I was very pleased with ChemDry. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and area rugs and I especially liked that the floors dried quickly because they were not left soaking wet. John was the best guy yet... honest. He first used the red scrubbing pad... and then one pad to clean the rest of the floor. Another guy in the past only use the cleaning pads but no scrubber and was trying to make us feel guilty that it was taking him a long time. John got stains out that the last guy didnt do. Fantastic work ethic, gave clear communication what he was doing up front. No surprises no guilt trips. My son walked in right after and said hey this looks better than the last guys work.... my wife a couple hours later finally got to check it out and said wow. Ill be asking for John again. They have GREAT customer service... the lady on the phone was nice, helped me set up an appointment. 2 days later the guy came to clean my couch. He was very nice, and gave me a great price too.The reason Im giving this company a one star, is because of this below.- The first and second picture has stains that didnt get removed. He told me that the first two big stains he tried to take them out, but couldnt. Understandable. Though I do not think he noticed the other stain on the second picture.- when the couch dried up in the third picture, it left a water stain. Luckily I have pillows to cover that up.- The fourth picture is the aftermath, of the chemicals that dried up around my couch. Maybe a new policy to wipe down the couches when theyre done.- The fifth picture is me wiping the couch after my son touched it. As you can see the wipe has black on it. Meaning the couch was not correctly clean.. The second picture is a close up on my couch after it dried... its still dirty :(.My boyfriend told me to just tell them to come back and get them re-clean.. but if I didnt like the first time. Im sure I wont like it the second time... sorry 😔 I hope this comment helps the company out as well as people who are looking for their couches to be done..I will be getting my couches cleaned by another company in a few months...

I love the way my floors look after they were cleaned by Precision Chem-Dry. I had carpet and tile cleaned throughout my home and I couldnt be more pleased. I think I the thing I really appreciate (aside from the actual clean floors) is that the floors are completely dry now and its just been a few hours. They cleaned an area rug for me thats about 10x12feet in size. I was getting ready to replace the rug because it was looking worn and soiled. When Adam was finished with it, it looked nearly new and I think Ill be holding on to it for a while.Lets face it, cleaning the floors professionally and is expensive and not something that I like spending money on. With Precision Chem-Dry I received a fair deal and my floors look great. I feel like I got what I paid for and Ill be using them again in 6-months.

We have thick white carpet throughout. Precision did a superb job of cleaning up the dirt and footprints that have accumulated over the summer. We usually have the carpets cleaned twice a year by the regular method and they stay wet for days. The carpets were clean and dried within 2-3 hours. We will certainly use them again.

I called around and read reviews. The lady who answered was very nice and they were able to accommodate a cleaning a few days after my call. We were getting ready to sell her house and wanted our carpets cleaned before the showing. The technician was very nice, but was only at my house for 15 minutes. I have dogs, so we paid extra for the special formula to release pet odor. When the technician was finished, I questioned the fact that there were some dry spots and he told me that everything was covered. He didnt show me where he had spot treated with the pet cleaner.Almost a month later, we are moving out. I purchased an industrial Rug Doctor as Im not sure if the new owners are going to keep the carpet. Needless to say, the water that is coming out is almost black! Ive only had 12 people come through the house since the technician first came. My dogs havent been in the house either.I called the organization, and I was told that they could come out and spot treat since it was still within 30 days. I had explained to her what was happening and all I received was Sorry. I was expecting for her to offer for my money back.Im very disappointed and will not recommend this service to anyone!

Out standing customer service. I have done steam carpeting before and I did not like how my house smelled after wards. The carpet stayed wet for a week. I decided to have chem dry after a coworker had his carpet cleaned. I have to admit I was skeptical at first as they do not use water. After they finished cleaning the carpet. It was dry within three hours. The carpet smelled great and looked clean. It even removed a stain that I though would not be removed since the steam cleaning crew was not able to remove it themselves. I highly recommend them, especially if you have pets.

When I called the office to schedule, the staff was extremely professional with quoting a price for my needs. I received a reminder prior to the day of my scheduled cleaning & was called when they were on the way to my home. Phil & I reviewed what needed to be done onsite and the job was done in a professional manner. The carpets were done beautifully.

Very unsatisfied with my experience. The only carpet cleaners I have ever hired that didnt vacuum before they started cleaning the carpet. Also a very rushed job on the carpets, there were some areas they even missed. Carpet petty much looked the same after they were done, and I paid extra for the deep clean. The only positives I have is one he did an excellent job on the couch and the carpets dried quick. My opinion its not worth the extra cost to a traditional carpet cleaning.
