I was contacted by Pete from Gorilla Auto Center, after I had given him my contact information. He, and the rest of the staff were very professional, helpful, and worked with me on getting my 2006 Chrysler 300. I love my car, and I enjoyed the process. This wasnt the experience that I have had at other used car establishments. I also look forward to establishing a service record with Gorilla. I believe they are thorough, fair, reliable, and honest. Update 6-23-21The customer service and follow through with these guys is some next level business. Communication is key. I had some frustrations and was looking like I may have been dealt a bad hand but these guys didnt stop working with me until I was happy and everything was completely on the right track. Even then, the last time walking out of the shop I was told that if I noticed anything funny, come right back.I cant express how grateful I am for the work these guys did to get me rolling again and without dragging this on forever I would just say this; give them a call. If something is wrong, call. If you misunderstand something, call. If youre frustrated, get level, then call. Rudeness never got anybody anywhere. Call with a level head and be open to solutions. Gorilla auto center has them.

Bait and Switch! I made an offer, they accepted and printed out the paperwork with the numbers we agreed to. The next day I get there with cash and the finance guy tells me his employee made a mistake and I would need to pay $500 more for the same car. Besides his poor business practices his salesmen where wonderful to work with. I would steer clear of this place.Update based on Owners response: I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that the information you have been provided is incorrect. I made an offer on Sunday. The financing lady had to call her boss and the owner of the car which she did and called me back as the offer was accepted. Here is a copy of the sales quote I was provided on Sunday. When I came back on Monday with cash in hand I was told you would not honor the printed Sales quote because you had too much into this vehicle and would not make enough profit. Then I was told I would have to pay $500 over the already negotiated price. My concern is with the financing manager who is playing bait and switch. I took my business elsewhere and will never return. The purpose of this review is to examine your business practices, determine what your business is about and not do this to a customer again. I want to say again every one at this business that I came in contact with was great to work with except the financing manager!!!!

Was looking around for a Nissan Pathfinder for a while when all of a sudden here pops up this Gourgoes 2012 down at Gorilla Auto, so I scheduled a test drive. After the test drive I got back and bought it. The crew down here at Gorilla are amazing, friendly and very professional.After having my vehicle over the weekend I noticed the rear brakes started squealing so I took it in and they gladly looked it over, when I got it back they had changed the brakes, rotors and discs all on the house just to make sure they sell a safe reliable vehicle we can depend on.The best darn car buying experience Ive had an a while. I went with my son to buy his car. These people are fair in pricing, really nice to work with, and provided my son with excellent service after the sale. The vehicle my son bought developed an issue with the front suspension shortly after the purchase. He was asked to bring the vehicle in and they quickly fixed it for no charge. It wasnt a serious issue and the way they dealt with it was awesome.

As soon as the issues were addressed, George at Gorilla Auto Center was very helpful on helping and providing the best situation for my family member. My family member doesnt have the most knowledge about vehicles, but if you are looking for someone to have an honest and thoughtful opinion, George is the man. With my truck breaking down I was in a pinch, gorilla made it easy to get into a new truck, the financing was easy and I have bad credit, theWhole staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.. nobody was pushy for a sales and I will definitely go back for my next vehicle and I will definitely recommend to my friends and anybody else

Not impressed with the accommodations provided by this dealership, I purchased a truck from them just here in the last month, not a small purchase at that, when selling the truck customer service was on point as they started with offering small down payment to take home.. ended up leaving giving double the down payment what was mentioned before they took us inside .. then we get a couple calls the next day ....Well more down payment is being asked. Payed what was asked to get the whole thing over with and just move on. That next day the truck dies completely in traffic !!!! As I take it back because this is not a simple problem you wanna walk away with and a load of debt still on to it back ! They promised and sweet talked to fix the problem this was the same day they asked for more down payment .. figures . Took the truck back just last week for the EXACT same problem .. they have kept the truck for a week no car loaner was even offered . Having a car problem interfere with our daily life’s was not in the plans when purchasing a vehicle from a car dealership not Craigslist . Good luck getting them to give you call to update you on your vehicle, you ring them ..they will NOT ring you ....Truck will be given back after the second attempt to fix. Will keep undated . Food to the mind when making your next big purchase !

Its a SCAM!! They ask for a bunch of info and a credit check just to look and test drive the vehicles.

They are amazing!! We needed a new alternator in our RV and couldn’t find anyone to work on it on a Saturday. We called around for literally hours. We were stuck and feeling totally helpless. Finally we called Gorilla Auto Center and even though they were closing and don’t typically work on RVs, they said they’d do it! They gave us water and apple chips while we waited. Everyone who worked there was warm and friendly. They even ran out to the store to get a new part they needed for the job. In just over an hour, we had a new alternator and were on our way. And at a great price! Cannot recommend them enough! I wish we lived in Yakima so we could go back to them for all our needs!

I needed a new alternator and needed it done right away The girls gave me a quote and I’ve got to say beat the price from everywhere else I called when I took my car they were friendly and answered any additional questions I had with no hesitation. All in all customer service was the great and they did an awesome job on my car I would definitely go back if I ever needed to.

I went to buy a 12,000 car they had posted online and I parked next to a car for sale and guy came out and told me to move it and park somewhere else as if they didnt want people to see my car when they drove by.. spent all day parking similar at other dealerships and was never treated that way... I found it to be very rude and unprofessional you lost a 12,000 sale because of that good job.

By far one of the most proffesional used car dealer.Helped us get a great deal on A Toyota Camry.EDIT:They Sold Us a crashed car that had hidden rust and hidden damages on the frame.Careful what you buy...Very deceptive and im super dissapointed.The tires were worn out and lights started coming on 3 weeks after.Had given them 5 stars but they dont even deserve 1.Thanks for the lies.Also the engine had metal shards in the oil once i opened the cap and the engine was burning oil.The car needed an alignment and was messing up the suspension.The Seller was nice and now i know why.Not once was i told any of this.
