As time went on these apartments got worse and worse. The time it takes them to fix something is ridiculous. The model apartments are nicer then what they actually end up giving you. The dog park is rarely cleaned out and there is trash everywhere. The security doesn’t really help when it comes to walking around and telling people to stop playing music after 11pm. You are forced to pay for them to pick up your trash which sometimes they forget to pick up. The trash outside your door starts to bring in flies and insects. “Luxury” apartments …not sure if my definition of luxury is wrong. Overall I can’t wait to move out.
This review is based on my experience with Makayla (leasing agent) and Lance (maintenance manager). Makayla was very welcoming and professional. I liked her honesty! I had bad experiences with 2 other properties. Where the leasing agent at those properties ensured me that the apartment would look like their model. Needless to say, I found that wasn’t the case right before getting ready to move in. Due to this, I asked a ton of questions that would’ve been annoying to most and Makayla never seemed annoyed. She kept the same positive demeanor the whole time. I was able to view the apartment a few days before I was set to move in. There were some things I didn’t like and Lance made sure to correct them for me. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy before moving in.Now to move in day! Makayla had already walked the apartment and made note of any thing that would’ve needed correcting. This was a plus and showed that she really cared enough to go above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Example: the flooring is vinyl so where they placed the refrigerator and stove it left small cuts. Her realizing that I would notice small things like this and letting me know prior to me saying anything, says a lot about her character as a person.Makayla and Lance showed great empathy! Keep up the good work!

This place is a complete joke. I havent even moved in and this place already deserves 0 stars. They have lied a dozen times before move in. We were told that we were going to pay $1420 per month and then they said itll be $1455 the next day even though we sent in our application the day it was $1420. We got approved for the application and were told we would move July 14th. Then apparently the unit we were suppose to move into wasnt going to be ready because the people living there were overstaying and not moving out so our move in date got backed up to August 23. Then we were told we could get moved into another unit August 1st but the price was going to be raised to $1800! Not only that, but they told us that 2nd floor apartments are more expensive and then the $1800 unit is on the first floor which should be cheaper and then we were told 1st floor units are more expensive. We have been lied to over and over again and cant get a straight answer. Never move here. This is the worst experience Ive ever had trying to move into an apartment
Megan is who convinced me to apply for these apartmentsShe was knowledgeable and basically sold the apartment complex itself before I even seen it. Emerald helped me through the whole application process and is just WONDERFUL. She was patient with me and answered each and every one of my emails and phone calls. I have never had a smoother process moving into an apartment complex and I can’t wait to move in beginning of March !!!!!
The front desk will tell you one thing, management will tell you another. Was told I could come in on a specific date to pay a pet deposit, I called the front they placed me on hold I’m assuming to get the correct information..returned and told me I could come in on March 31st with my pet fees and told me to disregard any notices, on March 30 I came home from work to find an animal control paper on my door, where they were allowed entry and they proceeded to drag my dog out of his kennel from his sleep . AND changed my locks so I had to scramble to find a place to stay for the night and WITHOUT my dog which all pet owners can understand the level of trauma .. next day manager said “anything revolving money if you don’t hear it from me I wouldn’t listen to it and you have already been moved out “ . She was definitely your average desensitized it’s not my problem manager . ZERO accountability for a miscommunication that lead me to be evicted in the middle of covid .
We were so impressed with Maegan! She really answered all of our questions. I really appreciate how kind and helpful she was We have been to a few places where they could care less if you there or not. Maegan made us feel very welcomed.
Just because they give you a good move in deal once you move out they are going to come up with so many fees. Tried calling them to discuss these fees they won’t answer for nothing even took pictures of how i left the apartment they are going to say there is damage to the carpet and paint. I’ll run away from this place
Took a tour with Megan. She was great. Had all the answers to all my questions . Ive had some absolutely horrible experiences with trying to find a new apartment previously at other complexes. Very impressed with property and staff. Hopefully I found my new home!
I have been complaining about the stove since December 2020. The burner goes off in the middle of cooking. Its not the maintenance mansaid fault, because when he turns it on it comes on but stops in the middle of cooking, hesaid done all he can to fix it. The stove is 20 yrs old, (Ive been living here 26 yrs ) it needs to be replaced, and Ive asked several times for it to be replaced, and all they do is keep sending maintenance, and in the meantime I have to be throwing away my food., its very frustrating. This stove needs to go in the garbage.
Issue has not been resolved yet, despite reporting three times. The leak is still gushing, its been a week.
Rented for a year and though one leasing agent was amazing the rest of the service was questionable at best. After a year of paying my rent on time or early I went to renew my lease and was told in order to remain in the unit I would have to agree to almost a $400 increase. Mind you, I had multiple police parked in front of my apartment almost every night. Once I was in formed that someone had just been killed in the complex and if I was smart I would move ( by the officers guarding the crime scene). In addition, while living there I had serious plumbing issues which caused me to come home from work to a flooded apartment three nights in a row because of water coming up from my kitchen sink. Then there was the notice that the pedestrian gates would no longer be accessible due to multiple break ins that were taking place, which came about a month before I left.The final insult was they were never available to accept my keys, which meant I had to leave them in my mailbox. I had made multiple attempts to call into the office which was supposedly open and my calls were not returned. The option for a walkthrough was not an option, and besides there were damages to the unit upon move in which were never fixed during the year I resided in the community. They are now trying to charge me over $1000 in damages but refusing to return my calls, and the company handling their accounts is refusing to give me contact information for the property parent company Pinnacle for me to ask for proof/description of damage.Unprofessional company, unsafe property...with extremely questionable business practices.
First I want to say this, dont let negative reviews keep you from seeing for yourself. Because some people are just negtive themselves. Since Ive moved to Sanctuary Apartments I can most definitely say I am a happy tenant. I havent had any problems at all from my experience. I think theyre doing a great job at trying to do their part. Thank you Sanctuary. Keep up the good work!

5 stars to Emerald and the maintenance crew. She was very helpful through the entire process and whenever I needed information sent to me or help with maintenance issues, she and her crew got the job quickly and correctly.
This place has really turned around. I love that it is gated now. My maintenance guy, Marco is always on point and prompt about getting repairs done and updates. Megan Parker is a great asset to the leasing office, as she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Pinnacle has really cleaned it up here. I enjoy living here.
A few weeks ago my sister was desperately looking for an apartment, but due to the loss of full time employment this March, she was having a hard time finding a place. We were told to talk to this leasing agent that had helped an acquaintance at the Sanctuary. We called and we talked to Dalva. She was very informative, gave us instructions to check their website or to stop for a visit. We did both. I was very impressed with her mannerism, straightforward way of explaining what was needed. This lady is unique and it is clear she cares about her product and how she makes one feel welcomed and appreciated.My sister qualified with her new job, and will be moving this month. Thank you Sanctuary. Thank you Dalva! Very much appreciated. We are at peace now knowing she will have a beautiful place to raise her children. That is what a knowledge and professional personal can do!
From the second I pulled into the driveway the staff was warm and welcoming then upon signing the lease a temp took over and she was just as awesome.. Great office team.. im mot sure about the maintenance department so I wont speak on them
If I could give 0 stars I would. During a global pandemic life has been tough for all of us. I applied here & ecstatic to be moving in due to having to downsize because of the climate were all experiencing in the world. Moving too fast & applying at multiple places I accidentally put one digit wrong on my checking account while paying for the admin fee, to wake up a week later getting an email from Emerald, telling me due to this I’m denied in the system & they won’t be moving forward with my application. She didn’t ask if I could pay another way, did I do something wrong, nothing at all. I currently live at Zerzura which is a far more expensive property owned by the same management company & I KNOW THIS ISNT policy so for them to do something like this & have not one ounce of empathy for anyone & their situation!? Please believe I’m telling the world. DO NOT MOVE HERE! At All, seems like the only one who actually cares is the leasing agent Maegan. !
Had to put in several work orders, they take forever to process and not to mention when I follow up on ETA they say they didnt receive any. I had to screen shot my work orders and send to them so they can see that I put in more than 1 for the same issue. My apartment was flooded and it took them 2 days to fix the plumbing, we didnt have a toilet for 2 days. They installed the new gates which are nice if they actually kept them closed. Why have gates if they are left open for everyone to come in? We can never reach security so we had to call 911 several times because our neighbor was beating on his girlfriend, cars get stolen and broken in to. My husbands bike was stolen from the balcony our first day here.

My first experience with the previous office staff was horrible. They never answered the pbone. My daughter would have to physically show up to the office for a response.. We didnt receive our lease to sign and we were lied to and mislead.Fortunately, the new office staff was amazing in fixing the issues on my move in date. Got my lease to me within 48 hours as promised and corrected the mistake in less than 5 hours. Leased signed, problems fixed and now im in my new apartment with a great view.
I just signed another lease at this property and let me say that they are really doing a lot to ensure the safety of their tenants now more than ever! I specifically am talking about the new and improved mail room (in reference to an older review), the installation of gates on property and theyre also installing an Amazon locker! The new paint going up around property gives this place a fresh feel and the gyms are membership worthy! I cant recommend this place enough. People tend to only write reviews when things are BAD, but truth is, no place is perfect.. what matters is if the staff and property are doing their part to make this place worth living at! Let me be the first to say, it is worth it! Thank you Sanctuary staff for hearing our cries and doing something about it!
I have renewed my lease atleast 2x due to enjoying the neighborhood, im very appreciative of my property manager reaching out to give me peqce of mind when I have questions or concern of my unit... The upgrades to the mailbox are a blessing for getting my packages and the new gates for added safety even for the kids to ride bikes in the parking area....... Thank you
Awesome living with newly renovations, the staff has been very accommodating and vigilant of resident needs. Parking is never a worry for residents and guest. I throughly enjoy the amenities and pool.

The water leak in the second bedroom its fine as well as the closet door. Not sure of the heating in the master bedroom because the temperatures havent dropped low enough to test
These apartments are a great place to call home. Clean property, Clean pools and anytime Ive requested a work order they came and fixed what needed to be done. Gated community.Move in was an easy process. Overall im happy i choose the sanctuary apartments

The maintenance guy repaired and re-installed the slide door to the washer/dryer area in my apartment. He was very efficient and the door works like new.
The people in the office were very nice and seemed to be following protocol for COVID pretty well

Any property ownership in the business of renting out housing to families that doesnt allow housing vouchers from the local housing authority are selfish, pathetic and disgraceful scumbags. Not everyone with a voucher and little to no income is a criminal some people are actually disabled veterans who cant work after getting hurt serving their country and only want to live in a safe, quiet, clean neighborhood where theyre kids are safe. Not everyone with a voucher wants to live in the dirty, trashy, drug infested, pathetic, high crime neighborhoods of North Las Vegas!
Moved in March 2019, & it was great. The staff were all friendly & understanding & efficient, accepted packages for residents, maintenance was quick to fix things. Didnt have any issues with anything. Over the summer the property came under new management & ever since then its been bad. Our car tire was slashed, a friends car was stolen. Outside is rarely cleaned anymore, bugs have become an issue, it took 3 months & multiple work orders for maintenance to come fix the kitchen light. A few days ago all the mailboxes were completely torn apart & EVERYTHING was stolen. My kids Christmas present package from their grandma was stolen off my front walkway & when I went to the office they couldnt even be bothered with a sorry that happened to you (the 1st rule of customer service!) or offer any assistance. They just tried to explain to me how the mail works lmao. Some of the apartments have had roach & mold problems for a long time but the office just says its not an emergency. Thats NASTY & a health hazard. But theyre still trying to raise all the rent by a couple hundred dollars. They send out letters saying theyre here to support the residents, but any problems are brushed off or blamed on someone else. They dont care about their residents. 2 stars only because it used to be good & the landscaping is beautiful.
Great place to live, two pools and two 24hr gyms. Great management team, Melisa S the property manager is awesome, the entire leasing team is great. Onsite security, cant foooo wrong living here!!!
This is the worst and poorly managed apartment complex Ive ever had to deal with. I put an application and got accepted but I had to walk into the office in order to find out I was accepted a couple days prior, they have very poor communication skills and their phones are turned on do not disturb at all times. The manager just sits in the office and does nothing and every time I go into the office theres a long line of people waiting to be helped while again the manager sits in the office. They are very unorganized and have lost my paperwork twice already. I could go on and on and I generally do not trust the reviews I see but this place is horrible and the 2 stars that it has should be 1. I absolutely highly recommend that you look at different apartments to live other than this one.

The leasing process was very easy and the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.In all this time here I have only contacted the Maintenance twice, for minor issues and they also have been very prompt and diligent tending to my needs. They pushed back my move in date, which made me lose money, when we finally get the apartment it was dirty and had a lot of failures, they fixed it after 15 days of raising my maintenance ticket. They also charge a lot of Monthly additional fees and if some email them for any doubt, they never respond back.
They cancelled my application when I was trying to move there and it was already complete. We completed it and the first thing we hear from them is that they cancelled it. No explanation as to why and now we have to start an application process over somewhere else after they already took the admin fee. If I could rate 0 stars I would because they completely wasted my familys time
The Leasing staff are very unprofessional! I was told I got the apartment and received my reservation sheet, and just so happened I called and asked about the Energy company and thats when I was told I did not get the apartment and my deposit will be sent back to me (mind you Im transferring properties, so how can I be approved for my apartment then Im living in and denied there?)Here we are at 3 weeks and no money back. Dont even mention the fact that they NEVER answer the phone and they screen the calls. When I went to take a tour of the apartment the person had her boyfriend on facetime viewing it with me?? Dont even waste your time with this headache of a place and believe me there are better options out there
Since the new management took over it has been a better place to live. The new management team is awesome. I am proud to live at Sanctuary now.

One of the worst complex’s I’ve been at. They don’t care about you . I moved here in June they were under different management and it was ten times better than it is now. Maintenance doesn’t show up when needed. Horrible experience all in all. I do not recommend.
Unsafe. Vacant unit next door has been broken into 3x in less then 2 months, mailboxes have all been broken into 2x in 9 months, windows to offices/gym busted out....Took my concerns to the staff in the office and they just replied with: We dont feel safe either!•UPDATE• 6 days after my initial post the mailboxes were broken into again on Monday 11/25. Both incidents occured in the afternoon/early evenings before 6pm IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! I will continue to add photos until I no longer live here.

I lived here for 5 yrs. Avery Park was home for me and my family. Then The Sanctuary came. You cant put lipstick on a pig and expect a Victoria Secret cover girl. My water, trash, and garbage bill went up double. My husband and I work 5 days a week and are in church 6 days a week. My daughter is at school and church. Then the bed bugs came . They wouldnt fix anything without days of us waiting. Air was always going out. I lived by the office and my apartment wasnt one of the new renovated but I stayed because I liked Avery. Had to go when they were bought out. Not worth the money.

I wish I could give it a half to no star. The complex was good in the beginning nice neighbors in my building. Then came home one day to a whole new neighbor and from there It went down hill. Never got rest when I got off. Loud music was played almost everyday thin walls, kids running up and down the stairs cursing, my apartment got broken into and no one heard nothing. How is that possible? Called police to do a report the said they didn’t want to search the fingerprints that where left on my door lock/handle because they didn’t want to cause a scene (tf) that’s you job.They wouldn’t even let me break my lease after the whole incident happened and me not feeling safe. Come to find out I was informed by someone that told me who broke into my apartment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Don’t do it
I regret living at these apartments. They just suck all your money out of you. Paid 500 for deposit and all of a sudden they say it’s non refundable. Then moved out paid the full amount of the rent that I didn’t even live there for 2 weeks just so it won’t go on my credit now charging even more money after I was forced to move out after they raised the rent like if it was such nice apartments. So glad to be out of there. Would NOT recommend to anyone !!!!!!
Ive lived here for two years and I loved it for the most part, I had no problems all the ladies in the office where understanding and helpful Avery park and the Sanctuary ( D, Brook etc) cant remember everyones name. maintenance took a while for non emergency things like a door repair which was understanding, but for urgent things like my AC not working they responded quickly.the only reason I moved out was because it became a little too pricey for me, if you can afford it I would recommend.
The customer service supports the resident and there’s so much they do in our community to interact and bring the residents together
When I need some maintenance, they respond right away which is a plus.The problems keep occurring are that my neighbor downstairs smokes weed (which Im actually allergic) and when I sleep my other neighbor doesnt know what QUIET time means. I can even hear him and his rowdy friends through my bedroom to the living room. I was pretty close of calling the cops. Its annoying.I dont know how long they will stay but hope they move out.I really like staying here but these two cases are making me think otherwise.Thats my 2 cents.
Wow! looking for a new place and once again every time is see PINNACLE or however its spelled the reviews are horrid !!! i have actually met one or two folks where i am right now that are in litigations with this management company !! oddly enough i just went into the google reviews as the place looked nice and PINNACLE manages this place and everyone has the same complaints !! bills getting higher for no apparent reason and attempts to collect on wear and tear? i am going to check them in bbb how are they still in business !!? weird i am staying away

This complex is an absolute joke. I was given rental quotes as well as fees for moving in. The fees were sent via email. I then applied and the fees and rent grew. I was told they change daily. Karyna seems uneducated. She doesnt know how to have a professional conversation. Seems distracted at most. I have never known a company to change the administration fee based on my application. Seems like they want free money. Glad I didnt waste my time and energy.
Horrible. Horrible the New Pennicle Management Tries to rip people off.they first lost my written out check, tried to charge me late fees for their mistake. I lived there 2 yrs normal wear and tear they are trying to charge me over 1,500. Dollars for normal wear and tear theyre charging for everything including the mini blinds, but no breakdown of my refund deposits or the fog key deposit. Will be disputing this. Any Advice???

Ive resided here for 3 years now and have been told that the new management does not care for the older tenants or our service requests. We have been without pool access for the entire summer and were going into August! My rent continues to go up and up based on these factors told to me by staff: the water sewer and trash that is included in the rent was done based on individual usage and now is charged by the usage for the whole building (I have no control over how much my neighbors use so how is that justified?) Paying for access to 2 pools that I have no access to also makes no sense to me! I DONT recommend the stress that goes along with moving into this AWFUL SPACE! SAVE YOURSELVES!!! I would give ZERO Stars but thats not an option.Anyone can copy and paste a response... the response given to me didnt even address my concerns so theres the proof! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!
On 9-8-2017 my friend and her daughter moved into the Avery park apartments (which later became the Sanctuary) within the first week while at work Someone kicked in their door down and took whatever they could grab. My friend and her daughter called the cops and the office manager. A police report was done, but it was the office management that didnt take any action. She came over with 2 maintenance man who just nailed the door frame together and left it like that. Afterward my friend and her daughter lived there for 11 months in fear. Since Sanctuary took over their utility bills started to increase every month. We didnt understand why the rate increase, when the usage remained the same. They moved out of there because it was to dangerous living there. They just got their final bill and it was unbelieveable high considering that the apartment was vacant a month before their lease was up, they understood that they had a final utility bill, but for it to double?? Unacceptable. I would DEFINITELY not reccomend this place to anyone.
Let them know of the AC not working, a week later and it’s still not fixed. Putting blame on the separate company that they have to fix ac but when I call the other company they say they’re waiting on the sanctuary to clean out the ac unit because it was infested w pigeons and nests. The days and some nights are 100+ degrees and we have no working air. Had to find a hotel to keep my newborn baby/family in. Just an excuse of an apartment complex. NOT professional. NOT efficient. && def NOT professional.
I actually am still currently living here and I have children so when I look for a place to live I always check reviews. When I first moved in I always smelled weed when I came outside which is pretty ghetto but ever since Vanessa the new manager took over everything is like great shes always dressed to the tooth and she makes sure the property represents her. I plan in staying here at least a few years I live in bldg 20 and its quite over here
These apartments are garbage. I’ve seen better kept homes in the hood. I should have followed my initial instinct, when a lady in the office screwed up my move in cost and move in date. I never had so many issues with an apartment, so I never ever thought to do the inspection before I sign a lease. Lesson learned. To begin with, my door appears to have been kicked in at some point. I’m not sure if the weather stripping to too thin or just worn down, because my door is always seems open. I don’t have screens on my windows. The paint job is horrible. I can see 2 sided tape remains under the paint; I also see strained of long hair under the paint. I don’t believe they patched any holes in the walls. My bedroom ceiling looks like it was poorly repaired from a flood upstairs. The carpet smelled horrible, they tried to cover the smell with a horrible berry air freshener. There’s paint on the carpet. The kitchen light has black electrical tape on one of the bulbs, the light switch doesn’t stay up. Almost all the electrical outlets don’t hold the plug. The outlet in my bathroom has blown out 2 of my blow dryers. The bathroom sinks have disgusting hair build up in them, the kitchen sink stinks. The A/C doesn’t come on like it should, I have to turn it down to like 72, everywhere else I’ve lived I was able to keep it at 78 and it was perfect, all year longer whenever needed. I’ve called regarding the electrical issues and other issues, then viewed the service request online, whichever woman that records my request doesn’t submit all of my requests... I wrote that & never posted it, because I figured Id let the office redeem themselves. But today someone broke into my unit, I look at how they got in & it appears maintenance made this easy as hell. Maybe not intentionally, but how the hell could they be so stupid to install this sliding door so sloppily. I dont feel safe, I cant live like this, I have 3 small children. Theyre giving me prices of transfers to other units and how much to break my lease, they are out of theyre minds. Over an hour & no one has come to repair the door, I CANT CLOSE OR LOCK MY DOOR. Never will I recommend this place, no organization, no customer service. Ive never even seen security. I just cant with this staff, Im done.
Well manicured lawns. Clean pools. They consistantly strive to appease their tenants since taking over for previous owners. It is wonderful to see the effort put into these apartments

This is the most horrible place to rent I used to live there I don’t renew my lease with the new management, I put my 60 days notice and now a year after I receive a collection from 600 because they make charges to me like crazy they say is for carpet cleaning, paint, cleaning apartment, holes in the walls, broken washer, I go back to the office and nobody knows anything, also I go back to ask my old neighbors and I find out my apartment was completely remodeled they put new carpet new cabinets new appliances so where is my old carpet who supposed they shampoo and the fixed washer this makes no sense at all. This is unacceptable!!! If someone is going thru this get help !!
Listen, if you are very poor, need to live close to something around here or can deal living with roaches, then Id say move in. When I moved in, our heat didnt work, it was the middle of winter. When I called the office, they said it would be 3 days until fixed. My daughter was 3 at the time, we were freezing so I had to leave our oven on and open while we slept in the dining room on an air mattress so we wouldnt freeze. I called everyday begging for them to come fix it. They finally did 4 days later. Everytime I opened a cabinet to get a dish or can of food, roaches would scatter from the shelves. There was mold growing from every crack in the fake wood floor. Popcorn ceiling which is old school. Upgrade isnt anything upgraded. I never used my dishwasher because it was from the 80s and didnt work. A family of 6 lived next door. Walls are paper thin. A few times the police came to my door to see if I witnessed anything and every single one told me I should take my daughter and move, like yesterday. They were shocked I was a white single mother with a 3 year old living in that complex. Its not safe! Even with the police getting called out there every night. Its not safe to walk to your mailbox. My mailbox was broken into and the lock was hanging out of the metal for months after because when I asked them to fix it, maintenance would just come and place it in the hole so it looked fixed but as soon as you moved it even a little, it would fall out. My apartment was by the office and security is one guy who sits on one of the bigger rocks at night time near the front of the office with a clipboard and plays on his phone.
A company named Pinnacle has taken over management and I am not pleased. They do not respond to maintenance calls. I have called them three times: twice about our non-working AC and twice about about in our kitchen counter that has completely broken apart. The previous management company would send out maintenance the same day I contacted the office. So far Im extremely disappointed with the customer service of Pinnacle.
I lived there for 6 months in a roach infested apartment. They sprayed my apartment and did a clean out 6 times while I was there. 6 Times. the office support was so rude when they came to inspect and I couldnt move my things in the apartment because I feared my belongings would be infested too. I lived in disgust and they knew the apartment was infested and just continued to offer spraying the apartment. I had video and photo of the infestation. The apartment was disgusting. When I told them I wanted to leave they charged me an additional months to break my lease. The roaches shouldve had to pay as they were the ones occupying the apartment. I never signed a lease to share an apartment with roaches. Dont live there if you dont like sharing an apartment with bugs and horrible front office service.
They dont get back with you about nothing
Place sucks, they towed my car twice from the parking lot if your registration expired even though im a tenant who pays rent, they are running a racket for that to collect money with the towing company. Also they move in families on the 2nd floor above quite tenants, so now i hear thump thump thump all day.... Over priced for what they offer.

Save yourself the stress and live ANYWHERE but here!!!!Ive called you on March 18th, I have left a voicemail. Ive called you today and left a voicemail. The line does not ring but goes straight to voicemail. In light of that, it is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for you as the reigional manager to not return a message.I have a pressing matter and you and your entire staff have been unhelpful. I have complied with your harassment and inexplicable demand for me to have NVEnergy remove these GOLD BANDS. Now, although my rent and power bills are paid in full, my power is being tampered with and shut off because of the work that needs to be done on a unit that is not mine. UNACCEPTABLE! This has been an escalating inconvenience to me and my family. My rent gets paid on time yet the constant tread on my livelyhood has done nothing but show me the treacherous motives of you and your team threatening me. Just for you to inconvenience me more.I wish to be compensated for your lack of care for me as a respectable rent paying tenant who has been here longer than you and your team. My family and I have notified your leasing office of our plans to vacate by the end of our lease term and I do not expext to be charged.As I have not recieved a return call from you, I will be taking these matters public so others dont have to suffer with your brand as I have.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! New owners Suck! They took away the security. Thats right, no security! They smash 2 windows on my daughters car and stole a giant tool box out of the back of my truck that takes 2 people to move. There are bad people all around here so you better carry protection because there is nobody here to protect you! Im moving asap because its a free for all for thieves at the Sancuary.
This complex is terrible. People from other buildings park right in front of my building making me have to park far from my apartment. I submitted a service request two weeks ago that still hasn’t been addressed. The power goes out in my apartment because of the wiring including the a/c and it’s not considered an emergency. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Someone got murdered in front of my apartment and they acted like it was no big deal. I think a pimp lived next door. Some weird children scariness was happening. Kids ages 2 to 5 sitting on the steps from 5am to 2am. Cops were always there and people always knocked on our door for drugs. The gym was always closed and the three pools were always closed. A lot of ghetto people that didnt live there using the pool when they were open.
Hi Ive been living here for 7 years recently got new owners. Im not happy at all they are charging me extra money for water which Ive been paying for for the past 7 years . Maintenence mans are slow and lazy . Ive paid my rent on the 2nd of May and I put in about 6 work orders that no one has completed. I recently had a flood from the AC they cut the drywall drywall was replaced but carpet still torn and waiting for the maintenance man to come paint the walls... People with animals do not know how to pick up there dogs feces. Theres trash all over the place / old maintenance man used to take at least 2 hours to pick up trash before the day started. Theres glass all over in the driveway maintenance man just drive right by dont even pick it up. Please please if youre thinking about moving here they have roaches that you cannot get rid of because the people that they hire to spray dont even spray right medicine does not work. Also if youre not a marijuana smoker get used to it because marijuana smell is going to become your air freshener. Happy livings at Avery Park !

I have been living here at the Avery Park apartment complex on the North West Side of Las Vegas and I have been very satisfied with the service Ive received I have never had Any problems with matenance issues and the staff has always been polite and professional towards me I continue to live here because I am happy Thanks Avery Park apartment team...
My original move in date was 9.1.18. I pulled up with my movers and uhaul on 9.1.18 and the Spanish chick in the office says oh my gosh we called you on the 30th to tell you your apartment wasnt going to be ready until the 4th. 1 voicemail that I never received to tell me something that important is very inconvenient. Its now 9 .18.18 and I have been in my unit since 9.4 with no closet racks no bathroom racks my faucets in the tub are not secure able barely turn. Ive given them a chance but now its time to get my lawyer involved. I cant even fully unpack because my unit is incomplete.My son and I are still living out of bags in an apartment that i pay rent to live in.DO NOT MOVE HERE.Ana the property manager or whoever she is just gives dates to pacify you while the asian maintenance man sits in the lobby on his phone.The office manager Corina just started working there and does not know anything shes constantly asking the other ladies what to do. Its horrible!The lights by the back pool are all out on all the buildings. I dont leave out of my unit at night because it just doesnt feel safe. Again its horrible and very stressful living here.

Im the same person. i rather give this 0 stars because one time we have alot of mold growing in our water heater and we ask them to fix for us for months but then they finally came but they cut the wall and left a big hole in the wall and we ask and ask to cover the big hole but they didnt come then we file to them to court and after that the got a star down haha. They finally pathced the hole because of the court So we had diiferent colors wall now yeah and also our sink in one of or bathrooms are leaking and we ask to fix but the said no and our stove stop working and we asked and no help and our light doesnt work and we asked and no help. Trust me they dont even help the problems that has be going trough. Thank god we are ready to move out of there and btw dont move here bad customer service here. They can they name and it horrible that avery park. Try more better Avery Park.
