Really poor customer service. Getting them to pull up my account was like pulling teeth. I ordered a couple of cases of disinfectant and was told I could bring back whatever I didnt use. I tried to take the unopened boxes (shipping boxes are unopened on top of the bottles still being sealed) back and was told all sales are final. The problem is that I didnt get a receipt until after I ordered so there was no way to know. Being in the flood restoration business i usually deal with cobbs in Dallas or Jon don. It is my fault for expecting the same level of customer care but I wanted to support a family owned business. The product is inferior to microban so there is no use for it. Lesson learned. Stick with the big boys, they arent hurting for business so they have more leeway to treat customers right.

This place is huge. They have any and everything for cleaning . I was recommended this place by LV Floor Restoration to get neutral cleaner to maintain my newly restored back patio. The lady’s in here were extremely nice and helpful. I feel confident that I can maintain all my floors now not just the back .

I bought a truckmount years ago in this place, only problems since the time I get the truckmount,90 days guarantee its ok but, to be taking the machine twice a week for problems its not good, al the owner just took advantage of me for no truckmount experience, thats was my experience whit this place,, I have to say hes family and workers are great..

Like this place . It’s a bit over priced though . Brought a machine to get worked on . With the fee they charge to Check it they would add it to the repair before, now they don’t . Also paid a big bill just to reseal a pressure pump and tune it . Don’t really have too many options here in Las Vegas for repairs like this which totally sucks so have no other option .
