Ryan the manager is great. Very welcoming and enthusiastic. I came in just before closing hours and he still took me through all the steps of becoming a member. The gym looks great and has everything I would need to workout. Only thing I would wish for is lockers instead of cubbies.

The gym looks amazing. Has all the machines, free weights, and cardio equipment that I need. The staff are great. Ryan is amazing and helped me out with the membership. Hes a true professional and really passionate about what he does!

This facility is great. It is clean, and the atmosphere is friendly. There are always a number of people working out, but there is plenty of equipment available. The staff members are extremely friendly, and they know you by name. They readily answer questions and provide instruction regarding form and equipment. Personal training is available and it is very well done.

Ive had my membership at this location for many years. Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. There is plenty of equipment and good quality machines with enough space to move around. There have been only a few times that I was not able to get to a set due to someone else being there. Perhaps its the time of day I workout but the gym is never crowded and I really enjoy that.

On and off member for quite some time. Great facility, very clean and a focused environment. Never to busy and has all the equipment necessary to succeed. The facility manager is very personable and great to chat with. Over all a great facility and staff.

Best coaches ever !! Very supportive, enthusiastic and engaging. The place is always clean and tidy. They have all equipments and well maintained. They provide group training which I join everyday. Overall, I love this place and its people ❤️

Ryan, the manager, was great and took the time to give me a tour of the gym and it was hard to pass up signing up for a membership. It’s clean, has great equipment, you can use their massage chair, tanning bed, some machines keep track of your reps and time so you don’t have to, and there is more but I’ll let you see for yourself :). Everyone is friendly and it works great with my schedule because it’s a 24/7 gym. This locations is great!

I met with Ryan at Anytime Fitness in Hoffman Estates to sign up with them even though there is an Anytime location just blocks from my house in Palatine. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and professionalism when I met him briefly at his gym. Now Im a new member and excited to begin a new health regimin, and Im confident the team here will be instrumental in helping me attain my goal!

Love love love this location! The size is perfect, machines are always maintained, very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, showers are always clean and the variety of weights, classes and cardio equipment is great!!

This is a great gym with a friendly atmosphere. Clean, well maintained, and plenty of equipment to give a nice variety to your work out. Ryan, the manager, was an excellent host and didnt pressure me into signing up.

I would definitely recommend this gym to people! I moved away and I am bummed I can no longer come to this gym. This gym was cleaner than many Anytime Fitness gyms I have gone to. (Except when people spit in the water fountains and you see the remains. Please stop doing that!). I loved the variety of workout equipment and how updated all the equipment was. The staff is friendly and I enjoy how they interact with everyone. I also did the group training sessions with Marlon. I would highly recommend doing training sessions with him! Yes it may seem expensive, but to help achieve your fitness goals its totally worth it! I was seeing some good results with his sessions which made me even more bummed I was leaving! Go to this session! Thanks again to the staff there!

The Anytime Fitness in Hoffman Estates is the best gym Ive ever been to. The staff is adorable and so helpful! Its all very clean and brand new. I love the towel service that comes in two different sizes. The private restrooms and showers are always clean. You will find all the equipment you need for any workout. Great place. No matter when I go as a member I have 24/7 access throughout all gyms. This one has lots of great equipment so anytime there is always machines & weights available for me to use. I started group training and the instructor is very dedicated, friendly and supportive. You’ll love the workouts.

This gym is the most ideal, clean, and wonderful oasis that could have ever made its way into our neighborhood. Everything from the attentive and helpful staff to the most amazing amenities, this gym has it all! Whatever I need for my ever-changing schedule this gym accommodates so much and more! I absolutely love stepping into the private studio and unwinding with a yoga class all to myself! The tanning bed, hydro massage, and showers top it all off! I love having such an energizing and welcoming space to workout in!

It’s been a great experience, I joined & met with the personal trainer for some advice and i was given a detailed answer. they absolutely do it right! I asked a question & found support with a detailed answer. Also they have many equipments, weight machines, they have everything u need & it’s always clean! 💪🏻👌🏻👍🏻

The manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The gym was clean, comfortable, and logically arranged. It offered all the machines and weights I required, and I had no problem finding and using them. The rates completely reasonable, especially given the gyms many perks (nationwide membership, 24/7 access, and private bathrooms with showers!) So, a big thank-you to this Anytime Fitness and all involved with it.

Owners and staff are awesome, they try and accommodate to the best of their abilities.Gym is clean towels always on hand, when equipment is broken it is replaced ASAP. Price of the membership is more then fare, compared to $10 a month gyms which are usually trashy and everything is broken!I highly recommend this gym to people who are dedicated to working out and want to better their health. Like I said the owners and staff are amazing and professional and very easy to get along with!

I was interested and I tried but since the door is locked and there is nobody to talk to I lost my interest and I am not coming back.

I like coming to this gym. I see some people saying that its over priced, but really I dont find it any crazier than an LA Fitness or Life time Fitness. I can always rely on never having to wait extended periods of time for equipment, the place is always clean, organized and the people generally seem to care about being there, because most people clean up after themselves. Fadi is always there when Im around; along with the trainer. Both are really nice guys who always happily greet me when I arrive, chat with me while Im there and wish me well when I leave. Im happy the Anytime on Bartlett Rd closed down. This location is far superior. Has more than enough equipment for most people to get a good work out in. Plenty of benches, two power racks, and ample plates.

Great gym, and reasonable rates. The place is well maintained, convenient hours, and theres a total lack of ego that just makes it an easy place for me to work out and get fit.

Coaches are really knowledgeable and everyones very welcoming. Felt right at home there!

Really disappointed with their policies, I am asking to cancel my membership but still seeing $50 every month on my account, even tough I am not using it for months. The lady said you can not cancel your membership.Whoever is seeing this comment, please ask about cancelling policy, these guys are fooling people.There is no option to give 0 star, Not good for 1 start as well.

This is what I think after going to this location for over 5 months.It’s mostly clean (depending on what time you go).For its size and equipment verity, it’s a bit overpriced. It is also over the average price of an Anytime finesse gym (average is about $36):Membership Fee = $40.00/ month.Other Fee = $30.00/ twice a year.($40.00 + $30.00 = $70.00 on April and one other month of the year).Onetime Keycard fee: $iDon’tKnowHowMuch.Onetime initiation fee: $iForgot.At certain times in the day the gym is not crowded and everything is yours to use. Other times it gets very crowded because a nearby gym has relocated and a lot of its members moved here.One cool thing about this gym is that they have towels both for shower and gym use. Although a lot of the times I go, there are none to five towels left.One thing that is NOT cool is the hand soap situation. I wash my hands every time after workout. Somethings the hand soap is normal, but other times it’s very watery.

Hadnt used membership in 15+ months since having son. Plus we moved. Couldnt cancel over phone, charged $350 to cancel because we didnt move more than 25 miles...

Love this place never packed n always clean

I wanted to join anytime fitness and get a membership. The day I went in for information and possibly get my membership, there was no one to help me. I waited 30 min and no one was able to assist me. Really disappointed that I wasn’t able to get a membership.

Staff hours seem random as i have been there 2 times to cancel membership no one around finally got call back and was told someone would be around to help. Not good way to do business so i took my business elsewhere!

Not a lot of option in the weight area. Has enough, but not as much as Ive seen in other Anytimes

They slide an enhancement fee in twice a year, which I was NOT informed of when I signed on. Unfortunately, there is no real way to cancel or I would have left.

Its a bit overpriced compared to other well equipped 24 hour fitness centers and the manager here has bad attitude and is not detail oriented about everything and you need to deposit 49 dollars for the free trials :)
