Lived in a bad neighborhood and had to pay over $300 a month.then moved to a better neighborhood and insurance went down to $266 was extremely happy, then when the policy had to be renewed, it jumped to over $400...i cant afford this!!!the only reason i kept this insurance is that they would give me what the car was worth if it was totaled. ill be going to one of those hole in the wall insurance places when i get paid and cancel progressive and just get cheaper insurance.

How dare you leave a 78 year old lady travelling on a 2 lane highway in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico broken down along side the road with no cell service in an RV all afternoon and all night by herself because you didnt want to pay the tow!!! She has been paying her Roadside assistance every month and never used it. How do I know that you didnt want to pay is because the tow company told me. They could of gotten her after a few hours of breaking down. But NO you made her wait out there alone til the next day. NO EXCUSE!!! Very poor service!!!
It is useless according to they pay you if it is total loss and they leave you with less if your car is stolen I do not recommend it it is garbage the insurance
Had this insurance for a while. Nothing but issues. And when there are issues it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. Not worth the headaches.

They did a great job handling my Audi. I was skeptical to bring such a high end car here rather than the dealer where I knew they would take care of me. I must say progressive did just as good as the dealer would have, and much faster!! The repairs to my damages were perfect, my car looks brand new.
Everyone is exceptionally nice and helpful. I was treated wonderfully and didnt have any issues. Everything was taken care of without any worries on my end. Good communication so I knew exactly when my car was done and could pick it up immediately. Plus, its nice they offer snacks and drinks while you wait (even though it was only a couple minutes)
My wife and I have multiple car insurance, boat Rv included! The bundle deal. I no longer own one of 4 cars, How in the hell will my insurance go up and not down? Makes no sense at all. I really feel like we’ve been taken advantage of for being long term customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give them zero stars I would, worse insurance company in the industry. Tried to scam customers on claims and under pay claims. I would suggest every time you file a claim to use the Nevada insurance commission to make sure your claim gets paid properly and don’t get scammed.
Someone hit my car and they had Progressive. I used this center as a place to drop off my vehicle. They provided me a rental car while my car was getting worked on somewhere else. They have a collision center pick your car up and drop off when finished. They kept me well informed of status of my repair. Very easy to handle and great people work there.

Progressive doesnt believe in customer service once an accident occurs. Delay after deliay to get the adjuster out after being called - 7 days on 2 occasions wasting the body shops time and my money for a repair that shouldnt take 6 weeks.

Drop my car off on Monday, was quoted to get it back within a week and half which seem kind of long but my insurance covered my rental that was there waiting for me. They kept in contact and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Got my car back Thursday looking brand New. They even called a week later to make sure everything was great with the car.

Long story short go to State Farm. Was able to get full comprehensive coverage with UIM and Medpay for 2 cars for $20 less than what we were paying for full comprehensive coverage with no UIM or medpay for 1 car with Progressive. They have very poor customer service where they downright lie to scare you from making a claim. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff is friendly and helpful when you drop your vehicle off. Unfortunately the quality control department could be better. I dropped my car off after it was broken into. A window was broken and glass was all over the car. When I picked up the vehicle glass was still in the backseat and the body Shop Southwest Auto body was paid to remove the rear seat to get glass out from under it. There was still glass all under the seat and in the rear seat belt. I will finish cleaning the glass and will was the scratches out of the door that the body shop should have taken care of so I dont lose my car for more time. Beware if they send your car to Southwest, they will bill for work they do not perform.
Very disappointed in the service and capabilities of progressive as a whole. When switching between insurances after 5 years of staying loyal to progressive they canceled me without even confirming when the new insurance would take effect, seemed like I was just a paycheck to them, now I have a DMV fine due to a lapse of insurance.
This is a claims office. There are no agents at this location. The lady up front was helpful and provided me with a list of agents in the area.

I just spoke to someone named Alexis. It was my first time getting in a fender bender and just wanted to know the process. She didnt really offer me any information except to repeat over whether I were to claim it and pay my deductible. I explained that it wasnt my fault therefore why should I pay for it. So I asked if I provided the persons at fault info if they would contact his insurance, she never really answered my question, and gave me the impression that shes rushed or busy. I just presumed it was a yes.Its my fault I supposed since I expected a better customer experience since Im supposedly a diamond member, So much for that!
Extremely unhappy with the workmanship that Progressives preferred auto body shop (All City Auto body) did to my vehicle. Its been in the shop 3x a total of 1 month. Every time I pick up my vehicle theres new damage to it. This last time the vehicle had over spray on the back left door, and a window replaced on it without my knowledge. When I addressed my concerns to the property damage supervisor Brandon, he told me he stands by the body shop and their work. Clearly there is damage to my vehicle and he decided to ignore it. l took my claim to the department of Insurance and he lied to them telling them he gave us the option to go to a different body shop to get my vehicle fixed. This is a lie he never gave us that option. He just stood there laughing at our concerns. Dishonest and unprofessional is what these adjusters are.

Went here for an estimate due to being rear ended by a progressive insured motorist. The guy who evaluated my truck was rude and was questioning if i even was hit. Tried saying the bumper was already bent from before. 1 month later i get a check for $22.00 in the mail. Good job guys, if I could give 0 stars i would. Keep your $22.00. Give it to the folks that claim back and neck injuries.
My experience with progressive has been nothing short of absolutely miserable. I was involved in a collision, so naturally my insurance has been taking care of the repair. I have been told, Youll be receiving a call from us on Friday to come pick up your vehicle for the fourth time today. Im expecting that my best experience with Progressive will be when I switch my insurance.
After returning the rental vehicle that we had whilst our car was being repaired I realized that I had inadvertently left my watch in the rental vehicle. My fiancee called to ask if the watch had been found and the lady told her that it indeed had been and it was in their possession. Due to our hectic work schedule we requested that they keep the watch secure, as it was going to be a couple of days until I could go and retrieve it. We were told it would be no problem. I went to collect my watch yesterday only to be told that they know nothing about it and cant find it. Bear in mind that this is a $3000 watch that a progressive employee now has on their wrist. So beware, do not leave valuables in your vehicle as they clearly have no integrity.

To start off the customer service is rude. They are not here to help you, how they claim when you first get the insurance. Ive going back and forth with like 3 different agents on the phone I feel like I have to do their job! Ive waited for both the adjuster and manager of that adjuster to contact me and no one has even tried. Please do your self a favor and do not get this insurance. I have had so many insurances but progressive has been the only one that has been horrible. They are rude lie and turn your words against you just so they cant pay. Awful.
They will cancel you for no reason and put on your report false information about you. So no other car insurance will get you.

The people were professional, quick, and so far have made the process easy. However as an idiot I left one of my credit cards in the car that I have for gas and emergencies. Well $570 dollars later and a charge of $262 at Walgreens... last night my phone was lighting up and credit card companies asking me to verify charges. Why can there not be honest people in this world.... whoever is fixing my car are thieves.
Awful!!!!!! Things were stolen out of my car and the alignment was never done after the accident. Had to go back. Also addressed the stolen items and they were not aware. Well of course NOT!

I have been a loyal customer at Progressive close to 10 years, It was all good with them, because I always paid on time and in advance. until recently I was involved in a car accident. I was expecting they would fix my truck that I need for work but instead they are trying to wash off their hands and calling it a total lost and now of course Im not entitled to a rental car, which I am now left struggling to work. And if that wasnt enough now they want me to settle for $2,400.00 less of what Value of the truck is. But they make sure to deduct over $1200 for apparently condition adjustments and $500 Deductible when the fault was not mine. When you do your homework and let them know the facts all they do is say sorry and that they are doing what any other insurance company would do and try to make you settle for the lowest Actual Cash Value, instead of giving you what is the Actual Cash Value of your vehicle. Doesnt seem to me they care about their customers and sustaining loyalty, To them is all about making money off of you in every single way possible. Overall very disappointed and WOULD NOT recommend PROGRESSIVE as your car insurance, you will regret it down the road.

Had to bring my vehicle back when i was scammed by one of there claim adjusters come to find out she has been fired from progressive, jeez i wonder why. There managers handled my claim and apologized for the inconvenience and mishandling of my claim.
Been driving 25 yrs no accidents deer jumps out hits my truck we ran off the road through some trees so the damage is to the front now I have to pull out of the trees and scratched the back of it a little progressive says and I quote “sorry sir this is two separate claims” my advice to you is do not use them my story gets 10 times worse keeping it short
