They didnt help me at all! Freeway Insurance took my money for a lapse payment and said they would take care of the lapse with dmv and didnt! A agent didnt fill the paperwork out properly and forgot to process it in a timely manner and now Im screwed paying dmv fines and fees after a broker just took my money and used it for future payments instead of my lapse! They got a letter from the insurance company stating these facts and closed my investigation! Didnt care I got my money took and not used for services requested! They just was satisfied that I had a proven lapse!
