My sister has been a customer here for at least 12 years and I’ve been making special visits whenever I visit Las Vegas for the last 5 years. I always find very unique items and gifts here as they have a nice variety of everything. This past visit I had earrings that needed clip back replaced and a few seed pearls replaced that were lost. The repair was amazing and even better than what I thought it would be. Jeweler here does superb work! This trip I purchased a beautiful jewelry box flowered egg gift for my niece. They gift wrapped it for me too. Everyone there is super friendly and very helpful. They have consignment case that has some really one of a kind items. My sister purchased a beautiful ring and they are also taking some of the diamonds around the band and making earrings! They do everything here! Jeweler is on premise everyday! Prices are very fair and they also offer layaway and trade-ins! No request is impossible for them. My sister and I LOVE this store!

My fiancee and I came here to design a custom ring around our own center stone, and I could not possibly be happier with how it came out. They perfected every single detail we asked for and took immaculate care of our morganite as they created the ring. The price was very reasonable and we spoke to nearly every employee in the store throughout the process, and every single one of them was knowledgeable and courteous. They were patient and understanding despite our many revisions before finalizing the design, and after finalizing the ring was ready to be picked up well within their estimated time frame. Ill be recommending Summerlin Jewelers to everyone I know.

They low ball the cost of gold when buying jewelry. However, they will give you an honest opinion for the price of your old jewelry that is in line with most other places in the area.

Its been my experience that most of their competitors offer run-of-mill, cookie cutter items. Summerlin Jewelers isnt into the hard sell. They offer personalized service and simply want the customer to be pleased with his/her purchase.

Quality service at an excellent price. I got two watch batteries replaced at $5 each, and I got my watch band links re-sized free of charge. I will definitely recommend this place in the future.

I just replaced my lost engagement ring by shopping at Summerlin Jewelers . Who new there was a gem of a fine jewelry store right in my neighborhood?! The sales associates were knowledgeable, helpful; and used a no pressured approach. My ring was delivered ahead of schedule and I love it.

This jewelry store did an amazing job cleaning and polishing, my sterling silver link necklace that was very dirty and also polishing and fixing a sterling silver necklace that my mother brought back from either Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, Israel years ago. They polished it so it is nice and shiny and also fixed the clasp on it so I dont lose it. The people who work there are very efficient and amazing at what they do to make the jewelry look like it was brand new. And I have a bunch of other jewelry that needs to be fixed also and I only will go to Summerlin Jewelers to get any of my other jewelry done correctly. Cause they are the best that I have found in Las Vegas. And customer service quality is absolutely excellent. (Darryl Jacobs)

I ordered a custom wedding band here. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and it was nice to see the owners inside the store dealing with customers. They met their deadline and held onto the lower price they quoted even when I was in a complete rush and calling all the time. I highly recommend this jeweler for all your needs.

My name is Nina C. This review was written on yelp in January after I had services by them.Brought my morganite here to get the surface scratches buffed out. I was told by the gentleman who looked at it it would be $30 after going to the back to speak with someone and they said we dont even have to remove the stone. I thought okay Ive never had it buffed so I didnt know prices or the process of buffing it out.I just realized after having the ring back for a week that my stone is completely lopsided now. I was crying I was so upset. Theres no point in calling them because theres nothing they can do they ruined my stone. I wish they wouldve told me this could change the shape of the stone completely I wouldnt have done it at all. Now thats all Im looking at is the fact that the shape of my stone is completely different. It has a big slope. You can see how its sloped if you look at the prongs. Showed to my mom and husband and friends to make sure it wasnt just me thinking it was sloped and they agreed.I look at my ring a lot as Im in love with it and have had it for over 4 years I know my ring. This completely changed it and I am heartbroken. DO NOT bring your jewelry here.Another note when I picked it up I noticed there was some scratches on it still and I pointed it out and they brought it over to a gentleman who said yeah those are too deep to get and he said its a much improved and he said it in such a rude way, and said it WAS only $30 for the job. I never asked for the cheapest option. all I did was come in and asked for the scratches to be buffed out and they told me the price and what would happen. I wouldve rather spent $300 to make sure it was done correctly. DO NOT bring jewelry here they will ruin it. I dont know how you couldnt have seen this when inspecting the ring. There is also new damage they did, I can see how it happened on the edge, it was never there. I am just so incredibly upset because nothing can be done unless I have it buffed down to be even but I dont dare take it to this shop to have that done. The photos will show the unevenness of my stone now. I dont wear any other jewelry at all. the stone means so much to me and now this is all I can see.I’d love to add my pictures to show you how they destroyed my ring so check out yelp or yellow page reviews to see what they did.

I have found some of the best and unusual jewelry around and I get great service from the staff and the owners. They have also made me custom orders for a very good price.

I have done business with this jeweler many times. They have fair prices and wonderful service. Their prices for watch batteries is a fraction of what other stores charge. I had a watch battery put in by Kay Jewelers in Downtown Summerlin it cost $20.00 and lasted less than a year! Same watch battery at Summerlin Jewelers cost $5.00.

This store is a fantastic place, even though I only usually get small watch repairs there for my elderly mother. They have always treated me and my husband like we were royalty purchasing expensive jewels and have often charged us minimal amounts for these types of services. I cant say enough about their kind, old school charm and friendliness.

Called in to inquire about having one watch cleaned and anothers band reduced by one link. I have used them for other work and have purchased diamonds and a watch from them. I even directed a hand full of folks to them for service and purchases. when I arrived it turned out they were talking about cleaning the band. I explained I needed the watch cleaned. They indicated it would be sublet to a trusted local watch smith. The price was still reasonable. During the course of small talk I had indicated the dust was visible inside the crystal. One of there employees indicated oh not a problem we can handle that while they were adjusting the latters band. There guy took the watches in the back room adjusted the one band. Then proceeded to open the other watch and swab out the dial. I was still willing to have it serviced but they seemed sincere so a said OK This is where the term A LITTLE knowledge is a bad thing!. Well intentioned or not there person yanked the crown stem out of 22 jewel watch that should have been properly disassembled to release. Gee wiz so sorry well get it handled. None of us are perfect so OK get it fixed let me know when its ready. Many calls to them and just shy of a year later I got it back. Looked great and was incredibly accurate for about a month. then stared to loose a few min. a day. Within a week something inside came apart. The hands would jump ahead when winding, likely a failure in the escarpment. Returned to the Jewelers they indicated well try again. after a few more months and a few calls to them they came back with. there guy doesnt know how to get parts for it. Have a nice day. So with that I tell you folks with nicer things like myself CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!:Ps after I had this experience I had the previously purchased diamonds examined. Their not junk but they are far less valuable than their price. This is the kind of place you need to ask all the question. Ive managed multi million dollar service dept. over a roughly 30 year span Ive never screwed up and sent someone packing. I lived with and corrected or compensated my clients for any short comings. I have considered taking legal action but frankly they win the bet that I wont tie up my time and resources for a lousy G! All I can do is warn nice people with nice things to avoid persons of lesser standards. Again Buyer Beware!!!4/10 Thank you for your artful riposte; Age and condition are always factors to be dealt with. As for the matter of the crown its not too likely a movement dated 2014 would be all that worn. But give the devil his due and assume thats an accurate statement. Brought in rings for sizing. Took 4 weeks past expected date and two out of three were the wrong size. Melissa brought out full guns of arguing...no customer service quality at all. Avoid at all cost. The one ring that was sized correctly had marks on the inside..not a quality job. Will never go again. Beware.
