I called and looked at reviews for atleast 20 different places and by far Albert made me feel the most comfortable! He is the only place I felt wouldnt bait you in to quote a different price when they come. He actually lowered the rate when he came and did hallway as extra. Carpets and couch look great! Would absolutely recommend and personally wouldnt use anyone else!

Albert was very professional, polite and friendly. He did a great job cleaning the tire throughout the house. He did have an issue with his equipment at one point and had to get it fixed but when he came back he skipped lunch and worked hard to get it done on time. Thats dedication. I will be calling him back to do the carpets soon.

After puppy training I had some staining throughout my home. Albert came to clean the carpets. He was a very nice guy. And for the treatment he had to do, the price was very fair. I really didn’t expect such amazing results. He really took his time getting every single stain. My carpets look brand new!!! The best part was that when he was leaving he said if I had any issues just to give him a call. I didn’t have to do that, the carpets were perfect!

He regularly cleans the tile of my office 2x a month & is always on time. He is very knowledgeable whenever I have questions. I recently had Albert come to my place I was moving out of for carpet cleaning, I have a husky who sheds and runs around. The floors were pretty dirty and dark. Albert came in and cleaned and treated it for pets, and OMG the carpet looked better than when we first moved in. I will be reaching out to them again for carpet cleaning, Albert owner and operator who takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend getting your floors cleaned with them. Also help support his business, as his customer care was great! Highly recommend. I wish I had before and after pictures, but it honestly looked amazing.

We have used Albert twice now, and he has been great every time. He does an awesome job and is super happy and cheerful when he comes out. I dont think I could say anything negitave about his service. We live in a sort of odd corner apartment that caused a lot of resistance from other companies, and Albert did not even mention it. He also works on Saturdays, and was willing to work with our schedule. I need about 5 extra stars for complete carpet and tile and Albert.

Hello,I never leave reviews I’m usually just happy with the great service. But I have used complete carpet care for some time now and felt he deserves a great review. I just used his service today and figured with the holidays coming up he would be booked out, but he still found a way to service my home. I’m a picky person I admit and every time they are here he takes the time to listen to my concerns and fully answer my questions.There’s been a few times I wasn’t sure my couch or carpet in specific areas couldn’t be cleaned from my two dogs and yet everything looks brand new when he’s done. I’m sure there are other good carpet and upholstery company’s out there, but I definitely would recommend complete care first over any other companyies I have used in the past.Give them a shot and see for yourself you will be satisfied. We had 1100sf to clean, and Albert and Vincent worked hard, thorough, and even helped us move a lot of furniture around. All with a smile and helpful attitude. I called Complete Carpet and Tile because of a recommendation from a friend who had Albert do their whole house a year ago. I was kind of in a rush to have the floors in my home done before I moved in. I was told over the phone that they can move some things around and be at my place the next night. They called the next day to verify the time and then he was there. He did my whole 1615 sg ft home, half tile, half carpet in less than 3 hours and the price was fantastic.
