Called for a carpet cleaning of 3 rooms. A tech came out and quoted $350 for a deep clean, I said just a normal carpet cleaning and was quoted $160 (still too much) they guy did the fastest steam cleaning in the world, not a carpet clean, 3 rooms, 15 minutes total. Dirt is still everywhere, looks like nothing was done. The company calls me to see how my service was, I tell them it was terrible and they hung up on me. How do you have almost a 5 star rating with terrible service, prices and customer service? Trust me, do not use this company.

They were recommended by my co-worker. The tech I dealt with is awesome, Omar has great sense of humor and positive attitude, he got to work on my 1300 ft square home ( 4 bedrooms & my living room ) & he finished in less then two hours! Scheduling was smooth! I called last Friday ( black Friday) around noon and they were able to squeeze me in that Saturday! Found a coupon for this company 4 rooms for 59.00. I know they try to upsell you and tell you that your carpet is really dirty and you need a more expensive service done, which to me is bait/switch. I just appreciated Arvin for understanding that I really just wanted the steam clean treatment. He called his boss that tried to get him to get more money from me, but I told the dispatch person the day I made the appointment to not even think of sending the driver/worker out if he is not going to give me the 59.00 service. It seemed like all he did was spray water on the carpet and sucked it up...and I understood this as he said it was just steam treatment. My carpet was not dirty at all, I just wanted to freshen it up for guest that were coming next week. I think the success of this company would be to just honor the price if thats what they advertise and let the customer decide on their own if they want additional service...Dont shove it down our throats. If I do need deep treatment service done I may call you company again. Dont worry, the other carpet cleaning companies do the same. Advertise low price and try to get more from you after they get in your home. Why dont you become the leader in your industry and not do that. I believe you will get repeat business when we really have dirty carpets to clean. Again Arvin was excellent.

This ppl doing a big scamming!! They tell you a price on the phone of 75 dollar when they get to your house they try to get much more money!! Suddenly 240 dollar after you argue they go to 140 and in the end they say ok for 80 but just for the top and with no receipt!!! Poor service dond even call them

I was kind of worried that i was not going to get my deposit back, because i did have 2 small puppies and they had several accidents within the time living at the home. I am completely amazed at their performance and the ending results. Im even happier to mention that i got the full refund for my deposit. Desert carpet cleaners did a fantastic job on my tile floors. The technician was a nice young man. He gave me options as to what would best clean my tile and grout. I paid a little extra to have the tile sealed after being cleaned and it was a great choice. The tile looks bright and clean again and the grout is back to its original color. Will definitely use them again in the future.

This company came out and made the carpet look in a brand new condition i was extremely happy with the results. Very punctual on arrival time and also very professional. Charged me 100 dollars for a single hallway that is still stained dark. I was told on the phone a much lower amount for both the hall and living room, then when he showed up he wanted 300 because I said the bathroom had flooded (which is tile) and without even walking down the hall to look he wanted 300 because theres water damage. There was no water damage, the hallway did not get touched. I said I was expecting 100 and he responded he would do the HALLWAY for 100. I needed it done so I paid it, he didnt shampoo or anything just sprayed it with something then ran his suction thing over it and was gone in 30 minutes. The company called and asked me if I was happy and I said he was polite and professional but 100 bucks for the hallway? She said someone would call back, noone did. Would not use them again. They showed up in a dirty, unmarked van, started up a gas powered machine in it and piped exhaust in my front door for 30 minutes and filled the house with the smell of a running lawn mower. Not impressed, especially with the after-service service.

I have recently used Silver State Carpet Care to clean the carpets in my home. I was referred by a friend and figured Id give them a chance. I did have some pet stains that needed attention. The technician was able to provide the chemicals needed to remove these stains. He was very professional and polite. He did exactly the job I needed done at an affordable price. I will definitely use Silver State Carpet Care in the future and also recommend them to family and friends.

This place was completely unprofessional. I saw their advertisement when I googled carpet cleaning...four areas for $59. I thought this would be great. I needed my hallway and three bedrooms cleaned. They quoted me $2 a stair and $29.99 for the sofa. First off they were over an hour late. Once here, the man asked me to come upstairs to see the test area he had done with the deep cleaning products. It looked cleaned. He told me that if I wanted it this clean it was going to cost me $65 an area. I said that I was quoted $59 for four areas. He said that that was just for steam cleaning but if I wanted it really clean then I needed to pay close to $300. I thought to myself, bait and switch. I said that I just wanted the advertised price. He then called his supervisor. He kept trying to negotiate with me for 45 minutes between his supervisor and me. Finally I said just give me the advertised price. Talk about a hard sale. I then said that I spoke with the girl who took the appointment about the sofa and she quoted me $29.99. He asked who I spoke to. I told him I didnt remember her name. That was another big discussion with the supervisor. Finally he said ok. It took 30 minutes for him to clean the four areas and the sofa. They look horrible...not clean at all. So I basically spent $120 for 30 minutes of work, a high pressured sales pitch, and my carpets looking horrible. They are unethical and should not be in business. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. This is a terrible company.

I haven`t used a professional carpet cleaning service ever since we moved to our house in Las Vegas, NV because I thought cleaning the carpet by myself was good enough for us, but there was a big difference between how I cleaned the carpets and they did. Now the carpet looks brand new, and I`m thinking of using their upholstery cleaning service to clean an old sofa I have.

I didnt even get the chance to be able to see the quality in this companys cleaning nor the prices. I had to reschedule twice because the 1st time the tech was running behind 15 mins later they call saying he was on his way and 10 mins after that I get another call saying the tech refused to come do the job. Never knew why soni rescheduled and the 2and time the tech was again running behind and wouldnt make it for another 1-2 hrs from my appointment so I wouldnt recommend this company whats so ever. Really unprofessional.

We woke up on a Saturday morning to find that the cat had vomited on our light coloured wool rug. It was a horrendous dark stain that had soaked deep into the fibres. We felt that we needed professional help and upon searching internet found Silver State Carpet Care. I called at 8am and was greeted with a friendly voice. A tech arrived shortly after and was able to successfully remove the stain, much to our joy. And to add to our pleasure, the price was right. We would not hesitate to recommend Silver State Carpet Care to others, and look forward to using their services again in the future (but hopefully for routine cleaning and not an emergency stain!)

Israeli immigrants. Same phone # as United Carpet Care in the yellow pages. You better read those reviews before you fall for their pranks. Make sure you know their business license number and that its listed with the secretary of state and file a complaint if they did a bait and switch. You may want to keep the attorney-generals phone number nice and handy as well. The pride of themselves in using legal technicalities to take advantage which may be possible fraud.

These guys are linked to another company on here called tough carpet and upholstery stain remover. First day I waited 3 hours on Saturday at our rental highrise and was told they have to reschedule. Sunday they tell me they cant come because they have no portable units on weekends knowing the address was a highrise unit when I scheduled on Friday for the weekend. Avoid the hassle and deal with a company that has better customer service answering the phones.

They quoted $79.00 to my daughter and her roommate and then when they got to the apartment the technician told them he was leaving unless they paid $200.00. Since they are moving out and they are young, they paid the $200. I am reporting them to the BBB right now. I do not recommend their service unless you like scam artists.

This was the worst experience! I never have written a review for any company until now. I had a coupon for $49.99/3 rooms. They tried to upsale me to over $300, said I needed treatment, shampoo, etc. I said no. Ended up paying over $100. The carpet was soaking wet and I told him that. He said it was normal and they left in under 30 mins for upstairs and down. This was the day before Easter. I had over 20 people coming for Easter dinner and had to put blankets on my floor for the kids to play because my carpet was still soaking wet. I was soooo upset and embarassed. They should be shut down. And the carpet guy said wheres your glasses, Im thirsty. He helped himself to water in my fridge, left wet footprints on my kitchen floor and his glass on my counter. Completely unprofessional.
