I have had to use USAA for roadside assistance 3 times in the past couple years. Null Towing was called each time. Every time, I was called by the driver to verify my location, ensure I was safe and update their ETA. They were professional and courteous each time.

I called for roadside assistance on May 1st at 8:14 am. I received a text stating that the ETA would be 120-130 minutes. Not a problem. I received another text at 10:48 saying that it was going to be an additional 45 minutes. After an hour I received a phone call from Null ( the service provider) and she stated it was going to be another 30 minutes. Then in the background I here her someone say “ If she doesn’t want to wait she can call someone else”. Null has terrible customer service and should not be the go to business for any service. 3-4 hours waiting is Ridiculous.PS... Had a truck towed on April 30th and it took 3-4 hours for them to show up as well. So this was not a one time issue. Terrible Terrible service!

Everything as far as the timing and convenience was great. Had my car towed home while I went to work only to find out that my cologne was missing that was left in the cup holder. Not that big of a deal but if your drivers are taking any personal items that is highly unprofessional

My insurance company dispatched a tow truck for my car. Null’s Towing picked up the job with an ETA of 90-100 minutes. I waited and waited so I decided to look at their reviews. Everyone who has a negative review is right! This company is piss poor! I can’t believe they are still on the list of companies to be used. Trust me, it won’t be for long because I will be writing and calling all the way to the head of Shelter to have them removed. They never showed up so I had to call back to Roadside Assistance. Now I’m waiting on ANOTHER company. People want your money but want to give you any type/kind of service. Not me! I’m not the one! They would receive 0 stars if I could give them. I am also going to find out if they are a part of the BBB. You have played with the right one this time Null’s!!! If you see Null’s, I suggest you run!

This company is the absolute worst at customer service and professionalism! My daughter waited 4 hours for a tow and never received a tow they kept updating the system saying they were arriving soon but then would say arriving in 45 mins i had to call multiple times and when they answer the phone just saying hello, no company name no persons name just hello, so unprofessional then told me they had to take a police call over any other customer no matter what people pay for a service and expect to recieve one dont take they call if you arent equipped to handle it! Will never use them again i wouldnt give a star if I didnt have to!

I requested roadside assistance the lady over the phone was rude as hell! She was very dismissive and didn’t take any ownership of the situation. She had no respect for the situation or me as an individual! Please be aware of this business!

Requested service for towing my vehicle less than miles down the road. Was informed that it would be a 2 hour wait. As time approached, the driver phoned, stating that it would be an additional 2 hours to get me taken care of. It was nice that he called, but would have been better for them not to have agreeing to take care of my tow.

Herbert arrived in just over an hour (very reasonable time frame)to tow my old beloved Toyota pick up to a local mechanic. Definitely recommend

Memphis PD called then to tow our company vehicle after a wreck. We asked it be taken to a particular body shop. It was picked up and we left the scene. A couple days later we called body shop and it wasn’t there. We called Nulls office and they said they had no record of picking up the truck. They said we should check with city impound lots. After we couldn’t find the truck my partner then call Nulls office, they said same thing. They had no record of picking up the vehicle. A week later we get a letter in the mail from Nulls saying if we don’t pick up the truck they will put a lien on it. It ended up costing us over $900 to get the truck back after storage and a “filing charge”. When I called Nulls and told them we have called multiple times they said we have no idea what u are talking about AND that if I wanted the truck back we had to pay. I don’t know if they did this on purpose or if they are really unorganized. But either way I would never recommended using this company. I have also talked with the City of Memphis about removing them from the list that the city uses to dispatch wreckers. Hopefully this company will be removed from the cities list.

My truck stopped on my 10/30/20. Called for towing services though my insurance at 7:00pm. My ETA time was for 8:31 PM called to confirm they phone was busy. Never got a answer. Called my insurance company back they then called the towing company they never got an answer smh. After waiting and 1hr and a half my insurance company had to call for another towing company to come out. I will be reporting them ASAP!! Oh! My ins company said someone from the company had to accept the job for me to get any info some my question is why accept if you not coming nor responding.. 👎👎👎👎to NULL TOWING.

By far the best towing service in Tennessee my driver Joseph was so nice the whole way to my house he got to me faster then eny one else he Loaded my car up in a matter of 3 minutes I recommend

POOR SERVICES! Will not recommend. Inaccurate timing on when tow services will arrive. Woman at front desk promises guarantees but they do not execute.

Wonderful service. Projected ETA was 90 minutes on a wet, nasty night. Was to my car in approximately 45 minutes to an hour, knew exactly where this country girl was sitting via road descriptions and well I turned here.Super friendly, very quick to load my car in a professional manner. Friendly chat all the way to my house where he walked 🤯🤯🤯 his truck up my driveway and put my car PERFECTLY in my carport where it is safe, dry and I dont have to worry about it.Extremely happy with how my evening ended, after such a stressful car problem. Big thank you to our driver.

Driver was nice arrived quickly and had me taken care of within an hour. I was happy with their service. I was nervous after reading the other reviews, but Im glad I went with them and would call them again if I needed to.

Roadside assistance dispatched this company, first they showed up very fast, then told me that they could not get my car to the dealership until morning. I was ok with that but now they want more money to take it from there lot to the dealership. Even though they already got paid to do it. They have refused to finish the job unless they get more money. They are scammers.

Best place ever got my car towed in 10 mins and eta was 2 hrs I will be using them every time I get a wreck

Very unprofessional company who had us waiting over 2 hours because of mechanical issues with their truck. They did NOT call to inform us. We had to call them several times for updates. Do NOT use this company, you will be very disappointed!

Nulls was sent out via our request on the roadside assistance feature on the Progressive app. Arrived ahead of the time projected by the app which was less then 45 minutes total. Great service!

Waited 4 hours and still waiting as I type this review for a tow truck to show and each time I called for an update the receptionist had the worse attitude as if I was bothering her. I will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to their service. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. She kept telling me 20 mins away and that has been since 7:11 pm. My request for a tow started at 5:40 pm.

By far the WORST service .. the lady operating the phone was extremely rude and can’t tell time ! 3hrs of waiting time when it should’ve only taken an hour and I still had to cancel the service and call another towing company. Do yourself a giant favor and avoid this place . They obviously don’t like money .
