Stephanie was prompt in helping me. As I was a walk in, I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually file with H&R Block. I had been using a tax filing app for years but had issues inputing my information correctly this time, causing a BIG error on how much I owed to the state. I only wanted an estimate. After she gave me one I decided to go ahead and file right away. I do not regret that I did. I believe I my taxes were handled by a professional and someone who cared about my well being. I will definitely return next year.

I’ve been a loyal customer of H&R Block for 16 Yrs but I have to admit that lack of professionalism and customer service skills that the employees at this location and the Union NJ location have shown really has me shopping around to take my business elsewhere. They don’t stick to appointments, They have water cooler conversations in the midst of preparing your taxes, they never answer the phones, they also shout customer information across cubicles. And countless other reasons why I’ll be doing my own taxes next year or paying someone with a bit more professionalism
