipping my first toenail. The last time I was there the tech had cut into my nail bed with the clippers and I bled for about 5 minutes. This time, he was just as eager with the clippers and cuticle trimmer and both my finger and toenails were bleeding. He was constantly stopping between procedures to text on his phone, and he dug into the sides of my toenails to clip the “ingrown nails”, which aren’t ingrown. I just have very wide nail beds. And he proceeded to hold up the clippings to the other two techs working on my two cousins feet and yelled out “ingrown toenails!” and they laughed and continued speaking in their language but gesture at my feet. How incredibly unprofessional! I honestly wanted to kick him, but I didn’t want my cousins’ services disrupted. They were both enjoying their pedicures and weren’t aware of what was happening until I explained what the techs were laughing at later. By the way, by law nail technicians are not legally allowed to do minor surgery. If it WAS an ingrown nail, cutting it out would be against your license.Moving on to the fingers, he went about those pretty much the same as the toes, but he was facing the windows outside and kept sneezing. I told him I didn’t mind waiting for him to go deal with his issue but he just let his nose run, kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his gloves, and went right back to grab my fingers. I gave him a look and he wiped his nose with a paper towel but still went straight for my hand without changing the gloves or washing his hands. I sat through the rest of the process holding onto my sanity with very little patience. If I hadn’t been with my family I would have walked out early on in the pedicure.The end result was a set of nails that are barely sitting correctly on my fingernails, the shapes are all different, some squares, some that look like inverted candy corn shapes narrow at the finger and flare out wide at the tips, and there are bumps and ridges where he didn’t bother putting the gel or polish on evenly.The Only decent service done was by the woman tech who painted the flowers on my ring fingers. She was kind, interested in knowing exactly what I wanted, and took her time to try to make them as close to the pictures of the flowers I chose as possible.At the end when it was time to pay Kenny pulled out a small pad and started calculating the cost, although he hesitated a few times as if he didn’t know the prices and started quoting prices that he quickly corrected with higher costs. So in the end I paid $45 for a pedicure with gel polish, full set of gel nails for $50, and $5 each for the flower designs. Were those the correct prices? Who knows!? Was it worth it?......NO Flipping Way!When I asked my cousins why they keep going there, they said it’s the convenience factor.Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had a great experience! I went here on a whim because I needed to get a pedicure and all the other shops were closing at 5 or 7. The lady who did my pedicure took her time, massaged, and made sure that she did her best. I was surprised at how she made my basic nail polish color look like gel!!! I loved it, im definitely returning!!! Prices are good, and the set up is clean.

Thank you I came in and asked for an eyebrow wax and after about a 2-minute wait I was met by a nice lady who took me to the wax room. The wax room had a comfy bed to lay in and a bright light to see all the details. She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows which is rare for eyebrow waxing, already a big fan! Then I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! She did a great job and the price tag was worth the quality of the job I received. The BEST. I literally adjust my schedule to go to them, and not a nail place near my office because they are just that good. Super sweet, reasonably priced, and just do a really excellent job. I would always call ahead and not walk in, theyre popular- but they will accommodate you and take you right away if they can.

My daughter recently had acrylic nails with gel polish applied for her prom at another salon in Las Vegas and was so unhappy with the results saying that they were way too thick and just didnt look how she had expected. She needed a fill and re-polish and read about Perfect 10 Nails. We were so fortunate to get in quite last minute on the same day we called. She had her nails redone and was so happy! She said they are perfect in every way.

I didn’t go to my nail salon because they were close so I decided to check these place out. They did not have customers 6ft part they literally sat me next to someone in a close space. They do not have the plastic protectors things other nail places have besides one in the front! They move me to wait to get something done while I was waiting a lady sat were I was sitting and they DID NOT CLEAN OR SANITIZER NOTHING! They couldn’t do nothing I ask for and it was simply designs and my pinky nail has a bump on it! It’s not worth risking your life getting! Covid is a very scary thing especially for me who is immune compromised idk what I was even thinking staying the way I did! Now I’m scared and well Quarantine myself just in case!

I can officially say that this place is one of the best nail spa in Las Vegas. They are very friendly, very efficient, they work together as a team, no unnecessary loud talking with each other (I actually enjoyed their playlist of music). It was a relaxing experience! And oh, they did a wonderful job with my nail design!

Theres never too many people here so theres time for the technicians to get to know you and get their work done without having to rush or skip out on details. Just walked in without an appointment for a gel manicure for $35. I was there less than an hour, and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly and they have positive banter in their native tongue- maybe Vietnamese. Ill be going back!

First of all, I want any readers of this review to know that I am incredibly picky with my nails when it comes to shape, length, and thickness of my nails. Not only did they exceed my expectations with how well they did my nails, but they were friendly and clean as well. They also have a TON of colours to choose from, which is awesome! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

They burned lines into my toes. I had to get my nails fully painted instead of a French manicure. They talked then entire time like they were arguing about something. This started before I sat down. They argue with you about what looks like. They do what they want on your nails but want you to pay. Then they paint your nails so bad it looks like a four year old painted them. They don’t even clean up the sides or paint the sides. Uugghh so many customers walked out upset. The only good about this place is it’s open late but watch who you get.

Super friendly...as a single mom with little free time, I found the hours to be of great help since between work hours, time taken away by traffic which it varies daily..., last minute errands and daycare trips and their activities ....i never really know when I can get a free hour to give me a little TLC... open till 10pm had been the only way I get my nails done just by driving home and pulling in 8 or 9 and they are smiling either way brevet rushing to get you out the door. Love them

The reason they are so cheap is because theyre skills are.I kept getting cut by the guy doing my nails I had to ask him to stop.I asked them to clean up my eyebrows they completely messed that up..And were so rude about it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEYRE SERVICE AT ALL STOP WHILE YOURE AHEAD YOU WILL REGRET IT

Of all the nail salons I have been to, I have to say this customer service is the poorest I have experienced. Waited too long, especially with so many people there not doing anything. I don’t like the way I was talked to, they have no tact at all. I decided they weren’t going to make a single penny off of me, I have been to better. The only advantage they have is being open until 10 PM, it doesn’t justify treating people however you want to just because you can.

I get gel manicures every three weeks! And my nails always look amazing. Go to Ken or Yen.

Got my nails done here. It was okay. Love that they are open later and down the street from me. The prices are decent but Ive had better service and quality nails done at lower prices elsewhere. Gave it a 3 because it was so clean in there.

Ive had several facials and 1 pedicure all services were good no issue with them some of the ladies dont speak English very well but there is always someone to translate

I was a regular at this salon for several years. They do great work. The reason I will never go back is this...the last 3 TIMES I went there the nail tech asked me if I had gained weight! I go get pedicures to relax and feel better about myself, not to leave feeling depressed and fat. I understand that calling a woman fat may be acceptable in Vietnam; however here it is NOT.

Ive been coming to this place for a while and sometimes i have to take my son.. well when he was only a few months old i was getting my nails done and he started crying and getting impatient, a few workers there took turns holding him and bouncing him..so i could finish getting my nails done... theyre the nicest people ever and i always love my nails.

This nail salon is amazing! Really great prices, extremely clean, great ladies who check in with you throughout the process. Perfect 10 Nails is wonderful, I got a classic mani/pedi they were gentle and I left with beautiful nails and toes! They also have snacks, new massage chairs that they line with plastic for extra cleanliness. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Best Pedicure ever!! Yen did an awesome job on my feet! I reminded her twice that I only wanted a regular Pedicure because everything she did to my feet & legs seemed like it should be extra. Nope, thats the regular treatment! The guy who did the Fill on my nails did a great job too! I was in the area & just stopped in. I actually live on the other side of town, but I will make this drive from now on just to come here!

DISRESPECTFUL & GREEDY RUDE STAFF. Been coming here since last summer. They rush to do pedi & nails. But most nail shops do that. What does bother me is the disrespect where they talk about you (guessing vietnamese) while you are sitting there getting your nails done and you see them laugh and stare at you. They assume you have no clue they are talking about you or what they are saying.This disrespectful behavior to paying customers (I also tip good) is unprofessional, uncalled for and just lost my business. Its also questionable if the workers there are even licensed by the state board. They have a few that only do pedicures and they dont speak any bit of English. DONT GO TO THIS RUDE SHOP. THEY ALSO USE CHEAP QUALITY POLISH. Main reason I went is because they open late hours where others dont. Im going somewhere else where they actually are professional.

The guy that did my nails was very kind and gentle. Usually who ever does my nails cuts me on the cuticles or over file the sides of my fingers and it hurts. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely come back. I didnt catch the guys name but he has tattoos on his left arm.

Went into location at exactly 9am 1st customer the man seemed to be upset that my daughter and I were there..he opened the door put a rock in the door bottom to keep it open didnt ask us to come in he walked away we walked in sat down he asked if we had an appointment I said no he then asked what did we want done other customers came in right after he took my daughter and he took 2 other customers and overlooked me I asked if they had appointments he said no I asked why wasnt I going he said that he was waiting for his other techs to arrive which wouldve been a hour wait I felt a bit discriminated against because whenever an African American walked in he would say come back in hour but other people that came in were white and seated..the man that was doing my daughter feet asked her to wait for her nails because he had to assist other customers when she was 1st we left the establishment I will never ever give business to this company please be aware of how people treat you dont take any company doing this to you black,white,Asian or Hispanic...

This was my first and last visit to Perfect 10 Nails. I made an appt for 7:15 and arrived at 7:10. The salon wasn’t busy at all, approximately 5-6 technicians sitting around talking. I was immediately seated at a station and a lady named Mary, who was less than personable, began working on my nails. About 15 mins into the process, she’s literally in the middle of buffing the old polish off of my nails, when I hear someone come in the door. Next thing I know, a man comes up to me and tells me I have to move to another station and someone else will finish my nails. I asked why I was moving, as Mary had already started the process, and he could not give me a straight answer. I asked again why I was moving, and he said because “he can do for you” and pointed to a male technician. I moved to the other station and asked the guy who told me to move if he was the manager. He looked around and at first didn’t want to respond. I asked again if he was in charge or who was the manager. He pointed to two women who were sitting at another station, hearing this entire thing go down. I said which one is it? As I’m lookin at the two women, who are both looking at me, and he just points in their direction. Neither of those women, I’m not even sure at this point who was in charge, spoke up and said they were the manager. Not only did she not come over and give me an explanation as to why this occurred, she couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She stayed sitting at her table, laughing with the other woman, even tho she heard the entire ordeal. The nail guy who ended up completing my nails was much more friendly than Mary and did a fairly decent, rushed job. I’m disappointed this was my first impression of this place. The salon itself is very pretty, aesthetically, and is even open late, all good reasons to return to a salon and provide them with business. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and poor management will keep me from ever returning here.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but the lady was so rude to us when we walked in we turned around and walked right out. Rude service is just unacceptable.

Not only are these people all unprofessional. They are highly racist. And upon arrival rude for no reason I asked how much a pedi would be for a 4&5 year old. She goes $25 I said their kids she replies go somewhere else. Another customer was there as well and they were just making up prices as they go. It was requested for them to show their prices and when the did a kids mani and pedi is 25 so why change it? They said you all can leave speaking to me my kids my mother and the other customer we said fine when we turned to walk out a nail stylist through a glass cup and it hit my 5 year old shattering everywhere and cutting the other customers door and my 5 year olds face. They received a citation! Can you believe that. But it’s okay I have the best attorney and will be filing charges. I’ll be contact the BBB in the morning. They have piss poor service and are very unprofessional laughing that a child was hurt!

Worst place to get my nails trimmed, I went there today to get my powdered nail polish off. They did a decent job of taking it off but they did such a awful job of trimming my nails to where I scratched my eye while trying to take off my eye contacts.

Super decent work. All the employees tease and joke with each other. I dont understand what they are saying, but the playfulness is contagious. Being open late is a big bonus as well.

After a day of my nails being done two of my nails broke because they werent properly did and I wanted them thick but the guy did whatever he wante to do. After calling trying to get the fixed they told me to come in the next day I did that and ended up having to be told I had to wait a hr . This place is horrible !

I get nervous everytime I try someplace new - but saw the ratings and treated my friend (who is going to prom soon!) & got ourselves a pedicure :) it was pure amazing! We were treated with respect when we walked in and throughout our experience! Everything was great! Definately going to go back to get my nails done! Very satisfied!

My lady was very unfriendly. Got a fill, charged me 3$ extra to trim, but didnt charge my friend who got the same exact service. Left 1 nail crooked and got mad when I asked if she could even it out. My other friend got a mani pedi and took over 2 hours and did a terrible job and still charged full price. Put my friend in pain and she even complained. Horrible service.

I dont even know where to start🤔 Ive been going to perfect 10 nail on and off in between my regular nail tech not having availability when I needed a broken nail fixed or fill. The one guy I used to let do my nails was Kenny he seemed okay if you had to choose from the others.The entire shop has bad attitudes all they do is talk about everyone in their language and make sarcastic comments i had a Vietnamese language translation app and the lady next to me was talking about how ugly the customer baby was, unprofessional isnt enough to describe this place. However I went in to see Kenny and I sat there for 1hr 45mins waiting on him to do a nail repair for me, he had a major attitude and acted as if he didnt want to work on my nail I asked him is today not a good time considering I dont have a appointment he wouldnt even answer me but began talking in his native language to the guy that sits in the front with the bad attitude and smart mouth that has sexual inappropriate behavior with customers, I watched them go back and forth for 5 minutes to where I just walked out. The women workers are insecure cowards infact the entire shop is cowardly to hide behind a language they know you dont understand and mock you while you pay them for it in a sense. No one should ever go there. Its obvious the shop is struggling financially thats why they need to be open late.

Worst service ever. I called an hour before to make sure the had a spot for me & my friend . Some lady answered & said yes to come in at 7 or 730 . We were 40 min away from the place . If 0 stars was a thin, itd be for perfect 10 nails . I have been getting white tip acrylics pretty regular with only a few breaks in between for 9 years and ive never had such horrible service! I came in for a mani/pedi and was tossed around to 3 or 4 people. One person for this another for that which was annoying in itsself. The powder the guy used to do my acrylic was terrible, he stopped so my nail was freshly done but looking a week old . They were careless about how they applied polish, got glue on my skin which hurt so much to pull off and i asked for square and got rounded . The shop was dirty and VERY unorganized. Never would i recommended this place to anyone . Ladies please go somewhere else . Please save your hard earned money ! They wont do a refund and will only do what they feel like when you ask them to fix it .

MYSELF MY 3 DAUGHTERS CAME TO GET OUR NAILS DONE ON A SUNDAY THE NEXT DAY 2 OF MY NAILS WERE LIFTED WUTH AIR COMING THROUGH IT. MY OLDEST DAUGHTER THE ACRYLIC WASNT ENOUGH APPLIED SO IT LOOKS LIKE SHE NEEDS A FILL AND THE POLISH LOOKED TWO DIFFERENT SHADES. MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER THEY DIDNT SAY AFTER PAING TEN DOLLARS THAT COATS PEEL AND WAS TOLD YOU HAVE TO PAY 35 DOLLARS FOR REAL POLISH ON A 7 YEAR OLD. MAN WHAT AN EXPERIENCE AND THEY ARE EXPENSIVE THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS. THEN TO TOP IT OFF I CAME INTO GET IT FIXED THE MAN THAT DID MY NAIL HAD AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE HE DISNT WANT TO FIX IT AND THEN DID A TACKY JOB. AND THEN SPOKE IN HIS LANGUAGE WITH AN ATTITUDE TO OTHER WORKERS.AND THE OTHER WORKERS FIXED IT INSTEAD OF DISCOPLINING HIM FOR HIS RUDENESS. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Walked in wasnt greeted. Was asked what i needed, was pointed to who would service me and thats it. Set there trying to start a conversation that didnt happened. All everyone working in the salon did was speak in their language no one spoke English. I went around 7 but i will never go back ill just wait for my usual nail tech. Horrible Customer Service. They do horrible pedicures smhBTW I told the pedicure lady one of my nails wasnt polished completely and she told the guy who did my set and he just looked me up and down Never come to Polish it or ask me anything
