Since I moved in, Aspire and the Staff have been been absolutely incredible. I would recommend living here to anyone. Its always clean, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, many of them friendly, the amenities are AMAZING, and always available, and the the living quality is great. There is security on property, and the staff is incredible.Karen, Ashley, Melissa, Betsy, Ryan, and David are the top knotch in staff here, and always awesome.Karen is one of the best maintenance personnel Ive ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, very smart, able to diagnose any issue, and is a great friendly face around the complex. I know I can rely on her for anything.Ashley is always helpful and friendly, whenever Ive sought assistance from the staff. Ashley is attentive, and sees any issue through to completion. I know that if I call or head down to the office, shell be the one to help out.Melissa is a great property manager. She tries extremely hard to make residents happy, and fix issues as they arise. She is consistent, fair, and really takes care of the property.Betsey was one of the first staff members I met when I moved in. She was very thorough in going over all of my paperwork. She is always a friendly face to see around the complex.Ryan is also excellent. He seems to run a tight ship with his crew, and it is rare to see any issues on property. He always on the move, but always friendlyDavid is another one of the first staff members I met at Aspire. He is always looking out to help residents and make sure that the complex is spotless and presentable.Hands down this has been an excellent experience the last few months. I am happy that I live here. Highly recommended.
Since moving in I’ve experienced nothing but great customer service. Everyone from management to maintenance has been super friendly and efficient. If I have the slightest problem or question they are in top of everything. The property is beautiful and I appreciate the extensive cleaning maintenance does during the day, especially because of everything going on with COVID.
This property is beautiful! You will feel safe living here. Security cameras and fab systems in place. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The maintenance team works wonders here. Karen especially is the best. She is always keeping the property is sparkling clean, whenever I put in a work order she immediately tends to it, always steam cleaning the carpets to make sure they look beautiful and painting the property! We have a gorgeous pool with cabanas, game rooms with pool tables and foosball. Vending machines are available for a late night cravings. Huge gym and yoga room! The staff always organizes resident parties which is really fun because we all get to know each other and look out for one another. I could go on and on, but this is a beautiful property! Ovation is the best property management team in Vegas and that is for sure
Our first visit to this property was great in all aspects of their process. We were greeted by Betsy Nunez whom was welcoming and provided us a tour of what we had come to see, in which compared to other apartments these were of best value and cleanliness, along with a great staff. I went the next day went to visit the property to see the gym and Betsy had mentioned a model like the one we were interested in the day prior had come available to show. Betsy also showed me another model to compare again. Betsy definitely helped in explaining everything in full transparency. This property is clean and has great access to the freeways etc. Thank you to Betsy for being thorough on what aspire has to offer and for your great customer service. Also, I want to thank the property manager Melissa Sabean for helping us when we had questions and being very helpful with her great customer service. This place definitely has quality staff and them along with this establishment is 5 stars. We hope that upper management views this review and the staff mentioned gets a huge KUDOS!
Major shift in management here. They have changed a lot and it’s seems for the better. They fixed the car charging station with a new one and they have been keeping the property really well maintained. Maintenance is amazing. Always on one when I ask for a work order to be completed and they do it in a timely manner and always really polite. I work from home so the thin walls aren’t a issue and if I have a complaint I know the office staff will take care of it immediately
Aspire is great! I absolutely love the location, it is close to the freeway entrance, shopping centers, and not too far from the strip and the airport. It is a beautiful complex, right across from Spanish Trails with astonishing views of the mountains. The new staff is amazing, they really go above and beyond. I absolutely love living here.
Wow, this property is beautiful, clean and the staff is amazing! We moved from across country sight unseen and Melissa, Ashley and Betsy made the transition extremely easy. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! Highly recommend Aspire!
Today I got approved to move in Betsy was amazing, super sweet helpful and very professional.. The property is beautiful can’t wait to move .. definitely gonna update my experience on my moving date with photos of my apartment:).
I reserved a place when they first opened and I have been here for over two years now. The pool is spectacular and I dont need a gym membership anymore. They have two gyms and everything I need is here except a step machine. The office has always been really great and takes care of any issues. The manager Stephanie helped me pick my apartment and really makes Aspire feel like home. When you move from out of state, that is really important.
Aspire is such a nice community! The office staff and maintenance are so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to call home! Thank you for always being speedy on my maintenance requests!
I just renewed my lease and I love living here! The staff is very friendly and they keep the inside of the buildings clean. I lived in a high-rise before moving to Aspire, and cleanliness is the reason I moved. I never felt connected to the community until I moved to Aspire. They have these cool resident events where you get to know your neighbors and the office. This month they are doing a toy drive from burn victims. Never lived anywhere where they did that. Aspire feels like home.
Its unfortunate I have to write this, but this is extremely upsetting. Our storage unit had been broken into on a Friday and the front office did not call to let us know, we had to just by chance run over to our storage to get somethings out. Only to find the door was open and the lock was not fixed. We called maintenance and she told us they were supposed to contact us and also fix the locks. For the record, there had been other storage units that have been broken into and this isnt the first time break-ins have occurred here at Aspire. This is our first encounter with a break-in and it was handled very poorly. You would think they would have called us and fixed the locks but neither was done, so 4 days our storage was open AND STILL would have been open today if we wouldnt have went over.
Great community did a tour and the model is amazing and the complex is really well maintained. Before we moved in I had a chance to speak with a current resident that said if it was 3-9 months ago they would have never moved in due to the way the office staff handled issues and their additive but now the staff was amazing and that there wasn’t anything to complain about at all
Nice community. Great area with store within walking distance and the staff is amazing. Couldn’t ask for better
I am actually quite disappointed in this apartment complex. I moved here from out of town for nursing school and looked at Aspire prior to moving in and the staff really dolled things up and made living here sound so wonderful, but in all actuality its not that wonderful. I have paid my rent on time and a few times even early with a cashiers check and no previous problems. It was brought to my attention today that they have never accepted split checks for an apartment that is shared by two people (in my case) even though they have never had a problem receiving my checks before while my roommate pays online on time. While moving into the complex, it was the worst experience. I had showed up to the complex after ten hours of driving to move in since all the paperwork was complete only to find out that I had never received the lease agreement from the main office to sign prior to showing up. I was never given a gate opener on my first day, so I was locked out a few times and had to tailgate my way in. When my roommate came down a few days later, we had an issue with the parking permit because the office had lost the documentation after issuing the parking permit since I moved in first. The staff here does not communicate at all and is extremely disorganized. To add, the scent of marijuana is so bad now that it seeps through the walls and is absolutely miserable to smell at all times of the day. I am anxiously looking forward to finishing school so I will be able to move on to greener pastures. I normally do not like to give places poor reviews but future residents of this apartment complex needs to be aware of what really goes on here.
Nice and quiet community, friendly staff, the front desk girl was awesome. She was very helpful and answered all the questions my husband and I had.
Beautiful complex in the SW of Las Vegas. Great place to live. New management is amazing. The place is immaculate.
Almost perfect!Cons*Nobody picks up after their dog. Almost every corners of the parking lot has dog waste! Nobody uses the dog waste stations at all!*Next the back gate is chained up. Only one way in and out. It would be nice for it to be another exit. You can only make a right turn on the only exit to the apartment complex.*Lastly paying the rent is out dated. It’s 2017 and no online pay! Everything is online now but this beautiful place has outdated system of payment!
Regular apartment area, property owners forcing everyone out of their apartments because ONE person was emitting a smell. Not worth the effort ! Find another apartment to live at.
Quite place. Nice to be around people and when we have questions that staff is alert and attentive to every situation. Have had no issues or anything to complain about.
Came here to visit a friend who lives a here. The place has the feel and look of a hotel, on the inside hallways. Very upscale, theres pool tables in almost every common room that I know of. Dont try using the vending machines they dont seem to work.
When Nicole left, Aspire went down the drain!Honestly, this entire Ovation company... STAY AWAY. They have high turnover in the office, so that speaks volumes alone! When you sign your lease, youll pay $350 for the cleaning fee... but when you move out they charge you for cleaning the carpet! What sense does that make? Then, you have to give a 60 day notice before moving out. Most apartments say 30 days, which is more realistic! As far as Aspire? Its just OKAY. The one-bedroom I had was not size-worthy of the price I paid to live in that cardboard cheap box. Look into other older ovation properties to get your true monies worth! Never again.
If i could give this place zero stars i would. Horrible! They never answer the phones they never communicate back when you leave messages or return your emails. Upon moving out i was accused of having a dog in which Im allergic because of a small stain in my daughters room that they assumed could be dog pee which wasnt. I never owned an animal. Im OCD the place was spotless. They charged me $900 for the small bedroom. I asked for pics of the damages they claim there was and they said several times they would email me them but failed to do so. They sent me the bill twice but no pics of proof since they failed to do a walk through with me which to me wasnt fair Only thing i was responsible for was a door in which has a small hole at the bottom due to the stopper behind it. I dont mind paying for the damage to the door but the carpet had nothing wrong with it. They NEVER did a walk through with me at the end i have called several times to do so and they have failed to answer or call back i had to leave my keys under the door because they werent in the office and wouldnt answer the phone. They send me some huge bill. The looks can be deceiving for these apartments. Its smells precisely of dog pee, they never clean the stairwells, they dont answer the phones, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors talking and having sex on top of that i have complained numerous times with the apartment about abuse with the neighbors upstairs and they did absolutely nothing. Police have been called several times by neighbors and still the property manager did nothing. My car was totaled due to somebody slamming into my car late at night in my parking spot and it was the most horrible experience i have ever been in. I knew i should have listened to my friend when she lived here. She did not have a great experience as well. This place deserve a ZERO!!! They didnt even give me my money back for remotes i bought. I guess this is them pocketing my money and making money off me with the remotes i bought. They credited me for one and i bought two.
Such a nice place to live. My neighbors are awesome and we often BBQ at the pool. The front desk is really nice and they even come and change my light bulbs. The pool is to die for!
I appreciate the staffs response and caring. They don’t have control over everything but they do go above and beyond.
Great apartment love the staff as well always been great to us! Edit: 12/23/16 After the manager left the staff has terrible communication amongst its self, i had given a 30 day notice to vacate early from the property after deciding to move back home out of state i was served with a eviction notice, went down to corporate office to talk to them with no resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, building is also very noisy and that fell on deaf ears was told they would talk to tenants above us never did after i spoke with residents above me they have tried to be lighter on their feet but it doesnt help much.
The office at Aspire has been amazing. Elen helped me find the perfect apartment from out of state. I cannot tell you how stressful that can be but he was there every step of the way. On the day I arrived with my moving company the office was already closed. I emailed the property manager Stephanie, and she came back and opened the office just for me. The maintenance man could not be nicer and the place is beautiful. I feel like I am living in a hotel. They are always cleaning the place and making sure it looks nice. It is really nice to come home and see smiling faces. The customer service I have received at Aspire has been A1.
I was so close to choosing these apartments to move into until I saw the reviews and looked more into what this place is about. Noooo thank you
Nice place very close to the strip Securities quite tight around here so naturally the crime rates a lot lower. Cant say so much for the price of that place but the Landscaping in the layouts pretty nice except it is only one exit and entrance but it is guarded so theres a nice Plus
The community is nice and calm, the look is modern. The staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive. Noise travels easily through the walls and floors. Sometimes people dont clean after their pets.
I paid my rent on time every month for 12months. When I checked out after 5 pm, they decided to charge me for a an extra full day based on a monthly rate of $2,200. I was expecting this to be a social atmosphere for a modern apartment complex. Instead, it was a disappointment.
Been living here for about 8 months now and I can say I would recommend it. One thing thats stands out to me is the Maintenance staff responds to most calls the same day which is very unusual for these types of complexes. The management is also courteous and professional, always willing to help when they can.The complex has lots of cool amenities like: a Mint locker, Vending machines, automated package delivery lockers, and electric vehicle parking. The game room has a pool table and foosball table and the pool is open 24hrs.That being said this is a Hotel Style complex which means the entrances to the Suites are all indoors. For me, that is preferable, but it may not be for some people who are looking for more privacy. As far as tenants go, there is a mixture of families and younger adults in the complex. It is also a smoke free property which means smoking is not permitted anywhere, even on your own porch. This took a bit of getting used to but I can see the benefits for non-smokers.Fixtures are good quality definitely above average, each apartment also has a washer and dryer, led lighting, and stainless steel fridge/sink.My one complaint is the lack of an auto-pay system for paying rent but this is not too big of an issue. Im sure that wouldnt be too difficult to implement in the future.I will definitely renewing my lease in January but moving to a larger unit on the third floor.
The worst apartment ever, the worst attitude, try to take more money from you. Never fix my ceiling and it just keep leaking. When you go to the office, they will just say, we can do nothing, you should send email to the company which they never responded.
Great place to live, love all the amenities, staff is friendly, the place is always clean.
Ive lived here for about a month. Great place! Aspire has that high rise New York feel. Ive lived in San Francisco, New York, and DC. Super clean, new complex, great gym, and you get a lot of privacy. No stranger can simply walk in the complex and knock on your door after business hours. Only tenants can get in the building with a key fob. Rent is reasonable. Seriously, you would be paying like $3,000/month in southern CA for a place like this and $4,000/month in New York and in San Francisco (with no washer and dryer) so Im not complaining.
Moving to Aspire have been life changing at the least, community is Gorgeous!
The noise level is terrible living on the first floor! Love the apartment but the elephants upstairs almost makes it impossible! Living on the first floor outside my patio is filled with dog poop..Not the apartment fault that is a people problem! The girls in the office have always have been very nice. They cant control other peoples issues with their dogs! I feel sorry for the workers who try to keep it picked up.. Except for the horrible noise problem it is very nice.
It’s been such a great experience so far from the day we walked into the community. Maria met us and was super nice, friendly and very helpful. She found us exactly what we were looking for. Stephanie is always helpful and answered all the additional questions we had. Apartment is nice. Very high ceilings. Even though the rooms are not as big as some other places but none of these places have such a nice big windows. Apt is light and clean. We had some minor issue with sink, the guy came within minutes and fixed it immediately. Community is in great location. Lots of stores around. Pool area is nice, gym is clean and have all the new equipment, game room is great too. Hallways have been cleaned every single day. You can always find covered parking spot right by your entrance. Yes, it’s true, some people do not clean after their dogs, which I find sad, since management does everything to keep the area nice and clean. They even provide bags in multiple locations which leaves no excuse for not cleaning after your pet. As a pet owner myself I find it very convenient to have stations like this. Some people complain about the noise. I guess it depends where your apt is located, cause I have not heard any of my neighbors so far. I would definitely recommend this place.
If i could give this place no stars i would! total disaster. i can here my neighbors pouring their cereal in the morning!! not an exaggeration. the office is filled with idiots.
I moved in August of 2018 and will be moving out August of 2019. Heres my experiences while living at Aspire:* Pot Smoking- Aspire advertise as being a smoke free community but sadly it is not. Since Aspire is an inclosed apartment building, the pot smoke travels from outside of the smokers unit into the hallway and in other units. I have told the front office and nothing was done but a note, a month later, on the Aspire portal.* Smoking cigarettes on the property- There is no trash can by the exits of the doors of the property so cigarette butts are everywhere. Speaking of cigarette butts, I came home from a short weekend trip to Disneyland and found, at least, 8 cigarette butts on my patio and an almost full cigarette that had been lighted and was placed on my cooler. The cigarette butts were right next to my patio door and it seemed that someone was on my patio.* The walls are SO thin, that you can hear people conversations and their songs that they are listening to. I was woken up at 4:30 am to Rihanna Please Dont Stop the Music. Many times, the people above me wash their clothes between the hours of 3:00 am and 5:30 am. I have complained about this to Stephanie, the prior manager as well as the property management company, Oviation, and it fell on deaf ears. Stephanies response to me was that it wasnt during quiet hours. They ignored my last email and I have yet to hear anything back from Oviation. Poor customer service.* I have had to dial 911 when I was taking my dog outside to use the bathroom because I could hear (I was outside) a man and women fighting (physically fighting) and the man saying no, stop. I went down to the office to speak to Stephanie after the cops had left and she thought I was the one that did the violence. I told her, no I was the one that called the cops. The only thing that Oviation has handled well was moving Stephanie to a different property. She is by far one of the worst managers I have ever had to deal with.*. There is really no quiet hours here. Please see above for examples. Sunday nights are the worst as you hear loud drunk people through the hallways. (Usually you can find their trash on the carpets of the hallways on Monday morning; well really any time of the week).* If you have a residents parking tag and come home after 9:00 pm (any day of the week) you will not have a parking space in front of the building you live in. Aspire and Oviation do not use the 48 hour towing rule as I am currently looking at an Subaru SUV (that does not have a residents parking tag) that was in front of the I live in for two days and now has been sitting in front of the other building for two days.* Dog poop is EVERYWHERE. If you want to go sit outside on your patio, you will get a strong smell of dog poop. People dont clean up after their pets and Aspire does not take care of their property. They really should think about fining residents that do not pick up after their dogs (there is poop testing kits that other properties use).* The apartments look nice but they are cheaply made and fall apart very easy. When I did the walk around when I first moved into my apartment, there were bleach spots on my carpet, issues with the fake wood floors as well as many other things that were broken damaged before I even moved one item in. I noted these things on my walk through but they were never truly fixed.* The door in building one (in the back of it) door handle has been broken for over two months. People are using trash and rocks to prop that door open which is left open during ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. Anyone can enter building one due to this. Why has the door not been fixed yet?The situations above are just a little sneak peak into how Aspire and Oviation runs. The turnover with Aspire/Oviation employees is awful (three maintenance managers and three leasing agents within nine months). Cant wait until August so I can move to the new apartment complex in downtown Summerlin and not have to deal with Aspire/Oviation again.
BOOM, BANG, BOOM, BANG. Literally all you hear when you try to sleep around here. Were almost in 2018 and they cant build solid flooring. I can hearMy upstair neighbors Microwave beeping. They have to fix this or else I strongly advise to stay away. The noise is absolutely terrible
Totally upgraded and modern and club house is beautiful and opened 24 hours so is the pool most places only during business hours its just really nice go visit
Now Aspire apts is going to come into my apt & year out my toilet & re doing my kitchen sink. no commendation. I have to endure this incomvience & nothing is wrong with anything. Dirty shoes & dirt tearing up my bathroom & kitchen. I dont want or need these makeovers. Shouldnt this have been done before they rent out the apartment? Im so done with this place. Third time this month Ive been inconvenienced due to their ignorence.. Really?
The apartments are decent and there are some nice amenities, but its not enough to make up for the inconveniences in my opinion. The parking here is awful. Theres never any room, anywhere. The office staff is really uptight too. Not very helpful, and stand-offish if you approach them. Like youre a jerk for asking them to do their jobs! Not worth it.
Absolutely an astonishing place. Aspire is a great place to live. Natasha, Marie, and Steph does their best to make sure everyone’s needs are taking care of. This is a great place to have if you have roommates. The Amenties are great two Two oversized big gyms. You literally don’t have To have a gym membership if you live here. The prices are a little pricey but not over priced. I think getting a roommate or having a boyfriend/girlfriend makes this a comfortably spot. Great job Team #Aspire
Love this place ! The amenities are great, nice and quiet and clean community.
Decent price for what you get. The pool and pool furniture are nice. Cool locker technology for when you get packages delivered. Thats about the only positive things I can say about this apartment complex. I would call it faux-nice because while everything is new and looks nice, doors and cabinets are cheap (light/flimsy), not to mention very limited cabinets and cabinet size in the kitchen. Walls and floors are paper thin (you can hear everything outside your apartment - people walking and talking down the hall and every footstep above you if you live on first or second floor). The appliances and floors are nice though. We werent told that the second building would take 2 more months to finish after we moved in to building 1 so we had a lot of mornings waking up to construction (we work in nightlife). Also, 2 months after we move in they decided it was time to re-pave and re-paint the parking lot and spots. So each half of the parking lot was closed off for most of the week.Parking is a disaster. No assigned parking, only one covered parking slip per apartment (even if you live in a 2br with 2 tenets on lease) so if you live in building 1 and get to the apartments after 10pm you have to park far away more often than not. Theres 2 spots for electric vehicles at the front that Ive literally never seen used so I parked there after arriving home late one night and unable to find any other parking and got a sticker put on my car threatening to tow if I parked there again. Emailed the apartment manager about this and got no response.Outdated payment system as well. Ive lived in different apartments for 5 years and this is the first one that doesnt have an online payment system. So my girlfriend, whos never written a check before here, forgot to sign the check when she went to pay (a week before it was due) and the employee gave her a receipt (photocopy of the check with his signature on it, which is supposed to mean he verified its correct). They still didnt catch there was no signature when they went to cash it and got a fee for it bouncing due to no signature. So we got a $150 fee - $75 for the check bouncing and $75 for it being late. We asked for the late fee to be dismissed since we turned the check in a week early and its partially their fault for not verifying it was signed but they said theres nothing they could do - we had to pay it.It also took 5 months to get electricity set up in our name because our apartment wasnt listed to NV energy. And when we got a bill from the apartment for those 5 months of them paying the bill we were overcharged (they gave a month-by-month breakdown of the bill that was $50 less than what they were charging us) and had to jump through some hoops to get them to realize this.We are moving as soon as our lease ends. The Elysian apartments across the street look a lot nicer for about the same price and my friend whos lived at the Elysian in Henderson has nothing but great things to say about them.
I stopped by the leasing office to get information. As I waited a women who worked there was speaking to a resident an elderly women she was so rude to her and seemed like it was a problem for this resident to be asking a question about something. Once she was done she did ask me what I needed, I just wanted information floor plans, pricing etc. She said very rudely we dont have that information if you want a quote Ill need some personal information, I said no thank you and walked out. I would never rent here with her attitude. Very unprofessional and rude.
I like this place but I just can’t.Do not live here if you work nights. Do not. DONT. You won’t get any sleep. It will be like that scene in My Cousin Vinny everytime Pesci tries to get some rest.I changed my review because besides this major downside it’s not a bad place at all. If I worked a “normal” schedule of 8-5 I would live here. They are being considerate to the families by scheduling heavy construction and gardening at 730-8am because all the kids have gone off to school and everyone’s busy. I get it.
I’m just shocked by the audacity of the office. I’ve spoke to the office wanting to terminate my lease 2 months prior to the ending of my lease and Natasha explained that I couldn’t cancel my lease without having my Ex husband (who has been out of the country and unable to get ahold of) sign. She explained my only option is to wait till my lease ends in two months. Today 3/8/18 they told me even though my lease is finished on 4/4/18 I can’t leave until 60 days after both, my ex and I sign to terminate. I don’t understand how Natasha could falsify information just to keep me staying longer. If you don’t have the answer, check with someone who knows!!!After speaking with Stephanie “manager”, she gave phone numbers to Resident Services who don’t answer the phone!!I lived in Aspire in a previous apartment a year before and didn’t sign any termination paperwork when my lease was already finished. The apartment complex is nice but anytime you have to deal with the office it’s a complete nightmare.
I had a scheduled move-in for today at 10:00 AM and specifically called ahead to confirm that I could move-in because my fiancé and I have very different work schedules. I was told TWICE that I would be able to sign the lease and get the keys without my fiancé there (and that he could sign his portion after work). Upon arriving I was once again told that I would be able to get the keys. While signing the lease, the manager Stephanie told me otherwise. Im now left to wait without housing in the heat with a car full of belongings. I understand policies, but not when the mistake is lack of knowledge on the staffs part. Not a happy way to begin a lease. I am also upset to find out that I will be charged to have packages delivered to the property. I have used Luxer One before where residents were NOT CHARGED to have packages. I am extremely disappointed.
One of the worst place to live in LV: the manager Stephanie is a kind of non professional woman (to stay polite) more interested in avoiding working than taking care of poeple concerns. She is the worst and fakest human being I have ever met in this country. The security is inexistante and due to a weak screening, the people are not educated and low level: I saw several time police officers coming for violence concerns including at the pool where you try to relax... the pricing is overrated and the apartments are not very well designed. Space is limited due to the design of the rooms. They LOOK good but behind the look, all is cheap, and built so fast that it is damaged very fast. Maintenance is very slow (can take up to a week to change a light, true story) and the elevator near me was always having a problem and was beeping even in the middle of the night. It’s a very noisy environment you hear your neighbors all the time. Weird for something built in 2016.
I am New tenant at aspire which is ran by ovation managment company. First let me say that when we came to see this place the managment team of Stephanie and Maria as well as Natasha were all very inviting and extreamly friendly and helpful. I was not rushed at all and they answered my every question I asked. We had a great time seeing the property and looking at the various units they had for lease. As far as the apartment I love the floor plan as well as the materials they used as I can see no expense was spared. Beautiful grey wood flooring and a huge island goes great with the grey and white color schemes. Before I go thru the amenitys let me say this I’m from New York originally and I know Manhattan. The ground and building are on par with a million dollar apartment in the city and the price here is very right. We toured many complex here from 2one5 / South beach / SW and many more and not to knock them but I New this place was better prices in a better area and just overall a much better deal. Don’t sign a new lease till you your aspire. The grounds are amazing as well as the amenity and if you have a dog like me and my wife do this is the place for you. Super dog friendly which is great because we love our dog. Below and the pros and cons.Pros- amazing decor in both buildings- huge pool area with a big jacuzzi and it’s open 24/7 and includes towel service and very nice furniture and huge bbq grills plus nice cabanas and they have outdoor showers as well as a nice glass fireplace near the pool.- game rooms in each building which have huge TVs couch’s / a poker table and pool tables / vending machines in each game room as well is nice.- two gyms and they are very open and have a lot of really nice equipment. I work out 3 times a week and it’s a 10 sec walk for me which has changed my love for the gym all over.- they have a dog park with a huge shaded umbrella which is very convenient on hot days.- parking is super easy as there is always a shaded protected area for your car even at 11pm on a Monday there is always ample parking.- there are also garages and storage units which are cheap but we have not had the time to get one yet but a nice option to have.- dog poop areas with trash and free bags every 25 feet is really nice and makes walking my dog hassle free as I never have to remember to bring a bag- gated in the front super safe and electronic keys to everywhere and everything and is in an amazing area that boarders summerlin next to 215 so going anywhere is fast and easy. As well Walmart / Walgreens any food you can Think of it as a ten min walk or one min car ride- my two favorite amenities after the pool and gym is they have mint locker and Luxor package center inside the building which is amazing if you don’t know what they are google it as they will both change your life.- I think it’s priced extremely well for what you get compared to south beach which is super expensive after all the fees.Cons- sometimes there is dog poop but that’s on the people the the managment as they always ask for people to keep it clean. Not a huge deal to me anyway.PS : some reviews on google said managment are not friendly or loud noises please understand if you don’t want people making noise rent a house but it’s more quite here then a house would be in my eyes and the staff is super nice and accomadating including Arthur the repair and grounds keeper he is just amazing. Even the smallest issues he is there in ten min and fixed anything we ask no matter how small. I could not be happier here.
+ Great community+ Pool, bbq grill and cabanas+ Indoor small gym+ Neat lockers for youre online delivery items- Parking is terrible between 11pm - 6am and my apartment room being right near the main office. If youre like me who work shift ends around 2am. Good luck finding a parking spot- Online rent payment. They really need to get this done. You can pay online but theres a $75 fee which is stupid. Out of all the houses/apartments, Ive rented. This is the first one that has that sort of fee. This is only the main problem that I have.
