When looking for a nail salon for my bridal party, I was looking for a location that could handle multiple women at once, as well as offered gel polish and extensions. Kyou was the perfect choice, as it is a massive building.They specialize in gel, so don’t go here if you’re looking for traditional polish – but for your wedding day, you don’t want anything to chip! Be prepared to spend a few hours if you get nails and toes done, as they take their time to make sure everything is perfect.

Happy with the look of my nails but for it to take 3 hours to get my nails done; 1 star. Got my brows done as well and got burnt which left my eyelid swollen and my skin above it scabby. Wont be coming here again. Despite figuring it out (since Im pretty sure somebody from the salon will comment)..they offered me a comp to the brows. But no thank you. First pic is the healing process while the other 2 were the very next morning. And a pic of my nails.

I wanted eye lash extensions and was more than nervous I called got right in and it was the most relaxing experience the ambience is wonderful I would recommend it to everyone

I went here only for a lip wax. I was only inside for less than 10 minutes but left feeling super relaxed. Music and ambience is nice. I really enjoyed my experience here, the girl did a great job in asking if I was okay and treating my skin both before and after waxing. None of the products hurt me and I have semi-sensitive skin.

This is a very nice spot for a lovely rejuvenating facial and pedicure. My visit was a gift from my son and daughter-in-law. I had a nice experience recommend it to all.

Definitely recommend Kyou beauty Spa. Kyou Beauty has the greatest location in Chinatown. The nail salon is amazing. Jessica did my nails this time. She did amazing design, specially the marble. We tried the special color. cat eye with matte finish.

I highly recommend this place especially if you want to improve your skin and skin care routine. I got a facial from Chi ha ru last week and I cannot day enough positive things about her. She took the time to advise on my specific skin issues, giving very thoughtful advice and specific recommendations to follow. I have been here several times and everyone I have come across has always been super responsive (via Yelp messages to schedule an appointment), friendly and accommodating (when I wanted a last minute appointment). I also purchased some skin care products which I have been using and already seeing a difference in my skin.

Elizabeth is such a good person, her skills are perfected and her work is a true craft, she helped me recover from a really bad job someone did on my previous eyelash extensions before a birthday on a last minute emergency call. Cant even feel them and they Dont shed. Shes very educated and a veryyyy smart woman. Definitely makes you feel comfortable in a chair. I cant thank her enough for being so smart haha. thanks!!!

I have been here yesterday for a full body massage . Massage was good a bit hard though but overall good. Prices are reasonable $48 for 1 hr massage. The only catch you need to be aware that there’s a $10 min tip there for the service.

The atmosphere here is the best Ive ever been in. The employees all love working here. They are happy all the time. Everyone is so welcoming and warm. The work is amazing and you will always get a great customer service experience here!

I just went to Kyou Beauty because it had good yelp reviews and does Japanese nail art, but it turns out they have Japanese skin care too! So not only did I get my nails done, but I ended up getting a Kassa facial too!

It was a really good massage. I really needed it. And the man who gave the massage was very skilled. But I had only ask for the full body combo which is $38 an hour. He added the hot stones onto my massage Which I didnt ask for and it did cost more $10. But considering how good it felt it I wasnt going to complain. Came out of it feeling better. He focused on my probem spots which was very much appreciated. They do have recommended tips like a previous reviewer mentioned. Overall my feet and body got the aches and pains released. I will sleep well tonight.

My four friends and I all purchased the same full body massage. Two of my friends received hot stones and my friend and I did not. The massage was very good, however in the middle of the massage they asked for their tip which was very unprofessional. I told the lady at the front everything and she did nothing. We will not be back

Came to this salon less than a month ago on my trip to Vegas. Came for a relaxing day of pampering but was unable to due to the poor quality of work done on my manicure and pedicure. I found the experience rather odd, possibly because I am from the east coast where things may be done differently. My stylist painted very uneven coats of polish on both nails and toes and there was also no drying station so I left the salon with wet paint. The pedicure station was very strange. Instead of jets this salon filled buckets lined with plastic. There were no toe separators or false flip flops for poloshing which caused smudging when putting my sandals back on, leading to thick uneven coats of paint. I feel as though I wasted a day of relaxation during my vacation here. Ended up being an entire waist of money. After a very careful hour and a half later my nails were still not dry and smudged horribly causing me to have to remove the polish completely. Not a place for tourists to come and be pampered.

I did a couples massage with my boyfriend. The gentleman who did my massage was very skilled and thorough. His massage overall is more on the therapeutic side just FYI. I felt amazing afterwards. My boyfriend had a very relaxing experience with his therapist. He even fell asleep! I did NOT buy this on Groupon. There was really no need. $70 for an Hr & a half massage is unheard of. If you cant tip someone at least $10 for a massage then you shouldnt get one. They provide a very satisfying experience.

I went for a combo body massage with scrub upgrade. It could have been a decent foot/lower leg massage, if she would have used massage oil. I would not recommend the body massage at all. Its just a bunch of pushing. I left feeling beat up.

Heres the thing with kyou beauty.....THEYRE AMAZING!!! I 1000% believe in doing an appointment because they ask you how youd like your nails and they accept text messages so you can send them what youd like to get and they try their hardest to get it exactly like the picture. I actually have only been there twice because I dont get my nails done that much but theyre so nice a polite and their customer service is top notch. They always treat me with respect and they dont rush me out the door (like some other places Ive been to) I am getting a facial there soon so Ill let you guys know how it goes.

I’m in town for the Las Vegas Market and was told by my Uber driver from last night to check out Chinatown. So today when I had some spare time I Ubered over there. I stopped at Kyou Beauty Salon and asked if they had time for a pedi. I was told they did by a very sweet and friendly girl at the desk. She asked if I wanted gel or regular polish and I requested regular polish. I selected my color and went to the chair waiting for me. Everything was great until the end. She took her time, did a great job trimming the cuticles, polishing my nails the whole works. Now my pedi was done but my nails weren’t dry/drying-and ladies there’s no nail dryer here like other salons. This sweet girl has another walk-in scheduled after me and is trying to get me wrapped up so she can do a gel manicure. She brings over a mini desk fan-I sit there for 10 minutes waiting for them to dry...still not dry. She finds another mini desk fan-now I have 2 they really aren’t putting out much air but she’s trying to do something. I sit there for another 10-15 minutes. Still not set up but at this point I feel like I am in the way and holding up her next scheduled appointment because she keep coming to check on me and they aren’t setting quickly so I put my sandals on and hope for the best. Yeah that didn’t work out as they still were not set. Now I have a $35 + tip botched pedi to fly home with tomorrow. I’m not happy! I don’t blame the girl who did the pedi I blame the salon for not providing the proper tools for her to do her job with. Where’s your professional dryer? Or how about a larger fan that has some velocity to it and some quick dry so people don’t mess up there fresh pedis? I have never experienced this before in all my years of getting pedi’s. My advice- Ladies either get gel or save your money and visit your regular salon when you get back home.

I workout regularly, and a combination of possibly overworking a few muscles, and bad sleep posture left me feeling partially crippled. My physique means that most masseuses can do little more than just poke and prod the surface of my skin in their deep tissue attempt. This place hit all my problem areas, and worked them thoroughly. Especially my pectoral muscles, which most places skip entirely.I didnt get the name of my masseuse. But she was different, the pain felt like something akin to torture. But when my knots were worked out, I felt refreshed, and ready to continue my active lifestyle with nary a hiccup.The rooms are private, with two beds each separated by a divider, with curtain doors. Theres relaxing music as well. If I wasnt having my muscles worked so thoroughly, I probably wouldve fell asleep in there.

I was a little worried about going to a nail salon in a different area than I am use to but these ladies were awesome. I noticed the liners with the buckets of water but I was a little relieved because I knew it was for sanitary reason. The two ladies did a wonderful job on both the pedis and manis. Very sweet, accommodating ladies. Took their time with detail but didnt take forever. Love the shea lotion they use. Smells wonderful and very good moisturizer! Would have bought some but I could not bring on plane. Im going to see if maybe they can ship it if I call (over phone).I found the use of paper towels over the toe separators so much more comfy. A+ place in my opinion! Offer lots of other services like massage, lash extensions, make up, facials. A full service place! Would recommend!

Variety choice for your beauty products.

We were supposed to receive a 90 minute hot stone couples message. What a joke! The VIP room was tiny, the message therapists were a joke! The foot message portion consisted of getting the TOPS of our feet rubbed for 45 mins and the rest was a shoulder message with my head being assulted my the message therapists groin area and 1 minute of hot rocks. Then they actually asked us for a tip at the end, as if we could forget because proper tipping flyers were plastered all over the salon. DO NOT GO HERE WHAT A SCAM!

It is hard to pick a good nail salon out in Vegas since there are SOOO many . Stumbled upon this little gem when me and my wife got lost going to an appointment at another salon . When we walked in we were greeted promptly and my wife was taken to her nail artist . My wife had Chiharu and she was AMAZING !!! This was the first time my wife didn’t complain after that they went too rough on her nails . My wife went with a basic nail color, BUT the lady who got up from Chiharu’s chair before we sat down had such detailed nails I was in shock, if I would have only seen those nails in a picture, I would think they were photo shopped . Bottom Line great place, Amazing nail artist will definitely be back !!!

I ABSOLUTELY love this salon my main nail stylist is here and unless shes out of town i dont go to another salon!!; Their prices are a little high though... Go on Groupon first because they usually have deals there!

I just want to say that this was one of the best places I can say. I was happy with the ladys that took care of me and made me feel like I can depend my life on them I even fell asleep lol. They were very gentle with my eyes . one thing I can say I fell inlove with my eyeslashes I wanna thank you ladys for making me feel at home. Just one more thing get ready when you walk inn they have full service for women I couldnt believe it. Its beautiful inside and very clean.

I like this place! This place is so dry, I finally found a beauty salon to take care of it! This home is a Japanese skin care series called Noevir, plant essence series, it is very comfortable to use. The squeeze is very thorough, so satisfying. The face seems to have taken off a layer of dry skin, moisturized. I also made eyelashes. The technique is good and I am very satisfied. Listen to the introduction in the store and Japanese manicurists do Japanese manicures. Come and try it next time 😋!

Amazing nail art and eyelash! Im glad that I finally found a real Japanese nail art and eyelash salon! Im from Japan and Im a picky customer, so I couldnt find my favorite salon in Las Vegas .. . I feel like I finally found it !!!I am very happy to finally find a salon in Las Vegas where I can do nail art and Matsuek properly! I had my eyelashes done at the same time as I was doing nail art. It was a lot of fun to be able to talk in Japanese.

I love facials here ~ 💕The treatment is very comfortable and my face and mood are refreshing ~ I want to keep going ^ ^The service and the atmosphere of the shop are perfect ~ 👍

The store is a little hard to find and hard to get to by taxi or car rental. Since the manicurist was Japanese, it was nice to be able to talk a lot (yes).
