The best, most friendly, and most professional agency in Las Vegas. Plus no one can beat their rates!

Clark Mantz and his agency are fantastic to work with. I had them cover my new home and was so satisfied that I asked them to quote my cars too. To my surprise they undercut everyone so I covered my cars with them too. They have an easy app to make your payments, and they are always looking for ways to help you. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the staff there, you all are great!

Horrible office and experience with this particular State farm. Im not sure how Clark Mantz is himself, as ive never dealt with him personally, but his delegates and surrogates are far less than capable of doing their job (with exception of Bethany).I received insurance through the state farm insurance website portal when I moved to Las Vegas last year. I held insurance with Clark and auto renewed after 6 months without any real issue. Months later, when a speeding ticket fell off of my driving record, I used the State Farm online quote tool to re-quote my 3 vehicles. I immediately received an $80 discount for identical coverage for my 3 vehicles, taking my price from $384 to $309 (see screenshot), so I purchased the coverage and recieved confirmation of new coverage starting and temporary ID cards. I then called & cancelled the $384/monthly coverage. The new $309 policy went to Cody Clarks office, which wasnt even intended by me but automatically system generated based on how close my address is to Codys office. I received confirmation of my new coverage as well as my new temporary ID cards with the new policy number(s). Unfortunately, this is where the story turns dark.Clark Mantz (Agent A)office called State Farm corporate and apparently was able to reverse my policy back to his office (from the newly created policy at Cody Clarks (Agent B) office) because the system glitched, and I wasnt supposed to be able to re-quote myself during a policy. I was told the newly produced quote at $309 was also a glitch, and that my rate would remain higher. I was upset at this point, but decided to keep coverage as the policy expired in February and I could simply get the lower rate then. This is where it gets even worse. The auto pay that I had setup with Clark Mantz for the entire period of the policy (which you can clearly see in the screenshot provided below) of my previously cancelled policy, and the auto pay that I had setup with my new agent, Cody Clark, was completely systematically broken by State Farm and not properly re-mapped to my existing account profile & billing settings, which is the auto payment still visible in my account (see screenshot) Worse, my online access to view or pay my bill was not accurate because the policy wasnt re-mapped properly, making me completely unaware that I was delinquent and unable to receive notifications. (note how one of the screenshots says that I owe nothing/auto pay setup). The result of this is now my insurance has lapsed and they claim to have called AND emailed me warning me that the bill wasnt being paid. I have logs of both my emails and my phone calls with no such outreach, no automated emails or payment reminders, zilch. I also asked the employee to forward me the said email time with the time stamps, and she said she could not while conveniently reminding me that all of this was a favor to me (Employees name is Sandy -- what a winner she is). Heres the picture proof of this disaster including showing that I do infact have autopay setup / owe nothing.Cliffnotes: Existing State Farm Client (me) has insurance with agent A (Clark mantz). Client has speeding ticket fall off, and requotes through State Farms website, obtaining a new & lower quote (but with a new insurance agent B (Cody Clark) for identical coverage. Client accepts new coverage and purchases new policy / receives new temporary ID cards from Agent B. Agent A is able to revert clients policy back through corporate, claiming a glitch and saying I should have never been able to requote and switch to agent B. This causes my coverage to revert back to the old, more expensive policy while simultaneously systematically breaking the existing billing preferences / auto payment settings (which had been setup on both accounts), leading to a lapse in coverage 30 days later. As a direct result of this matter, I may be on the hook for $753 from the DMV ($251 x 3 for 3 vehicles due to their own glitch.) I may update this review if I hear from Clark and am righted in this situation.
