Staff office is the best maintnance is good and always on top.
The photos are misleading the apartments look nothing like they depict. The office staff is incompetent at best they have no idea what their doing and are very unprofessional and the management is rude and untrustworthy and thats being polite. The apartments are over priced and anytime you need maintenance your waiting days to weeks just to even here from them and then they are just there to see if they can fix the problem if they cant your playing the waiting game again.
There is so much wrong with the place,the front bathroom doesnt drain properly,there are holes in some of the walls big enough for a mouse to go through.The pictures on the website are false,he pool isnt open,you cant use quarters for the washing machines only the dryers,and you have to download an app.And that connects directly to your bank account in order to wash your stuff.The only purpose it really serves is a roof over your head.
This place is wack. When searching for a place I immediately put it on no fly list, due to the fact,apt... Tiny Apts. The office is filled with incompetence and are hardly there during the week. Although...Very polite... Do not run this place to maximum efficiency. Also could use some insight on exactly what Does and Doesnt fall in guidelines with the ADA. There are no grip bars anywhere in the apt let alone the bathrooms. Wheelchair doesnt even roll through the hallway without scraping the walls.
Unresponsible people They say theyre open till 6 and theyre never there in their office they take their lunch around 2 oclock I always call their phone number and they never pick up I leave messages and emails and they never get back to me I have over 2 months going to the office and they never open I would love for corporate office to email me !!!!!!!
I been waiting for almost 2 months know they havent told me anything about my application I need to speak to a supervisor I been going to the office its always closed they told me they will call or email me and they havent contacted me at all!!!
Definitely not a first, second or third pick. Something is always broken. Dishwasher has never worked. Stove keeps breaking, old refrigerator keeps falling apart. Washing machines and dryers always break down and the office points you to a number to call (lol) Water issues are inevitable. Our hot water has currently been on and off for the past 3 months. neighbors water pipe just bursted open for the 2nd time causing water damage. Downstairs neighbors sewage tank busted and the smell is horrendous. Apartments have recently gotten broken into. Rentals insurance is a MUST . Playground is just an old broken swing set. These are just really old mediocre / slum apartments. If you have the time to look for something else DO IT.

Truthfully, I had no problems even in spite of the pest problems. My apartment served its purpose of providing shelter for me and my children. However, it was the staff that made my stay there unbearable. I lived there for about 3 years. The office never answers their phone and i remember living in a 2 bdrm/1 bath and my toilet stopped working. They did not come for 2 days to fix it. I thought that since this was my only toilet, it would be an emergency but apparently not. I had to break my lease at the beginning of 2018 due to loss of work hours. Before I left, I spoke with the office staff and explained my situation to which she told me twice that she would put me in contact with some resources that may be able to assist me but she never did. She attempted to go above and beyond for a resident but she did not follow through with her intentions, which I did not like especially as a single mother of 3 toddlers who really could have used the help. Since she never got back to me, we had no choice but to move out. I communicated with the office to set up an arrangement to pay the fees on my broken lease. We had an agreement that I would pay over $2400 by March 2nd and they would not list the eviction on my rental history. Well I paid on March 2nd but later when I went to try to apply for another place to move to.. I found out that during my second year, they placed n eviction on my rental history. This created a delay in me and my children finding a new home. When I tried to call to rectify the situation, they told me they had no information and could not help me because they were under new management. I had an eviction on my record from this complex dating back to 2015 but I had not moved out until 2018! It was an ordeal trying to get this eviction off my record which was wrongfully put there in the first place! They are unorganized, unprofessional, and here we are in July and I still am fighting this case with this wrongful eviction from 2015! I feel cheated because I paid a lot of money to keep my broken lease from messing up my chances to rent again and in the end I still am unable to rent because of this.
They offer second chances so that helps families in las vegas get a home
Could be a little cleaner. Was looking for a new place for my family close to my daughters school. Its right across the street and they have some townhouse like units HOWEVER, when we pulled up to the complex, we just drove away without stopping or parking. Its not well maintained at all and smelled like sour meat... Like the trash hadnt been emptied in months

Yesica and chauntel are very kind to customers and residents.I invite you and I recommend that you come and see the wood-creeck apartments that are in a very good area, they are spacious and have good security service with protection bars so that only those who live there enter ... that is, you occupy a code of security so you can enter the apartment and they give you a chip to open the security gates

I would not recommend this rental to others, the parking lot is very dirty all the time, the pool has not been opened, it is all summer, they do not attend the orders of maintenance things that occupy the apartments, in reality the administration is not really qualified to direct and maintain everything as must be.
