So grateful! Searched everywhere to find services to clean my air ducts in my home. Finally found Immaculate Restoration. What an amazing job they did! The ducts had not been cleaned in some time, I was so embarrassed! What an incredible difference. Less dust in house, house smells cleaner and feels better over all. Not to mention the cleaning of my vent in dryer. Oh my! The gunk that was lodged in there was enormous. The dryer runs so much better. I had thought I cleaned it out well but I was wrong. We are lucky we didn’t have a fire.

Rafael and his assistant showed up 10 minutes early, they checked all the rooms, we have 4 bedrooms, 2 offices and a basement all that had pet urine, and got to work. The rooms look almost new, no signs of pet urine anymore!The whole house smells like sweet cherries and you’d never guess we just went through puppy hood with 2 pugs!I recommend them to everyone, I’m a property manager and have been using them professionally for 7 years and they never disappoint.Highly recommend them

Came home at 10PM to a flooded house that started in the bathroom upstairs and came through the ceiling and flooded downstairs. In a panic I started looking for a company that could come out remove the water. On immaculate restorations website they had a guarantee 1 hour response time and they were available 24/7. I called and was told someone would be out there shortly to assist me. A few minutes later I received a call from the owner and he reassured me that I was in good hands and his crew Was in the way. The crew arrived 20 minutes after the initial call and had all the standing water out of the house in minutes. I cannot express how helpful their 24/7 service is. By removing the water in such a short period of time they saved me thousands of dollars in damages. I would recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation

We had a water leak at our office and the team at immaculate restoration did a fantastic job. Tom Osborne checked in with me throughout the process and they were on time, clean and professional. We had to bring in some big machines to dry the carpets and floors and dehumidify the air. Thankfully because they made it to our office so fast we were able to avoid any mold problems. Thanks!!

Immaculate carpet care cleaned the carpet at one of my rentals, all I can say is it was immaculate! They even fixed a bleach spot. Saving having to replace the carpet. I was so impressed with the job I had them clean the carpet in my home. Again immaculate. Great job! Will use you again and again.

I had Immaculate come out today to clean my stairs and living room dining room. I myself have been in the cleaning and restoration industry for nearly 3 decades. I’m home laid up from major abdominal surgery. My carpets were looking horrible. And to be honest if I can’t clean them myself the only one I trust to do it with the level of clean I’m used to, is Immaculate. Thanks again for coming to my carpets rescue.

They were on time for appt and did a great job on the carpet! Only thing I will say is that I feel liked the techs really tried to upsale a lot of stuff that wasnt necessary. They got to my home a few minutes before I did and when they called with the estimate they listed a pet treatment, stretching and tacking down, yellow stain removal...etc. When I got to the house and asked them to show me the areas they were referring to...they couldnt because none of this was needed.Ended up only going with a standard cleaning and 2 areas of deep cleaning in the high traffic area. And they came out great!!
