The tech was great, very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. Our ant infestation seems to be under control now. Please know that, living in Florida, ants are inevitable. Florida is Kingdom Of The Ants. And other bugs are their evil home-invasion minions.You need pest control on a scheduled basis. The DIY option with insecticides from home supply stores dont work long term. You can guess how weve learned that. ;-)Just call Truly when you see the first bugs, and save yourself a lot of trouble!

After inspection it was found that wildlife had invaded the attic of a home we were planning to buy. Our inspector, Karl Anderson, made arrangements for trapping, sanitizing, etc. of the attic area. As we are in a rental until the middle of December, and have no access to a printer, he graciously delivered copies of our contract, and spent time discussing the various work stages and answering questions. When he realized that we were from out of state, he offered several recommendations for services we needed. One was a local flooring company that has been outstanding in fitting us into their schedule so that our floors will be completed when our furniture arrives from Arizona. All of the technicians were courteous and efficient. We could not be more satisfied with the overall service.

Just got the first treatment for our yard and everything went very well. Will have to update the review after a few more treatments. Everyone at this company really knows their business and all are very helpful. More to come.......

Dave, a rep here in Port Charlotte, was kind, patient with all my 101 questions, personable and very informative! We saw a drastic change with the ants issue the same day. Then 10 days later Dave followed up with a phone call and a visit. Its great to see people who are passionate at what they do.

I enlisted Truly Nolen to handle ongoing weed & feed services on our lawn. Ive been extremely impressed by their courtesy and professionalism. They arrived on time, took care of our needs, and had a follow-up inspector come by to check to be sure we were satisfied. At this point I could not be happier with their services.

I met with Truly Nolen service coordinator Cameron Petro because I needed to change my lawn and pest control service. Cameron reviewed the companys services very clearly and answered my numerous questions. I was also interested in learning about having treated insulation put in my attic as well as learning more about how to control different types of pests. Cameron explained the different services Truly Nolen provides. I made the decision to have the lawn and pest control service, new insulation put in my attic, and my interior and exterior walls treated.I was not able to meet the person who came to do my lawn. I did meet the pest control person. Greg carefully inspected and sprayed the inside of my home as well as the outside area. He graciously answered my questions and was such an all around nice person.Clayton and Autumn arrived a few days later to treat the interior and exterior walls. Clayton was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the day. Clayton drilled through outdoor tile squares without cracking any of them! Autumn was an apprentice to Clayton and I appreciated how carefully he instructed and how seriously she followed his instruction. Both of them were very careful when they needed to move furniture and when they had to enter and exit the attic space.Cameron came first thing in the morning to explain the process that would occur and to introduce Clayton and Autumn when they arrived. Cameron also came at the end of the day to review the days results.I am very thankful that I made the wise decision to select Truly Nolen as my lawn and pest control company. I also appreciated the personalized care that Cameron Petro provided. Now it is onward to new attic insulation! I am sure that will be done in the same professional manner.

After bringing roaches in with groceries, I had at least four other pest controls come to get rid of the German roaches and no one could help me. After not even 2 visits, Truly Nolan had my home pest free. That was over two years ago and I still am pest free! Thank you Truly Nolan.

Our tech is great, but the customer service is terrible! I am a long-time customer, and when I called about a simple problem, I was treated in a rude and condescending manner. I sent a complaint and never even received a reply. Also, their notification system is non-existent. They used to send a postcard to let you know when they were coming. They no longer do that, so you have no idea. NOT happy with that at all! MOST ESPECIALLY Katherine!

Technicians courteous & well informed, no sales pressures & answered all questions & concerns. Only 1st treatment but so far very pleased.

I only had the inspector come out and he wasn’t that polite, wear a mask because I asked but careless about covid and didnt inspector the entire house. Then quoted me a ridiculous price to stay with them for an entire year to get the problem resolved but yet they only come out quarterly but you have to pay monthly. I wouldn’t recommend this pest control.

Truly Nolan was hired to to do pest control inside the house. Over the last year or more, he has sprayed the inside of my house once and only because I ask him to come inside the house and spray. Even so I could detect an attitude. I have sent notice to discontinue service, yet they have this service tech coming to the house once each quarter and spraying the outside. I am not sure what he is doing. The bugs are on the inside.

They perform lawn treatment. Our lawn looked terrible with bald spots and yellowing. Truly got it looking green and plush in a few short months.I’m really glad we employed their services

We have the whole house bug control and rodent control. The rodent control was not worth the money.

Beware of the supervisor Ken. He has communication issues. The staff and service associates are 5 star. I loved my service tech and the staff but the supervisor Ken really needs a position more suited to his lack of ability to communicate properly. I would still be a customer if it wasnt for him. I will miss my techs. Great service awesome people, except Ken the supervisor. Be cautious. 5 star staff and techs!

When I walk in the lawn I always seem to get bit by some insect. I’m new to Florida so I’m not sure if that is normal? Also I found some roaches in the garage. I think I may need a stronger spray or increased frequency. I have been doing all new landscaping which may be causing the increased bug programs. Overall I think the service seems to be good.

Very disappointed....for a company in business for 80 yrs youd think they would know, and give proper instructions to clients, on how to handle a bed bug problem...after a 1200 dollar contract with them and over 2 weeks of conflicts with them we still have a problem, and are being told it will be at least 30 more days before there done treatment....this is terrible!I give them an FAfter much effort on Truly Nolan and the persistence of their BED BUG EXPERT LENNY, We are starting see results...NEVER REALIZED HOT DIFFICULT BEG BUG ERADICATION CAN BE.It has been months with this problem but Truly Nolan has stood by their promises. We are very grateful...hope its over soon !

When I first moved to Florida I became familiar with the yellow, red, and black vehicles of Truly Nolen. The black ears and tail of a rodent made it clear what line of business the company was in. I had never heard of them before. Yet, in Florida these vehicles were easy to spot in every town. I quickly found out that vermin - yes, pests - were overly abundant throughout the state. More importantly, I found out for myself that Truly Nolen stood out because they were the peoples champion when it came to pest control. They not only will terminate a problem, but they will snuff out a threat. I dont even consider anyone else, because they will get the job done in short order and vanquish the vermin.

Danny Wilder, Service Specialist, for inside and around my home in particular was professional but friendly and told me everything he was going to do and I followed him around just to see what they actually do inside my house. He didn’t seem bothered by me and gave me very good information how to try to keep bugs out my house. He also let me know exactly what he was going to do outside and let me know to keep the pine needles off my house as much as I can. A lot of pine trees around me☹️ I’m from VA so dealing with bugs is so different since we had cold winters. FL is a experience as far as bugs go and I have 2 little dogs so it’s important to me to have an informative and reliable pest control tech to educate me about FL bugs and what to expect inside and out and help me to take care of my house. Truly Nolen was referred to me and this was a very good referral.

Great service! They have always been helpful when I call. Their appointment times are pretty quick and they are super accommodating. They send someone out ASAP if I run across any issues (only once). Their tech David is wonderful! He is fast, courteous and makes sure he gets every nook and cranny. I’ve only had one bug issues with ants when we first bought our house. They sprayed and had to come back out because the amount of ants that was surrounding the house was so bad. But ever since TN has been treating my home, I don’t see anything inside or out anymore. Do not appreciate it when get email after service person does his work to inform me that we owe $111 for the quarter when we already paid for the year in advance. This is not the first time it has happened, we have been double billed before.

I called the office and a day later they sent out a pest control specialist. He asked some questions and then proceeded to treat my home inside and out. He explained what steps he was taking and why. I just purchased a brand new home and Karl Anderson helped set me up services for my entire property. He is great at listening to my needs and gave me exactly what I needed to address my concerns.Danny Wilder and Scott Angley came out to get me started on a preventative service. I did not have any real big problems I just wanted to make sure my entire property was protected. I have a small child and a dog so I don’t want them to get bit by fire ants or for my wife to see any nasty roaches.What I liked best about these guys is they called me before the service and called me after to check and see how things were going. I also got a call from the Truly Nolen office to ask how the technicians did and about my experience. Relationships are so important to me and I appreciate how they treat me and my family like we are special to them and they care about us being pest free.I would recommend this company to anyone, and if you happen to live in the area these guys cover that’s the icing on the cake!
