Danielle and Jullieana are great. A couple glitches with the apartment before I moved in but it was handled immediately. All in all it’s a good place to live. Meg is cool and welcoming! Had one maintenance request and the tech took care of it right away. People complain about the area etc but that’s not the complexes fault. Just keep your life going towards positive things, mind your own business and HEY you just might be happier! Thanks again!

I am extremely impressed and pleased with the management staff - especially Ms Danielle and Ms Juelliana. Also the cleaning staff does a GREAT job keeping the interior, (halls, stairways, gym, and multiple lounge areas), very clean. Although I had to wait over 1 year to move in, it was worth it !

I have lived in Acapella since they opened. I love living here. I have many great memories, happy and some sad ones. Jesus is a terrific maintenance guy. He works very hard to keep our building nice and clean. He is a great young man who doe s a great job here. Ramon also does a great job here. The young ladies that works in the office, Patrice, Carla and Claudia, they all do a fantastic job in the office. They are always courteous and respectful to me and very helpful to my needs. Thank you guys for being you.

I want to tell you.about our detail technician,Jesus Elias he is very important and for us because they is a wonderful workersare always clean and doing a wonderful job to keep all the buildings and grounds clean.And he has great costumer service. I would like to add on and say that I am happy here at Acapella, I have almost lived here 8 years, And the staff is wonderful. Both Ramon and Jesus work hard to keep Acapella clean and runing smooth. We have 3 beautiful ladies in the office, both Karla and Patrice help us with all our living situation. Claudia is our resident coordinator that plans activities, trips and with any resource help we need. She helps us with wonderful food program and transportation programs. The staff and all Acapella are a wonderful family.

I love living here at Acapella. Ive been here for 6 years and all the employees are amazing. Angela is perfect. She is so helpful. She got me help with so many things like food and transportation. Jesus is a wonderful maintenance guy. He did a great job cleaning my carpet. Najelli is the sweetest person here, she is very professional. Patrice is the best too!

I love the entire Staff here at Acapella, Karla is one of my favorites she is very professional and kind to all of the residents here. Patrice is such a beautiful community manager and always makes time for us elderly people, she also make sure we have a clean place to live. I love living here at Acapella.

I love the manager her at Acapella is wonderful, she get things done here at Acapella. She is a problem solver, conflict resolver and professional women. We been living here for along time and havent had a manger like her. The maintenance Staff and Leasing Agent Karla are wonderful as well.

Jesus is a great cleaner and he does an amazing job in cleaning the property. He is a hard worker and very friendly. The all around staff here is very professional and kind.

Horrible and very rude

The service and assistance provided was excellent. Everyone has been very helpful and the property is very accessible to transportation. All staff members are great. I love my apartment.

I have my own w/d where I live you mean they have none.

The staff is great ! help me with food transportation, helped me with all my move in needs, have a lot of activities to keep you busy .

I love being at Acapella Senior Apts.Been here for going on three years.The Acapella staff is outstanding. Jesús Correa is a busy bea. He works very hard. And Ramon Alemán is a great working supervisor with personnelity. Claudia Aparicio is a cute resident Coordinator. Shes learned a lot being here. Karla Lopez is very knowlegable about leasing. And last but not last, Patrice Moore, no Relations, is pretty good at answering questions. Shes great.

We love this condominium; Najellic was very Nice and helpfull during the application process .
