They were on time, professional and carpets were all cleaned very quickly. They didnt sacrifice the level of quality I was expecting at all. I called many companies because I live in a high rise and many couldnt service my unit due to the issue. They brought a portable unit and cleaned the carpets quickly . Very friendly and thorough. Just amazing service 👍

They are fast and the guy Who did the steaming and vacuuming is not actually really an expert. And the price They charged is a little bit too high.😔

I think this company is mediocre, they finished within 10 minutes. Don’t get me wrong I love that it was quick, but I think they cleaned in such a hurry that it didn’t even look much different. I guess you pay for what you get because they were about $20 cheaper than other companies. But I’ve had companies that have brought my older more stained carpets back to life, so I should’ve spend the additional $20 to make sure it came out right the first time. Unfortunately for us, we’re gonna have have to hire another carpet cleaner to get it deeply cleaned. I don’t recommend them unless your carpet is almost brand brand new. I wish I could post before and after pics on here so you can guys can see the difference and how my carpet was not bad to begin with.

Normal clean is $25 per room. But if you want deep clean they charge additional like $45 for me. Everything is good. Smell clean. Fast procedure

Angel and his co-worker was real good and trustworthy, I had some movers not really care about my furniture, its very clean now and bright. The only drawback was the dispatch office. Tell people the ways to pay just as a precaution and list on your add prominently for all to see.

I had good experience with this company . I called another company on fb who quotes 75 over the phone and then showed up asking for 140 and these guys showed up on time did the work and did good job were very polite and respectful and didn’t ask for more money they stuck to what they quoted on the phone. They also showed up the same day. I’m very happy but being single mom a lot of these other companies don’t get it and the try to do these add ons. Maybe that works for some people but I only had 80 to work with. Thanks so much for prompt good service!

We have used them for our carpets three times and my wife will not use anyone else. We have three kids and two pets so our carpets are absolutely hammered all of the time. They clean them as good as new and their pricing is extremely competitive. You can’t go wrong with this company for your home.

I had an appointment with another carpet cleaner but they stood me up on my appointment time and i had most of the furniture out of the 2 rooms i needed cleaned. I called these guys and they said they would be right out. They arrived in 30 minutes after just finishing another job. Carlos and Luis were the service guys. Young but very professional. We discussed the job and the price was comparable. Most carpet cleaning people try to increase the price once they are in your home. They were right on with the price. Luis went right to work and Marco was outside prepping the machines. It came out great. I can highly recommend Luis and Marco.

ILLEGAL business practices! They continue to use ROBO CALLS to advertise. Ive received several automated voice messages from them offering their service. I requested they put me on their do not call list twice and they continue to call, despite me being on the FTCs National Do Not Call list. Im surprised Real Steemer hasnt been sued into oblivion yet for their continued illegal robot calling.

I made the appoint with ALEXA ... and explained what I needed and she was very helpful with setting up the appointment. Then, on the day of the appointment she called to let me know the technician was on his way. Jason arrived on time and ready to work. When my husband requested he do a small cleaning sample before committing to tile and grout cleaning job, Jason took the time to perform the sample and waited for the process to finish so we could see the end result. After seeing how much he was able to bring our floor back to the original grout color, we quickly committed to the entire floor. Jason was professional and courteous and finished as quickly as he could since he knew my husband had another appointment scheduled for the same day. I thought that Jason did such an exceptional job,

I had 2 really thick area rugs cleaned & the 1st time I had them done they were too wet & started to smell really bad after about 4 days. The owner set up a time & came to redo them and fixed the problem. Now my rugs are good as new!!

They lied about their prices they quoted me 75 for a deep clean on a 3 bedroom. Got to my place an said they could not do it for no less than $150. It was not bad carpet. I had to get it done i was moving out. Im just here to say they are a huge scam company an i will not be using them or recomending them

Called and was given a quote of 69 which included 3 rooms and a hall for 49 plus an extra room with a coupon i gave to them. Very polite when came in and explained everything. After checked everything they wanted to charge me 400. I ended up being charged an extra 80 dollars for adding 17 stairs. Jason and alex were friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them if the price was the same as given when called to make appointment.

Got my carpets super clean and were fast!

Alex and Jason are the best guys in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas that u can ask to do your carpet and do it right. They came in and ask there questions inspect the house told u what u need done show u with a light everything on the floor. And tell u a good price before they start. I called them at 4 and they was here at 5 right after another job. The really cleaned all 5 rooms really good and i will call them again and again.. i am very happy with every thing. And it dried in 3 hrs and smell so good.

Young lady that answer phone GREAT!! Tech...garbage didnt valcum floor said it all come up... I said ok .... I use to do this..No valcum no treatment just..scrub and clean...really! !!!! And l am disabled! !! Got down on my hands and knees after he took a picture and a little Dawn and elbow grease came up...he said l am a miracle worker!! Business only takes cash.... Really next complaint to City License. ... Dont use!!!!

$39 for two rooms. Its a bait and switch. They immediately try to upcharge you for everything. They dont use any prespray or chemicals for this price. My advice, dont waste the $39. Pay more and get someone else who can get the job done correctly.

I had a $49 coupon for a sofa and lovesat cleaning. I did not have a loveseat, just a sofa. Before he even got started, the technician told me thst it would be an additional $87 to do a deep cleaning. The $49 apparently only covered a steam cleaning. I could not determine any cleaning solution being used so just hit water. It is a typical bait and switch. If youre hoing yo advertise that you are going to clean a sofa, then DO that. EVERY service technician I have had to my house tries to upsell instead of doing what they say they are going yo do. This company is no different. The sofa is still wet so who knows how clean it will be.

This guys are a joke, they said over the phone 3 rooms for $49 and when they got here they perform a test resulting in a new price of $185 plus taxes, REAL STEAMERS WELL MORE LIKE REAL STEALERS, REAL SCAMMERS... JUST KEEPING IT REAL, THEYRE A JOKE.....

The guy came in and charged me $80 for living room and dining room. He said hell spray chemicals on the tough and theyll come out. After he was done i felt like there no much difference than steamed cleaning. I should have just paid $39 for that instead of paying more and getting cheap services with cheap chemicals. The worse part was he refused to clean my place mat carpet in the living because it was detached so he said itll be more money. It was part of the living room so why would that be extra!! Do not use this people!! Theyll rip you off!! Its better to buy a deep cleaning vacuum than waste money on nothing!!
