Be warned! They apparently also offer plumbing services by Leal. He was hired by my Property Mgt Co. to fix my Noritz tankless waterheater and after several appts my issue was still not fixed. I had to call him several times to find out when he was coming back to actually fix the problem and after experiencing several no call no shows. I was told by Leal (plumber) that there was a billing/payment issue with my Property Mgt Co. Ok fine but meanwhile I’m left hi and dry with no consistent hot water. After over a month of frustration I reached out to get a price so that I could pay them myself to fix the problem. Since he already did the trouble shooting and knew what the issue was I wanted him to finish the job. My plan was simply to pay him myself and I would deal with my Property Mgt Co separately. He still to this day has NOT replied. No call no shows added to no responses equals Shady business practices.Good customer service means communicating with customers. A simple no would have been sufficient. Thanks for nothing!
