They cancelled my weekly cleaning the day before my cleaning and let me know they also could no longer clean on my day of the week, THE DAY BEFORE MY CLEANING! The week before they asked to reschedule because one of the ladies had a family emergency so no cleaning that week either. So two weeks I have had no services provided. I have two houses that get cleaned every week you would think they would do whatever they could to at least give me proper notice and to get someone to my house right away especially since we are going on two weeks of no service!

I’m moving out and needed a good & thorough cleaning. The arrival window I made an appointment for was 11Am-1pm... the two ladies Nahiely and Dayana showed up at 11:03am! They were very sweet, and brought all their own equipment with them. They did an AMAZING job. They cleaned my 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhome I was renting. The kitchen especially looks brand new now. They even cleaned inside of the fridge, and cabinets. They made the oven look nice and pretty, and they actually lifted up the range on the stove and cleaned that super well too! The deal was great & I would highly recommend. I hired pristine cleaning in Las Vegas over a week ago and it was the most horrific cleaning company I have ever delt with. I paid for a move out deep clean and I didn’t even get a lip stick Clean. They didn’t wipe down the walls (kid hand prints )or clean my floors (crumbs, noticeable hair) on the floors the Window’s were not even touched. I had laundry detergent smeared all over the shelf in the laundry room and they have lied about everything. Every time I call Pristine cleaning Sabrina answer’s and tells me the same thing they will call you back when they feel like it. I feel like I’m getting the run around because I’ve called everyday and have tried to talk with Matt or higher management and 10 days later I’ve received no answers or call back. During hard times of Covid there are way better companies And more honest companies who deserve the much needed business. Hired Pristine Cleaning for a move out cleaning service for my Dads apartment. I debated doing to cleaning myself, however, when shopping around for prices, Pristine cleaning was more than reasonable and had great reviews so I took a chance and Im SO GLAD I did.Our appointment was at 8 am on a Tuesday and at 4:50 pm on Monday, the apartment complex that we were moving out of decided to send an email saying the water will be cut off the next day at 9 am with less than 24hour notice. Knowing that water would be needed for cleaning, I texted Nikki who had sent the confirmation text in a panic. Wow they really out did themselves!! When they came to the door, they were friendly and professional. They brought all their own supplies. They did such a wonderful job. I have been doing the cleaning in our house with all those toxic chemicals for years and I would have to divide the cleaning into two days for my allergies and asthmas sake. They use lavender scented products that left the house smelling clean and peaceful! I kept walking around my house for 10 minutes after they left saying WOW. They really went above and beyond in the 3 hours that they were here and to know that I dont need to air out the house afterwards due to harsh fumes is a relief. The ladies were very nice and very thorough. They are very meticulous, like myself and it is nice to know that there are professionals out there care about customer service just as much as their work. I really felt comfortable with this cleaning company, enough to leave them with my dog and go out and run errands while they cleaned. We will definitely be using them again, in fact, every two weeks. Lease was up and I had to move. Place needed some serious cleaning before I could leave. Pristine came recommended and its obvious why. Pristine Cleaning - The name says it all. Kathleen was the technician that showed up - on time and ready to work. I use the term technician because she was methodical, skilled (not as easy as it looks, otherwise everyone would do it), pleasant and worked non-stop. The areas I thought were clean before she started turned out to be organized, not clean. Kathleen made them sparkle clean. I love to cook ( but hate cleaning the kitchen) so that area required a lot of extra love. When she was done, the place looked and felt clean and smelled fresh. If all of Pristines staff are measured by Kathleen, you cant go wrong here.Ill be calling on them again in near future.

These people are AMAZING!! Every time they clean Im thrilled! Its not only super clean (like youd expect), but they organize your stuff and make it tidy. My husband built a rollercoaster-type toy on our dining room table the day before Pristine Cleaning came. I thought for sure they just wouldnt be able to clean the table... but they did! They carefully moved things around and cleaned everything! My nightstand is also always a mess (necklaces, hair ties, clothing tags, water bottles), and they not only clean the stand (dust, wipe down, etc), but they organize my stuff on it! They go above and beyond to do every detail.. they make your bed, change your sheets, clean every small surface. Its great! They even accommodated me by agreeing to do a chore that isnt our their standard list, for the extra little charge equivalent to a refrigerator cleaning. Anyway, youll LOVE it. Cut down on my stress a lot! And you can do it once every 3 weeks to cut down on cost.

Team showed an hour after my call! I figured it was just to quote and then schedule. Not the case. They said well be back after a Home Depot trip and got started. The guys told me it would take 3-4 hours and we agreed on price. Unfortunately the job was a bit more difficult than first thought and ended up taking almost 7 hours. I was a bit worried throughout the process that they wouldnt honor the original quote. Didnt happen they honored the quote and all looks good. Did I mention they worked in the HOT HEAT! Would definitely hire them again.

I had a great experience! I was desperate for a deep cleaning and it was so easy to set it up over email. I didnt know what to expect as I had never used a service like this before, but my cleaners went above and beyond. The patios are swept, the kitchen is spotless, my bed is made, the floor is completely cat-fur-and-dust free. The oven is super clean inside, and they even straightened up all my piles of stuff I had laying around. All the cat toys had been collected into the cat-toy basket (I forgot to pick them up myself), and she even brought my garbage & recycling bins in from the curb before she left. 100% amazing. In February we let go of our regular house cleaning services because they started to slack. I researched and asked around about other house cleaning companies for a month. Finally a colleague recommended Pristine Cleaning. The first thing I did was read as many reviews as I could. I recently moved out of my apartment and was way too lazy to clean before our inspection. I was recommended Pristine through a friend who has them clean her house on a regular basis. They did such an amazing job at a rate cheaper than the other places I called and got quotes from. They had three ladies come out at once so that the job was done very quickly, which means less money out of my pocket, yay! I plan on having them come clean my new house on a regular basis because of how great of a job they did on my move out and at my friends home.

Pristine Handyman services is terrific. I had a minor but troubling electrical issue result from me knocking a light fixture out of the wall, and the newly bare wires sparking. I called Pristine (at 6pm) about coming over this evening, but they were already booked. However, I explained the problem to them, and they very patiently walked me through ensuring that the wires were properly separated and capped so that I could go to sleep without worrying that my house would burn down. I made a reservation to have my carpet and rugs cleaned. Lorenzo was great helping me coordinate and making sure that I got a call prior to them arriving at my house. They came and set up and were practically in and out. 45 min and they were done. Service was quick and concise and my carpet and rug were cleaned well.

I was very hesitant to use them at first, but they came such highly recommended from someone I knew, so I thought. what the heck... well give them a shot at it. Id have to pay someone, right? I called the 2nd week of March and got an appointment for that Friday. They said they would arrive between 8-9AM that morning. 3 cleaning ladies knocked on the door at 8:05AM. We went over all the areas I wanted extra focus on (baseboards, cabinets, and top of the fridge) hey told me it wouldnt be a problem. I left to go grocery shopping and returned about an hour later. They were busy cleaning away. From what I could tell upon my return, they were doing a great job. I sat outside with the dog to catch up on some reading and get out of their way. At 11:30AM one of the girls let me know they were done and to come inside. We walked around the entire house to make sure everything was as clean as could be, I all but did the white finger glove test and to my surprise, the house was spotless. Ive decided to have them come back every other week to do all the deep cleaning in the house and so far so good. I do highly recommend Pristine. Just give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I have never hired a cleaning service, so this was a dream come true for me. We are both super busy with working and it is hard to keep up on cleaning, and it was hard to even schedule a time we could have someone else clean. I booked the appointment online, which is even more advantageous. They texted me to verify they were coming the next day, between an hour and a half time window. This is a bit confusing on the online scheduling process so make sure you schedule early. And it made me a bit nervous, so I requested them to please come at a more specific time, as we needed to leave for work. After I did make that request, they did arrive at that time on the dot, and finished in enough time so we could leave for work when we needed to. The job was still done properly, and thoroughly. They went above and beyond what I hoped for. The house looked amazing when I came home from work. I was very happy.

This was the first time hiring a cleaning service, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the job they did. They were on time and very professional. My house looks awesome and smells delightful! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new cleaning service!

Silvia and Saira were sent out to do a deep cleaning. I have a 1300 square foot condo. It needed some love. Both ladies arrived and started working. They did an amazing job. They even cleaned inside my fridge. Stuff I could never get clean, they got spotless. Kudos to these technicians and the company. Excellent job. I would definitely hire again.

I had been using another cleaning service and had become dissatisfied with their work. I tried Pristine Cleaning and will continue to use them. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and the house was cleaned just as I like it. The prices are very reasonable for all the services that they offer.

Terrible and ridiculous. I paid for 4.5 hours of deep cleaning and told them specifically what I needed done. They put dirty dishes away in the cupboard which left food residue on my shelves that I had to clean. I had to clean up after the maids! They made my bed with dirty sheets. Only did half of what I asked and left an hour early! When I told them I was not happy they said they will note this for future cleanings. This is basic stuff! Very disappointed. Still waiting to hear back from a supervisor.

Fantastic handyman work. They are very honest and open with their price estimates, returned calls quickly and over-all just a company to work with. Will call them for any more handyman projects I need.
