Wanted a different watch band for a gift from a good friend. Fast fix had a large choice and put the band on for me right then and there. I love it.

Went to check the price on replacing a bracelet clasp. It was $90 but they suggested using tweezers to adjust the clasp and temporarily fix the problem. I didnt do business with them & still appreciate the service!

Wanted a pin for my watch wristband and the attendant acted like I was not important. So I walked out.

Thank GOD i had a 3 year warranty card. They replaced a battery for free & wanted to charge me $25 to replace another. $20 labor for $5 battery, think NOT.

Absolutely horrible. Ran in for a quick fix 10 minutes to closing and their gate doors were already closed and locked. Individual inside said they had to be out by 6. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! Horrible place, horrible customer service, wouldnt recommend EVER!

I called in to inquire about replacing the battery on my watch, but it was close to closing time. They said that if I come in by a certain, that they would be able to accommodate me. So, when I did show up, everything was taken care of in a very timely and professional manner (30 minutes only). The owner - Lamia - was very sweet and knowledgeable about the watch industry. She was very frank and had no pretense when it came to watches and their levels of exclusivity. I was very impressed, to say the least.

I live in Summerlin and there are many high-quality jewelry stores near by and around here. I called around to numerous jewelry stores and this place beat them in price hands down. Furthermore, those other stores I called around said it was on average a 4 day waiting period.I came here to get my wifes platinum wedding band and ring soldered together and then they put in sizing balls to make it a tighter fit on her finger. My wife also highly recommends this place.Juan was fantastic! He is a very personable jeweler and he was able to get the job done in less than 45 minutes!I intend on going back here to get many other services I need done.

Everytime i need a piece of jewelry fixed, or watch fixed they always help me out.

Took a vintage Omega to have the dial cleaned and the hands repainted, after waiting nearly three weeks for a estimate, I called they still did not have estimate, they said the would call me in hour, but did not, finally about 4 hours later, called said the watch needed a overhaul note the watch was overhauled 4 years ago, my Customer wanted the aging patina removed. As it turns out they do not have certified watch maker on staff, just a garage mechanic called Danny.

They helped me replace a watch battery and fix a gold chain rope chain that broke. Got both done in a matter of 30 minutes. Thanks for everything! Will definitely be back if I need anything else fixed!

My Daughter took her brand new engagement ring in to get sized and the diamond was switched out. She contacted the owners and the owners would not even talk but yelled at her. The diamond on her ring had a serial number and when she went to get the ring checked by the jeweler in her hometown she was told that the diamond did not have a serial number and the quality was terrible and this is not the diamond. JUST A WARNING- THEY ARE RIPOFFS!!

They stole my diamond! I needed my ring sized and they told me it would be an hour even though there were no customers. I didnt notice it till the next day and had no way to prove it but they switched the stones on my ring. They used to be good when the old man ran it but the minute his son took over, forget it!

Had my watch batteries replaced & Im beginning to think they use old batteries. One battery lasted less than a month, the other lasted less than a year. My old watch batteries would last years!! Also, I dropped off my watch for stem replacement, it wasnt ready when promised & they made up an excuse on the spot that the part needed to be ordered. I knew that because as the conversation progressed, the information was changing.... I wont go back for new business. Once my warranty runs out Im done with them!

I had a great experience I needed to get my ring resized before my wedding in a couple days the staff has great customer service and was able to get my ring resized real quick I am very satisfied with the service I have received.

Went to see if they would replace the stem with broken crown on a favorite (inexpensive) watch with a common Japanese movement. They quoted a cost of $49.95 for a job that should have taken less than 10 minutes. I can replace the watch for about $50. One attendant gave a little grin when I said it was a ridiculous repair price. They obviously were making to much money to want my business. Ill buy the stem and crown on line and put it in since it doesnt take an engineer to change a stem. Good luck if you visit them.

Ive brought 2 rings to this establishment before. I have small fingers and usually need to size my rings down. The previous two times I was charged about $40. I brought a third ring in today, and the guy tried to charge me $83. I walked out and getting it done somewhere else for $40. I will never go here again.

Are you kidding me. To replace a little pin in my Casio watch wristband they wanted to charge me $19.95. A ROBBERY.😭 Go to Bayside watch in the same mall. Paid half there.

If you wanna spend more money than you need to for a new battery or link removal, go to this shop. At least its convienent to stop at while youre shopping at the mall. Although Meadows Mall kinda sucks too.

Had a Movado watch didnt know why it wasnt working. Kalin took a look and fixed it in 15 min. I guess it was just the battery. I was so impressed with how fast and fair he was.

Went here to have my ring resized and engraved also the center setting mount on the ring was crooked so I asked if that could be fixed as well, I saw the lady look up the pricing for a resize and it was in the 80-150 dollar range in the system which seemed rather high, she talked to her jeweler and said they can do all of the work for 170 including the engraving and to come back a few hours later...I came back looked at the ring and the engraving was completely off center, the words Forever True started on the left side and hardly made it past the middle of the ring, Ive never seen anything like this in my life, then the lady had the audacity to tell me that it was normal and its the sentiment that counts and that other people never had a problem with it being off center (The words were barely legible by the way) they removed the engraving and refunded my 20 dollars...As I start to leave the store I noticed that the center mount is still off center, they did absolutely nothing to it whatsoever I walk back in and the lady is trying to convince me Im not seeing what was clear as day, and sure enough when I got home I measured the gap with a feeler gauge and the gap was exactly the same...This place is a ripoff, they ended up charging me 150 bucks for a 1-1/2 ring resize which should have cost around 50 bucks for a white gold ring that needed a downsize.

They fixed my watch it was fast easy and the price was better than all tge other places i called if i evee have am issues with jewelry again im coming here for sure

Three stars because I thought it was very over priced. They charged $19.95 to remove two links on my watch. I dont know if thats the norm around here but I had a place I went to in California that only charged me like $5-6 to do this. They were kind of acting like it was a lengthy process but I have seen the guy in Chino California do it right in front of me in a matter of seconds. Therefore three stars for slow processing (around ten mins) and high rates.

Saw the sign and should of kept walking. Save urself a headache and money.
