My Earrings needed to be soldered and they burnt the metal in front and didn’t show me when I paid and picked up my other items! I will never go back ! The owner is not to abled to communicate properly or apologize? ! He only offered to fix it when I showed the damaged earring?! Not professional and wish I never brought my earrings to this establishment.

Needed an engagement ring resized 7 to a 5.25. Ring looked like it was untouched and the size was perfect, amazing quality. They are always very friendly and really quick. I just had my 2 watches resized in 10mins for $20. previously i had 3 batteries replaced in my watches in an hour for $50.

Took a gold chain to get repaired and the repair was honestly terribly done. It looks like they just melted the gold together into a clump and it’s so extremely visible, no pride in the work performed. They admitted it was done incorrectly but denied fixing their own mistake. Please take your jewelry somewhere else.

Great jeweler...I have had some jewelry repairs and some custom made pieces too.

This place is a rip off. I took them a silver chain that needed to be relinked and soldered. It would have taken 10 minutes and he wanted 50.00. Lol I ended up taking it to Korea Town and they repaired it and cleaned it for 10.00. Also because I paid cash they didn’t charge tax. The guy on Westcliff is a criminal!

Ive been going there for over 10 years. I do believe their jewelry repair prices are the cheapest in Las Vegas. And I noticed the other store owners bring their customers jewelry there to be repaired.
