Horrible Experience- everything from the house cleaner who arrived to the manager Jose! Avoid if you want a clean home in a timely manner.House cleaner arrived, spent 3 hours in my (>1700 sq foot) home dusting with a swifter and vacuumed one room. During the vacuum she managed to unravel the carpet- about three inches in the center of the room. She completely disregarded the check list Always Ready provided for their guaranteed- general cleaning of the house including appliances, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom ect.Called and talked with Jose to come up with a solution. To make up for the sub-par clean they offered another house cleaner to come 24 hours later to fix- not acceptable due to timing on my part. For the carpet Jose said he would be in contact with the the following day. I HAD TO CALL HIM MULTIPE TIMES, he did answer the phone (the least he could do), no real time set, just I will text you 20 minutes before I get there. He came out at 4:50. He said he knew a guy who could fix it- I got quotes from licensed carpet repair companies already. The other companies could be schedule within the next few days, Jose had no timeline with when the repairs could take place. Reiterating that if it would repaired by a company who fit the timeline, he would not reimburse me.For all this trouble he also offered me a free hour if I wanted to pay for a two hour supervisor cleaning... no thank you.

I just want to thank Ashleigh, Chelsey, and Courtney for the excellent service they did. It was above amazing, they cleaned every crack, corner, and appliance inside and out. Every inch of our house was cleaned to perfection even dirt and stains that had existed for over 5 years. I highly recommend their services. I wish i could fly them out to wherever Im at for future services. Also, along with their great work, was their great personalities, and politeness.

Love this place! Their team is always professional and no surprises with employees. I come home to a clean house that looks and smells amazing. I trust them in my home when I am not there (we have cameras lol). They even have called 2 times to check in and ask how the work looked and if we were satisfied. We have only used them for 6 months. And the pricing is so affordable. I have tried to price match and it’s just not out there.

On 10/15/2018 I used this company for a recurring monthly cleaning service. I have had issues in the past where items that I have paid for where not completed. After I complain, they rectify the issue on the next month. This is by far not the first time. I let it side on two separate occasions; however, this third time I paid an extra $70 for the refrigerator and stove only to come home to a completely unclean refrigerator and stove. I took numerous pictures, and called the next morning. The rude gentleman on the phone tells me I will not be getting a refund, and the services were completed. I asked if he wanted to see the pictures because clearly the refrigerator and stove were not cleaned, and he didnt reply. I sent over the pictures via text message, and have not received a response. This is completely unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. I want a complete refund. The services are shabby. They consistently arrive late, dont complete paid services, yet charge the card prior to leaving the property. The lady is more interested in playing with the dogs then doing the job I paid for.

Horrible business! They came in and basically trashed my house from floors, counters, appliances etc were all covered in a chemical that ruined my stainless steel. They even coated our kitchen knives with chemicals. My wife and i took several hours re cleaning the entire house. While having the tile and grout cleaned they drug the hose from machine through the house rubbing the baseboards and damaging them. While cleaning tile they got chemicals all over the bottom of my stainless steel appliances causing them to rust! Then they left puddles of water everywhere causing the paint to start peeling from baseboards as well. They also stained the concrete on the walkway to the front door with the chemicals. When i got home several hours later the house smelt HORRIBLE! I could go on with other issues but I think you get the clue. So I contacted the owner and was told they guarantee their work for 24 hours. He came and my wife went over all the issues. He said he takes full responsibility and will have it all fixed. I sent him 15+ pictures of all the issues as well. He said he’d contact me the next day. Never heard from him. Then i get a notification that they fully charged my card that i never authorized to use especially considering all these issues. I try to call and of course no answer and no call back. I call 2 business days later and finally get him on the phone and basically tell him i don’t want them in my house again and to refund my money for at least the tile/grout cleaning. After he has to call the tile guy he finally agreed to refund for that part. Which by the way i had already disputed the charge with my credit card. So in summary i DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I started using Always Ready a while ago, not sure how long ago, but it’s been a while.I absolutely love their cleaning! We had our first girl who did an amazing job, but unfortunately she is no longer with the company.We now have two new girls, in which I have not met yet, but I will. And they did a fantastic job when they were here for the first time!I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service!!

I just had a “move in” cleaning done. Kenya and Kivvette were here right on time and went straight to work on what I thought could take all day. The ladies were very thorough, pointed out any trouble spots, and had me check each room before they left. Everything looks great, the whole house smells clean and fresh, and I feel good knowing that the movers will be moving my things into a very clean home in the morning. Thank you!

I have used Always Ready cleaning several times before, had a few issues but decided to give it another try for a new home we purchased and to clean old home. I called and they quoted me an hourly rate and said they could be there the day I wanted. I called back a short while later to book the appointment only to be told I would have to pay travel time and more additional fees. I explained I was a regular customer and they were less than accommodating. So guess what they lost out and I hired an amazing cleaning company who gave me a better price and are extremely professional. You have lost a regular customer. I will never go back to using you EVER!

I am very pleased with the service we are receiving from Always Ready Cleaning. I used Always Ready Cleaning to do a one time cleaning of my rental property in Nov 2016. I scheduled it short notice and was happy they were able to accommodate. I decided later that month to try them out at my personal home and have been so happy ever since! They are always accommodating when I need to change my service day and it is such a relief to come home to a clean home! No regrets yet on hiring this company!

I left word with the roommate not to have them do our bedrooms and do the rest the house, they were so thorough that the manager called to check and make sure that these were my instructions. I really liked that. I will be using them again.

This company cleans our office twice and week and they do an amazing job! They always make good on their word and fix any mistakes. They are quick to come out when needed and have a very friendly staff!

Despite reading mixed reviews I thought I would give always ready cleaning a shot. I have someone come every Tuesday morning and she is the most friendly and attentive lady! I love that they have been sending the same one every week because she knows just how I keep things and what I like done.

Incredibly disappointed with the quality of cleaning! My wife spent two hours cleaning the kitchen after they left and after wiping down the counter tops, the cloths were black. She had to wipe down the refrigerator and microwave and had to steam clean the floors in the entire house because the maids had tracked in water from outside and footprints were visible on the tile floors. We also had to vacuum the carpets again because it looked like a child had done it. Weve had many cleaning companies at our home and have never seen anything like this. Poor quality and our house smells terrible after being cleaned. We called and spoke with a manager and he was completely unconcerned that my wife had to clean the entire house after they left and just said sorry and he hoped we used them again. Never happening!!! It was a waste of $150. Dont use this company! They will take your money and leave your house worse off than it was to begin with.

Danica did an amazing job,she listened to what I needed to have done and went right to work. She made it a point to get to know my animals which made me feel even more comfortable. This company is amazing they got me in at the last minute as a new customer when I had to let my other company go for leaving the doggie door open.thanks a million. This company is a true life saver! We found out we needed to move across country & get our home deep cleaned to rent out all within 2 weeks. They worked with our schedule, came when they said (we were already gone) and made our disaster of a move out home pristine once again. I have a maid come twice a month for a couple of hours. In two hours she is able to take care of my bathrooms, vacuum the stairs (which I hate doing), and clean some rooms. Sometimes I have her dust the blinds or something else I dont feel like doing. She is always polite and always asks me what I want done and takes direction very well. FYI we needed this nasty apartment cleaned after someone moved out, check out the pictures of how nice the maids left it!

Mellissa did an awesome job! I only wanted a few problem areas of my house cleaned and she got it done in 3 hours! Only remark is she left without saying anything and missed a tip. Great work though.

Debra came to clean by herself and she did amazing. With the company we had before, we had to go behind them and put stuff away. After she left, we simply enjoyed our clean home. If they werent out of our zip range, I would absolutely have Debra come back!

This was the first time in a long time i had someone come in and clean the home. There seemed to be a bit of confusion with what kind of cleaning i had purchased which ran the cleaning past expected time. But Jose came by and walked through the house and had her stay longer to finish up. I was a little concerned about the time and things getting clean. But after she left and we took a look, the cleaning done was amazing. So signed up for a monthly cleaning.!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were ready to come on Thursday morning. Kenya and Kivvette arrived and greeted me with friendly smiles and happy faces. They were immediately ready to get to work, and wasted no time. I had hard water stains on my shower doors for YEARS, and then Kivvette magically made them disappear! My house is around 1600 sq ft, and they had cleaned it all in 2 and a half hours. Truly satisfying. The ladies were thorough, conscientious, and again, really friendly and hard working. I will call on this service again for certain, and I will ask for Kenya and Kivvette. Also, Juan is very good at communicating with people and tries very hard to be sure of the clients satisfaction. I cant say enough about this organization - just tremendous!

This was the first time I had a cleaning service come to my house and it was totally worth it! The woman who cleaned my house really got into all of the hard spots in my bathrooms -- tile in the shower and the jets in my bathtub. I have a lot of wood floor which is a pain to clean, so that was big help to get everything done in a day. The cleaner was fast and did not slack whatsoever. She did the tasks that I asked her to and offered for me to do a walkthrough before she left in case I wanted her to go back and do anything else. She also got some rings out of my toilets which I was never able to do myself. I had a great experience and would do this again!

I just had the move out cleaning service done and could not believe the attention to detail and work ethic of the cleaners sent to my house. The house has never been this clean before. I highly recommend Always Ready Cleaning.

I just spent the last three hours re-cleaning my house. The maid barely cleaned. She did not move one picture, candle or anything else when she dusted. My floor looks clean in in the middle area, but dirty by the walls. She barely wiped the counter, and again did not move anything to clean under or behind them. The mirrors had streaks and the counter in one of my bathrooms was not cleaned at all. Finally, she did not clean the toilet one of the bathrooms, and only cleaned the inside of the other. I only wish I took a close look when her boss called to see if I needed an additional hour. I will not be using Always Ready Cleaning again!

Absolutely terrible service. They cleaned the house while my wife was home and still did a terrible job. No mirrors were cleaned, the stairs were not vacuumed and they did not mop the bathrooms upstairs. To top this all off, they called my wife an hour after they left and said they took it upon themselves to charge our credit card an additional $25 after we tipped them. Company will be in for a pretty big surprise....do not to business with them.
