My son moved to california and asked me to pick up his bracelet that he had this establishment fix fir him. I went in to get the bracelet. The clerk that I was working with asked me for my ID. I gave it to her. She had me sign the receipt showing that I received the bracelet. I attempted to place the bracelet on my wrist and it fell to the ground so I began to question what he had fixed on the bracelet. A different unprofessional female was behind the desk. I asked her what was fixed on the bracelet. She proceeded to ask me for a receipt in a nasty tone. I explained that I came to pick up the bracelet for my son because he moved to cali over 8 hrs away. She walked the bracelet over to the repair guy and came back and asked me for my ID again. Since she was being sooooo unruly I said i’m not showing my ID again because I showed it already and received my sons property. She said they weren’t going to give me my sons bracelet because I would not show them my ID AGAIN. With that being said They refused to give my sons bracelet back to me and they kept it. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
