I only found 1 other company cheaper than State Farm but I heard that their customer service was and claims were so bad from a friend who had them and got into an accident that its really not worth saving $10 a month if when I actually need to use the insurance they fight me and make it really difficult. I would rather pay a little extra and go with a company like state farm that has takes good care of their clients and I know that I am in good hand, wait a minute, isn’t that All State, oh well, either way I’ve been really happy with Trent Lee’s office.

I’ve been with State Farm here in Las Vegas for over 7 years, i’ve only had to file 1 claim for a broken windshield and when I called Trent he took care of it right away. He made it very easy, within 1 day I had someone out at my house fixing my windshield while I was taking care of the kids at home.

BEWARE this office is full of scam artist. My policy was cancelled yet, they were still deducting payments from my account. I spoke to Brandon Jung on many occasions. I called him to talk about my account and he came up with some many lies knowing the whole time my policy was cancelled. I asked why I didnt have online access he said it was because the site was having maintenance issues. When I asked why I havent I received my ID cards, he said they were mailed out a few days ago and they should be arriving soon. Turns out they were just hurting for business so bad that they rather keep taking money from me than to tell me that the policy was cancelled. My suggestion is to stay away from this office and go to another since there is so many in the city anyways.

Beware with state farm insurance one accident and you are going to be in a bad situation my premiums went from $285 and increasing every month and every renewal so now is $1165 what kind of business is this? i tried to find and answer from the broker and customer service and no answer 😔
