Ok, I love this office! Matt is amazing! I had emailed some general questions on a position posted online. Matt called to personally address all of my questions, making sure I felt comfortable and fully informed. I had an interview the very next morning, and was able to start working the day after that! I love the job - most especially the people I work with. I’m so grateful; this has been an incredible experience. Compared to other companies that don’t update their listings or are inexplicably difficult to connect with, it’s not even a contest. I honestly can’t say enough positive things. Check them out!

Bradley Townsend you all! This brotha has been helping me find jobs through Randstad for awhile now, and he has been one the most helpful individuals I have ever met. He got me my first gig than I quit the job told him I was gonna try and freelance, but that didn’t go as plan. I then shot him an email saying I’m interested in the jobs, and he responded the same evening. He got me another job just recently and it didn’t work out for me and I got fired, and not even a day later I already have a job lined up for tmrw! Like whattttt, like he ALWAYS found me a job within 1-2 days of contacting him, and VERY RESPONSIVE! Let me stress that. Plus I’ve met him in person and he seems very down to earth, calm, and has your best intentions in mind. This guy knows what he’s doing, knows how to do it, and is jus fun general very reliable. Through Randstad, mine would not be effective until AFTER my permanent hire date at my job which renders it useless to me.**To be fair, this is not something Matt knew at the time of my hiring.**All in all, Id recommend Randstad to anyone looking for immediate work, temporary or permanent.

This is the most horrible place to work for. U can’t ever get a straight answer out of them about stuff and they drag their feet getting w2s out. I guess since they are making all the money off of u then they don’t need theirs in a hurry not realizing that some or most of the people that work for them are in tight spots and might need to file early to get advances for bills and get their taxes back quickly. If u want to be able to work and get your w2 in a decent time I would not at all recommend this place. My husband works for a company that has hundred of stores and millions of employees and they got their w2s a week into January and here we are a few weeks in and they since can’t tell u anything and haven’t posted any it’s ridiculous. Pick up the pace some of us have bills to pay and things that need to be done.

Randstad is the best staffing agency I have ever worked with. When I relocated to Tennessee they helped me find a job. When I relocated to Memphis, they helped me find a great paying job with great benefits. And when I moved back to Northeast Tennessee I went to see them again and they matched me up with another good paying customer service position. The representatives in the office listen to me and always try to match me to the type of work I enjoy doing and that I am the best at.

Randstad does a great job. I needed a temporary summer job in a warehouse before college classes resumed in the fall and Matt found the perfect fit for me. I walked in, told him what I was looking for, and I left the building within an hour with an assignment to go to on the following Monday. I stayed the entire summer with no difficulty whatsoever. Very thankful to have found these people.

I have to admit I was skeptical when I first talked with the people at Randstad. I was certain that I was going to get hit up for some fee for them to pitch me to companies, but it is the company that employs you that Randstad charges a fee for your employment. I was fresh out of college (I majored in Mechanical Engineering), and expected for them to only find mediocre positions at best, but I couldnt have been more wrong. The day after I met with my Randstad agent, he called me with an interview with a company I had never even heard of in my own hometown for a position in engineering that I was well qualified for. I was offered that position and two weeks after I had met with Randstad I began working, and as of this past Monday have accepted a permanent engineering position with that same company in an elevated position. If it werent for Randstad, I wouldnt enjoy whatever job I would have found anywhere near as much as I love the job I received thanks to Randstad. I would highly recommend you give them a call if you are having trouble finding a position, they can and will help you if you will let them. A very special thanks to Matt, he was super helpful and I appreciate his dedication to his clients.

I can say I went to a different staffing age cy and was disappointed. They were going to give me a job. I told then I had interview with randstad the next day and they said they had that job offer for me and wanted me to come in. I told randstad I had a job and that I would be in contact if it didnt work out. When I went in to get the job at the other staffing place they said they had to put me on a list bc there was no openings after calling me that day. I was very disappointed that I didnt just go with randstad bc they seemed very honest and professional. I wanted the job offer they had for me so bad for years. 2 days later that job wasnt there any more. I am still disappointed and waiting for a call because I didnt take the triad job that was offered because I thought I had a job already through another and didnt want to waste randstad time like that but I wish I would have went in that day and took that job offer. Randstad you are still the best for giving me that offer when you did a week ago and I wish id took it. I cant go back but I wanted yal to know I would take it in a heart beat and wouldnt go to another place like that again if I had that offer in front of me still. Lesson learned and I cant change it. I got to keep going and hope for the best now. Triad was something I had been waiting on for years to come open. 😤😭💔 I have faith that maybe a position could come back open there. I hope. I really wanted that. Thank you for trying to help me and I would be there Monday and starting if I could. You guys are the best for offering me that. I wont forget it. ☺ I wish I would have took it.
