After 2 years of unattended to maintenance requests, constant holes in the ceiling leaking dirty water over the shower, damages from bed bugs, damages in the walls due to water damage, an air conditioner that never works, the daily gunshots and police cars outside, filthy hallways, Prime Apartments falsely accused me and my 2 roommates of changing locks on the front door THAT THEIR MAINTENANCE GUYS PUT IN and evicted us for nuisance. You know the property is being poorly run when there’s a brand new set of leasing agents every couple of weeks in the office. I just picked up my last bit of belongings today and BY LAW management/landlord is to keep my property in safe keeping for 30 days before discarding of anything yet $2,000 worth of merchandise is missing from my closet, my closet had been ransacked and lastly after signing a document and writing a statement saying that I was done picking everything up, management has the audacity to trash that document and reprint another and at the bottom state that I refused to sign at 939AM. Luckily, I happened to take a picture at 11:07AM of their newly printed document with a timestamp when I was leaving the property. LONG STORY SHORT. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR APARTMENT ISSUES, ITS AN OLD BUILDING THATS FALLING APART AND MANAGEMENT ARE THIEVES, PLAY DIRTY AND ILLEGALLY FORGE DOCUMENTS !!! Stay tuned to the local news for a report on PRIME!
Old building with tons of high priority maintenance issues. I was warned before I moved in by prior tenants but didn’t listen. The first month, the air conditioner went out and it took weeks to repair(JUNE).-Water leaked from the walls. Thought it was the refrigerator. Took maintenance weeks to come look at it. I would come home from working all day to find at least a gallon of water on my kitchen floor. After doing some investigating, I found the water was coming from the walls. Water was leaking from a dripping pipe. Took another couple of weeks to repair. A big hole was drilled behind the kitchen wall to fix the leak....the hole never filled.-Sink in the master bath leaked for a while. Took some time to replace.-Tub in the guest bath was leaking onto the downstairs neighbor.-Hallway carpet always wet because of leaking pipes. A FRIEND WHO IS A PLUMBER TOLD ME TO BEWARE OF BLACK MOLD.-ELEVATORS ALWAYS NOT WORKING.This place has major maintenance issues. No apologies from management. Paid them $1375/month for 16 months. After moving into this place I have throat issues. Possibly because of mold in the walls.Definitely listening to other reviews and friends before I live in another place like this.
I was very disappointed! I had been in contact with the property personnel, since December of 2020. They had a rent special where they were working with people that had rental issues in the past.It wasnt the leasing agents it was someone else that denied me. I was told that I was a rental risk! Really? How is that when Ive been renting from the same management company for the past 4 years and never missed nor was late. Not even when the pandemic hit!!.I could of challenged their decision but, I figured if they (whomever) made that decision, it wasnt meant for me to move there anyways.
My AC began to malfunction just as it was beginning to get hot. Milton responded to my maintenance request the same day. In less than a week Milton and Brian spent the necessary time to install my new unit. The new AC unit works well and I am thankful to Milton and Brian for taking care of this before temperatures reached over one hundred degrees here in Vegas.
I lived at Prime Apartments for about four years. I lived there while going to UNLV. It is a perfect location for college students, you can literally walk to campus. I notice there are a lot of negative reviews but you have to remember most people are motivated to write a review based on negative experience. I personally go out of my way to share positive experiences, as well as negative ones. Overall I enjoyed my time at Prime. The staff are professional and friendly. The building is old and has a lot of character but to me that made it interesting. The neighborhood is also very colorful and has a lot of stuff going on 24/7. There is a lot of crime in the area but as long as you have street smarts, look out for yourself, and mind your own business you will be ok. I now live in North Las Vegas in a quieter area. I definitely would consider living at Prime again if I ever need housing again. Thanks for the memories.
This apartment worked out a corrupt deal with a towing company. They towed 22 cars out of the parking lot to “re-pave” the lot. Except the parking lot is just as broken and cracked as it was before. They made tens of thousands of dollars towing all those cars though and we all had to spend the entire day standing in 110 degree sun to get our cars back. This is a typical day at this building. TO MANAGEMENT: DON’T GIVE ME AN EMPTY REPLY UNLESS YOU INTEND ON REIMBURSING ME FOR YOUR CAR TOWING SCAM.
I was waiting to share my experience until I left. But, as most reviews go, I had to get a jump start due to a particular experience with the people that manage and run this place. I have been here for 3 years. I havent had the best financial run during these 3 years, and I have nothing but gratitude for the Prime and how they have allowed me to pay late the times I truly needed it. Well COVID19 happened. I lost my job. I have known the end at the Prime would be near and its been by the good grace of Nevadas support that Ive not been homeless. I received my pink 30 day notice on the door for June. Its my time. I go downstairs to discuss what I could do if the balance was paid, just to know my options (I am still working with some Nevada programs for rent assistance), who knows. The disrespect I received today, which I have looked over since the beginning of my interactions with management, was something to write about. For anyone who cares at this point, there are two ladies working the desk. One available, who Ive known for a while now and usually gives me the respect I always give her, and another I dont know as well but always is sweet to me, and she is with customers. I sit down and give the available agent the pink eviction paper. As I finish explaining why I am here, she says this pink paper means we want our apartment back. I say I understand, but what would happen if a Nevada program jumps on board to pay the balance? She repeats herself, this paper, it means we want our apartment back. I ask what would it take to keep the apartment? She repeats that same line - it means we want our apartment back. I ask for the balance since she is making this awfully awkward, and at this time her associate steps away from her table of customers to hover over this lady who is treating me like Im a 2 year old in the refrigerator. I smile, say high to the nice lady who hovers, and allow her to go sit back down before watching a smile on the person in front of me printing my balance, smiling because of how many pages it is (I am 3 months behind). If I could have smacked the smile off her face, it would have been a pleasure. It was as if relieving me of my home was the most satisfying taste she has had in a while. I hope it was sweet honey. I have no evil against you are anyone, but I will tell the truth. Its going to feel so great to get away from here. The negativity, fakery, dark looks that come from the higher ups here are not worth having around your home. I have had them ask me to do crazy things. I told them there is a whole under the sink, and maybe thats where roaches were coming from. The maintenance guy tells me to place a plastic bag over it, would you? Shall I say more. The washers and dryers run on a working and not working cycle, depending on the time of year. Our remodeled apartment was a joke, full of things halfway completed, which we waited an extra month for them to complete before moving in.Needless to say, they are fixing this 1977 building up, and its looking better each year, but its got a long way to go. The surrounding area is not so safe, but is anywhere these days? I loved my view, on the 8th floor, its what has kept me at bay and peace these 3 years, despite it all. And I would have given them at least a 4 star review had they departed with me better. Maybe they dont care. It will be interesting to see their business-y response. Wholehearted and ready to waste me. What else yah got for me Prime?Best Wishes,
Staff was so nice! Moving in soon and they have made the experience very easy and simple.
If you like loud music all night, gun shots, murders, floods, and getting your car towed, then this is the apartment for you. Rent is not cheap either.
Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Prime Apartments, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Gabbie and Property Manager Alicia!!!! The staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Alicia and Gabbie have always been a great help from the moment I toured up to the day I moved in and continue to be! I gotta say youll be in great hands you will not regret! My application and move in was very easy and quick!!! I LOVE IT!!! Gabbie always kept me on the loop about my application, she really dedicates her time and effort and presents you the very best!My apartment is beautiful and amazing!!! Property is so calm and filled with great respectful neighbors, I as a single mother feel so safe here. If you looking for a great property with amazing caring staffs, PRIME APARTMENTS IS THE PLACE TO CALL HOME!!Don’t forget to ask for Gabbie or Alicia!!! ☺️☺️☺️
Lena & The new team are great. That have made a huge difference and everything they do is appreciated.
Perfect location, great amenities and management is always helpful and very professional.
The new staff here is so helpful and enthusiastic! The level of service has definitely taken a huge step forward. I love the views from these high-rise apartments, and the upgrades that they have done here are amazing. The amenities are awesome as well. Huge pool to swim laps and a fitness center that will rival anything else out there. Great equipment in a huge space. It really is luxury, high-rise living at a very affordable price.
Management blows.. The new maintenance supervisor doesnt no how to fix anything in this building.. No good communication skills with him. I cant believe this place has turned to the worst... Why did the y get rid of the old staff... Ex employee...
LENA IIIII LOVE HER SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST ONES HERE AT PRIME SHE IS MY FAVORITE LOVE HER TO THE MOON AND BACK !!!!!
I absolutely love the renovated apartments that Prime has to offer! Everything is so upscale and beautiful. Rodrigo and Maribel were so professional and helpful. They made the entire application process very understandable and easy. I would definitely recommend Prime Apartments!
I have been eyeing this property for the past year. I currently rent from the same management company, at one of their other properties. Looking to upgrade. I cant wait to relocate. I dont see any covered parking though.
I like this unique property. Nice floor plans and friendly staff,
I love it here and the staff is so friendly. Gabbie and Alicia are amazing. If you need anything go to them.
This is the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed ! They have roaches.Everyday its something new breaking down .I stay on the 7th floor .Elevators never work ! They tell you your rent is 1300 but you end of paying 1550 every month !!!!!save your money & your time .DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE !
Helpful staff. The new maintenance manager Marlon is really nice and takes time to acknowledge you and let you know hes there for you if a problem arises. New building manager is friendly and professional. Lived here since 2011
I love living at Prime! Very upbeat and positive place too live. Staff is amazing! The maintenance team is ON POINT!! My request get done in a timely fashion, Johnathan is the maintenance supervisor I believe but he is just amazing, he comes right away and actually fixes things and doesn’t just do the bare minimum. He really goes above and beyond. Kelvin is new and he also does is on top of his work and is very polite. I couldn’t ask for a better place too live
So prime looks amazing on the internet. I have not had many of the issues that most people talk about (roaches) thank god but Im going to share with you a few experiences. The gate which provides our first layer of security for the property brake down regularly and gets stuck open. Cars are able to drive right in and out without having to use the most basic security. The front door which is our second layer of security is routinely broken. Its currently broken and has been wide open for the better part of 3 weeks. But we have received emails to make sure we keep our access card with us as the door will be security card access only from 5pm to 9am at night. But when I leave for work in the morning well before 9am I find the door wide open in the same position it was the night before. Most recently we lost hot water for 2 1/2 days. An email was sent out about it on the second day about fixing it. Yet the repair crews seemed oddly focused on switching out the lights in the larger elevator.Yes swat was here and had a 5 hour siege with a resident who was hold up in his apartment and police used breaching charges to take him.2 weeks before that another resident ran from the police came in the building and when the police and their dog chased him he stabbed the dog. Not primes fault this happened but makes me question the background checks we get.The elevators are hit or miss, after the police dog getting stabbed we were without elevators for like 4 days... sucks for people living on the upper levels.Currently the elevator that is big enough to move furniture in is broken so good luck to those who are moving in. The pool is only open 9am to 5pm so if you hold a normal job you cant use the pool. But if you over look all of this and dont mind a sketchy neighborhood (some dude was gunned down in the parking lot nextdoor) you should be good...
Diligent staff is what makes Prime Apartments special. Maribel the manager, is awesome! Shes always posting up community events anywhere from pool bbqs to ice cream 🍦🍨social days. Whenever we need maintenance done, Jonathan and his crew are always reliable👍. He takes the time out to listen to your input. Ashley the front desk clerk, is very helpful. She will follow up and get it done! 👌Special shout out to Flor the cleaning lady🧹!! Always keeping it clean with a smile 😁! Thank you to all for making this place an awesome community!!
I had a great amazing experience, the staff was nice and greeted me when I walked in. Also I my opinion the rooms look amazing. The pool and the gym are organized and over all amazing to spend your time in if you live or visit Las Vegas. Another great thing is that the property manager helped me look around and she went over details of everything, she also told me that they were beginning to remodel the place so Im excited for the new look. Cant wait to move in next month.
Gabbie and Alicia are awesome! Absolutely love these apartments.
Haven’t lived in another community that is so helpful and outgoing in my entire life. Sherri’s energy and enthusiasm was infectious, and Robin was able to bring the process full circle and get everything processed. Highly recommend.
Gabbie Abell, is a great assistant manger & is always on top when a problem arises.
The building and the model unit are nice but the neighborhood is so ghetto! I walked into the office and the lady in front (heavy set with long dark hair) was on the phone and didn’t make eye contact or even acknowledge me at all when I know for a fact she can see me. Luckily the lady in the back Robin was there and she was very helpful. As much as I really liked the building and the unit I would never come back here. I was there for a while being helped by Robin and that heavy set lady in the front was on the phone and looking at her cellphone the whole time, came back from the tour and there was a tenant in the front just standing there waiting to be helped and that other leasing agent was still on the phone. Funny how she was “on the phone” the whole time but I never heard her talking! Props to Robin for her patience for putting up with a coworker like that. Lovely building and nice unit but the location is horrible unless you don’t plan on leaving your apartment ever. Plus if leasing agent treats a future resident like that I can only imagine how you’d be treated once you live there. Total turn off and that girl in the front shouldn’t be in customer service!
Before I say anything else I want to mention that Sherry and Alexis were SUPER helpful during our lease period at Prime apts. Always nice and helpful and my wife and I are still friends with them. Weve had no complaints about our apt throughout our lease period whatsoever. We met great people and used the gym and pool daily. Its a shame we had to move back to CA because we wouldve stayed at Prime apartments for sure.
I’ve lived here for two years now I’ve had problems like here and there but the help I receive from the office staff when ever I have a problem makes it worth the stay. Gabbie and Alicia are beyond amazing and do all they can to make you fell like family.
We have rented for four plus years. The facility is safe and friendly. Maribel goes above and beyond to help residents. Prime is lucky to have her.
If I could rate these apartments I would give them 0 stars. Every since I moved here there have always been problems which to top it off they take months to fix what you need to be done even after you tell them constantly. But besides that, the hallways are always dirty and it smells bad. Also, they have rats in there apartments which is disgusting and I have reported this problem to the manager and the manager always says that they will send somebody but never does. With my experience, I would NOT recommend living here.
Im enjoying my stay here.. staff is always willing to help out and maintenance is doing a great job. There are many new changes happening too, cant wait to see the new look.
I recently moved here and this place is amazing, maintenance specifically. Jonathan (maintenance supervisor) personally helped me move the heaviest pool table that’s ever been made into my unit personally w/out even thinking about it, and it wasn’t easy. Do yourself a favor and move here.- Joshua G
Awesome staff! Gabbie and Alicia are super helpful!
WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE. This apartment is nothing but a facade. There is absolutely no security, there are actual parties with DJ equipment at the pool until the wee hours of the morning. My car was broken into in the parking lot but there are no cameras, on a seperate occasion my car was hit but again no cameras or on-site security whatsoever. Druggies and homeless hop the back wall separating prime from the weekly motel next door, security is a joke, I was often nervous to walk my dog.Dont get me started with the ammenities! The dog park has mummified dog droppings everywhere to point you cant see the ground and flies swarm like clouds. Most of the gym equipment is completely broken yet it sits in that sour gym room. The pool is packed with people hopping over the fence and the occasional homeless crowd. The laundry rooms have old smelly applicances and are constantly out of service. There are regular domestic disputes in parking lot and on floor levels which can be heard through paper thin walls, again no security. We had to call the police after a neighbor had a full on bloody altercation they ended up punching the hallway walls and breaking the fire extinguisher glass. Nothing from management.Because it is a really old retrofitted building, there are mutant super roaches that are the actual size of dollar bills, I am not exaggerating and the plumbing was so disappointing. Never enough hot water for a complete shower and a bath is out of the question (this is because multiple units share the same water heater). They sure make the lobby look nice but the finishings in the apartments are cheaply done, for example they install cabinets in the kitchen and restrooms made from untreated particle board so once a drop of water touches them they warp. Anyone that lives here knows exactly what I am talking about. They never answer the phone or return emails which is so frustrating because upon moving out they never contacted us in regards to our deposit and instead sent a bill to a collections company without any correspondence with us whatsoever, yet they provided our forwarding address and phone number to the collection company 🤔.The neighborhood sucks and this apartment is not worth half the price they charge, our one year couldnt have came any sooner. Stay away.
This place is trash. I am not one to complain. I let go of the fact that the office NEVER answers the phone and that I constantly find homeless people sleeping in the hallwayAnd that the elevators are constantly breaking. Now my whole floor is infested with roaches. I have had my apartment sprayed by pest control several times and still see roaches. My neighbors even told me they have been having issues. My girlfriend won’t even stay here anymore because she’s so grossed out! I didn’t have issues until about 3 months ago and now it just won’t stop! I can’t wait to move out of this place. Do not move here.
Apparently I couldn’t live here if I tried, because I have been calling and emailing for 2 weeks just trying to get a printable application because I live out of state and the online portal isn’t working for me. They have told me on the phone twice now that they will send it right now.... the last time I heard that was 3 days ago and still have not received an email or a phone call. If it’s this hard to get an application I can’t imagine what renting would be like.
Ive been a resident here at prime for over 5 years now and I have seen many people come and go and many different personalities as well. Sometimes it is hard to deal with some neighbors but I keep to myself and report my issues to the office instead of posting them online like many cowards I see here. If people would just take the time to be more understanding this world would be a better place. I personally have had a great experience with the management, Maribel the Manager is always in her office working even after hours, all the other ladies that work there are awesome with a great personality and Maintenance is seen on an everyday basis doing their tasks. Flora the cleaning lady is always cleaning after a lot of us! She does a great job as always and she has been here for over 4 years now, very punctual and very respectful person. Great Team! Thank You all for making my stay here easier.
If youre searching for an affordable upscale home, Prime is it! This is a newly renovated high rise that is absolutely beautiful. I fell in love with the dual - master 2 bedroom! They offer brand new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances! The community has so many amazing amenities and carries a great energy. SO CONVENIENT for UNLV students or casino employees as it is right next to the strip & the university! I cannot imagine how beautiful the new years fireworks will be from the spacious patios! You must schedule a tour at this property, you will be amazed!
Not very good service. Things don’t get fixed around here, but they find the money to decorate the lobby. The place looks nice on the surface, but you soon realize all repairs and upkeep are done as cheaply as possible.
Since my last review the maintenance team has been changed and they are really on top of everything. I have since renewed my lease and haven’t had any major issues with my unit. Minor things like when one of the shelves in a kitchen cabinet broke (probably because I had too much stuff in there) were fixed very quickly.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m from the East Coast and my lease was ending so I applied to Prime due to the photos and how nice they were initially! PLEASE be aware apply at your own risk! Never in my life have I encountered anything like this! I was told I was approved, do not worry I have a home after paying over $350 for application fees, they kept switching my move in in which this point I’m homeless and then 3 months later I’m told due to me calling and emailing often I’m DENIED ???????? What? How can you tell someone they are approved and the denied and now they don’t even communicate and still have my money which is insane, saddening and extremely unprofessional! Who waits months to deny an application? After all this time I lost money and out of a home due to them telling me I’m approved, have a home and now denied AFTER 3 months yes 3 months they gave my hopes up telling me I have a new home to now nothing and still no money back! INSANE AND EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS BEWARE OF SHERRI SHE LIED TO ME AND WAS RUDE AFTER I PAID THE FEES
I have been looking for a place to stay for 3days straight, than out of nowhere I stubble on Cambridge apartment, And decided to wait another months in a hotel just to move on the top floor. I glad I did, the places is gated the staff very professional and I have a view of the strip at a great rate. This is it.
Cambridge Apartments they are now called (bought by Pinnacle Corp). As of October 2014 it was taken over by this corp. Some of the residents that has been here 20 to 22 years has been told that they are upgrading all apartments and that means that you will have to move into an upgraded apartment and PAY FOR YOUR MOVE YOURSELF if you choose to stay. All tenants rent will go up 20-30% or you have 90 days to evacuate. These are the people that has kept Cambridge Apartments in existence. The new management announced that they are professionals, if you are professional it does not have to be said. Cambridge Apartments is home to many for years and THEIR SENIORS. They are so afraid that they will have to move not knowing where to go. These people has paid their rent for years on time, wouldnt you think they would want to keep them? Adult Bullying seems like whats happening here. Instead of being treated like humans they are being treated like numbers. What goes around comes around, if you live long enough youll be a senior one day also.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Learn from my mistake.Building smells badly of cigarettes from the walls.Things are not repaired unless you threaten non-payment because of lack of essential services. When your lease is up, your rent will raise dramatically. Ask any tenant whos been there a year plus.I made a mistake and didnt give 60 days notice before leaving. Explaining to the manager at the time that I was unhappy with my unit, she told me it was fine and I could break my lease with shorter notice. That was months ago....They still have yet to give me my security deposit back.Lots of guns. People open carry in the elevators. Elevators break all the time. Like getting stuck in an elevator with a scary dood with a shaved head packing a visible glock and his unfriendly German Shepherd? You can have this experience every day on your way to work. If you rent here, get a gun. Not safe at all.In all honestly the place is full of sadness. The view from your window will be truly disheartening and hurt your faith in humanity.Vegas is cheap. Find a different apartment complex that is safer and doesnt smell bad when the AC kicks on.
I lived here when it was Cambridge Towers. They started making noise all the time remodeling the lobby, but it looked nice. They made a nice small gym to show potential renters, but we were never allowed to use it. It was a nice layout with great views. However, the bathroom and blue carpeting looked like 1970, and they dramatically increased the rent when the year lease was up. I was never able to use the kitchen, as roaches were always present. The final insult was after spending days cleaning, they didnt have time to do the required move out walk thru- then never returned the sizable security deposit.
Toured sherry was amazing she made me feel at home she has a wonderful sense of humor. I would rent there the property was clean she offered snacks also lol yes go to prime
First and foremost the manager Maribel is absolutley awesome very kind, very pleasent, and extremely compassionate to the residents needs.Id like to say that Ive lived in the building for 4 years and seen a lot of employees come and go and have experienced a lot of changed at the building. With that being said I had an issue not too long ago where I had my showers resurfaced and there was a miscommunication within the building staff and management however, without knowing the management had resolve the issue for me and they actually credited my account which was awesome. I also have seen a lot of different maintenance people come and go but the current maintenance supervisor seems to be getting things handled to where they are not coming out for the same issue more than once which is also awesome. If I had to give an overall rating I would have to give them a four out of five and the only reason Im not giving them a 5 out of 5 is because the whole time I have lived in the building I have never had a consistent working laundry room. I have how ever had a great experience with the staff management and my living experience here the units are nice and spacious with nice views.
Im going to really miss prime apartments,Why? Because the good friends that are made here and the great time to all, but sorry to say some people do not care about the people here or families.
I absolutely love giving 5 star reviews and complimenting people on their professionalism, unfortunately this isn’t the case and needs attention of. I call, speaking to the most blunt disrespectful lady named Sharon. After running my own business you must always regardless of question or situation give the upmost respect and upbeat positive attitude toward everyone, even when it’s absolutely not necessary because the name and values of who you work for or own carry along with your actions. Sharon is the “manager” some people slip through the cracks to management, I hope you either change your demeanor or get replaced asap. Prime apartments couldn’t even get me to the front door here to even ask about available units.DO NOT RECOMMEND. Management clearly needs a meeting I’d say, to clear up on how they plan to run and carry themselves!
HORRIBLE COMPLEX they are the most rudest people I’ve ever spoke to in regards to an apartment! Do not apply here or waste money or time Sherri is the worst! Horrible experience and I’ve lived many places this establishment should be ashamed of themselves the way they conduct business! The 1 stars are the HONEST reviews
An old building with a paint job. Renovated units do not appear to have been professionally done, though aesthetically pleasing. History of bed bugs. Consistent water issues. High staff turn over, and Temps from agencies who do not care about customer service. The cleaning lady is a sweetheart. Both elevators malfunction daily. Homeless people roam the grounds. Police are here daily. Have had multiple thefts on premises. Security leaves at 2am. Have had throw up and dog feces in the elevator. Heavy drug use in the neighborhood. Dogs pee in the carpeted hallways. The gym is well equipped. Washers and dryers are unkempt and inefficient. Many UNLV students live here. Would not recommend for professionals or families.
If could I would give this company 0 starsI have applied for an apartmentI have paid $300$50 was an application fee which is non refundable$250 deposit that is refundable if you cancel your application in 24 hoursI had to cancel my applicationI cancel the application before the 24 hours periodIt has been 2 months and i have not got my refund off $250 yetThe worst company everAnd on top of that they are saying that the refund has been send
Ive been looking for appt for the past couple weeks, When I came to prime I found that the staff here are very awesome, great customer service, very please with my experience.
I dont live here but my lease is up at my apartment soon and i was looking into this place. After reading these reviews im staying far away and probably just resign my lease. (The grass is not always greener on the other side). When 90% of the people are saying the exact same thing; thats a problem. Thank God for public reviews.
I have lived in my unit for about a week now. Thankfully I have not experienced any of the bug issues that some of the other people have claimed to have had....This could be due to the fact that Im on the 9th floor and have a newly renovated unit with all new floors, paint, and appliances....Also Im a pretty clean person and dont leave dishes in the sink or garbage laying around my apartment. My only issue with the move in process was that I was never told that the coax line inside my unit didnt work and that it had to be completely re-wired....because of this I had to go a full week without internet in my unit....also some of the things in the unit werent working properly upon move in. My dish washer wasnt hooked up, neither was my garbage disposal, or the hot water to the kitchen sink. The faucet in my tub also would not shut off when I would try and take showers and filled the shower rather quickly until that was fixed. And it took about 3 days for someone to come and fix all of this, which in my opinion is a routine service request. Since all of this was fixed I havent really had any other issue. My other gripe is with the design and use of space in my unit. I have the London 1 Bed unit (the biggest 1bed you can get in this building) and the unit is over 800sq ft but I still feel very limited in the amount of space that I have in this unit. For instance, the kitchen is pretty large but has a lot of open space that they could have used to put an island in, or additional cabinets. There just are not enough cabinets or counter space. Also what I was told was the pantry closet, which is a folding door, to the side of the kitchen area doesnt actually have any pantry shelves for you to put things on....Same thing with the closet in the walkway to the bathroom, there should be shelves in that closet for linen and towels are there isnt. Both closets just look like coat closets....Also there is a light switch in the bedroom which typically in any apartment would be tied to either a ceiling fan, (this unit doesnt have a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but there for some reason is on in the dining room....???) or at least a power outlet, isnt actually tied to anything....so after purchasing a lamp for that room, I cant control it with the switch....it has to be controlled by me walking up to the lamp and turning it on or off with the switch on the lamp.... The good things Ill say about the apartment is that they do have a security guard there at night, even though the girl isnt armed, just having someone there to watch out for trouble is reassuring. Also Sherry in the office is very direct and straight to the point which some people may or may not like (I happen to have no issue with it an prefer that method of communication) but she is also cool to deal with and usually looks out for you. I will definitely be looking to move when my lease is up, just because of the lack of storage space in the unit and the fact that I dont have my own washer and dryer in the unit, but I cant say that Ive experienced any real serious issues living here. All of my complaints are minor.

Dont do it.1 star for proximity to unlv and the strip. Thats it.My 2nd year is almost up and there wont be a 3rd.Staff has a huge turn around (other than the morning cleaning lady which is awesome). Management is cold and instantly confrontational. I get it, theyre constantly dealing with terrible tenants. The building is old and the elevators break almost every week. No joke. I take the stairs.A very serious cockroach problem. Out of the sinks and drains, through windows. While walking the hallways at night you can hear rats running through the ceiling. The new repair supervisor is great, hes taking care of the building one thing at a time and doing things right. But realistically, the list is too much for their small team due to previous ownership/management not doing their part. Btw, building sold twice in my 2 years. The owners probably realized it was more problematic than initially thought when they bought. Ol Cambridge trap.If you have dogs, definitely dont. The dog park is severely underkept. Too many people dont pick up because there is never any bags. Sure you can request it, but expect 2 months wait time. The neighborhood is terrible. Been locked out due to SWAT raid on a neighbor. Certain businesses going on in the building. Shooting (murder) right outside the gate. You can hear every domestic dispute. Rocks thrown at my car late at night while driving Cambridge. Maybe in year or two they can get it together, but rent with caution.
Tried to get info emailed to me about Prime. I followed up 3 times, and received nothing. Their application online is a nightmare, locks up and they are unable to send a printable copy or a printed version. I just gave up, I figured if it is this hard to deal with management, I wouldnt want to do it long term. I see all the bad reviews, so glad they never did follow up, or return calls and emails.
Excellent team! Thank you Maribel!
There are nothing but bugs, not water bugs there are roaches there’s little roaches big ones so that means the baby roaches and the bigger ones they crawl in the kitchen in the bathroom in your room and they do NOTHING about it but tell you there’s a guy who sprays on Friday’s . This place is horrible they’ll make it seem good but it’s really not and they have you sign a paper when you move in stating you don’t see any bugs when first moving in . This place is infested with the roach family, every day I come home I see a bug in the kitchen it crawls under the stove then when I hop in the shower it’s 2 baby bugs crawling in the tub and when I woke up this morning it was one crawling on my wall in my bedroom !!! I moved in 2 months ago and been having this problemEvery single day and I regret it to the fullest because they made it seem as if there was no bugs and I understand water bugs but NO these are roaches and they have yet to solve this problem
Better than most places an better than its neighbors at those awful seigal suites
Washers/dryers break down constantly and u have to wait up to a month or more for a refund check by mail for $1.25 to $5.00 check. Gates r frequently left open. 3 murders half block away. Slum. Not safe. Slobs that never learned how to clean up after their dogs or pick up broken glass. Beer bottles and condoms litter property. Fights, yelling, screaming almost daily. Police are here at least once per week.
Im a very private person, I like being left alone. I invite whom ever I wish in for a visit and then I like being alone again. In many ways, living on the top of the tower provides me that lifestyle. I like the management here but not for the reasons some might conclude. For one thing they are not Humpty Dumpty always falling apart or falling down, they are solid. In the past the years of my acquaintance and consequent choice to move into the towers the management and all of its staff remains the same. Of course the building is an old converted hotel complete with ghosts, a magnificent wind during season that gives one the feel of kewl creekiness. Many of the residents have lived in the towers many years. You should expect any price under eleven hundred dollars per month a bargain in the economically healthy times, do the prices are outstanding. Personally, I dont enjoy hanging out in the lobby preferring to have both my coffee and social welfare either out off the grounds or in my home. There is a spacious lobby for a caller to await me as I often prefer to meet my own visitors in the lobby to escort them up to my place. There is a security door man at night, he is attentive, I try not to pay to many visits to him but he doors buzz the door open when he recognizes anyone at it, which is a nice service. Hes sort of frail but the residents dont live in the lobby. One thing, it is all a la carte here, so I provide my own hotspot, internet, and so forth posing my own utilities including trash, water, electric, and sewer so no one has to worry that I am trying to hi jack or squat on their services. Actually, internet is not provided in the lobby though if one had an emergency they might be permitted lobby access for a few minutes possibly for a fee. There is no social club pursue, no shared television room, no meeting room, no wheelchair hang out room, it is designed for residents to provide their own entrainment and social life in their own home. There is a very small work out room no room for several people at the same time, I like it enough I only use the room when it is empty, so off hours, in and out in less than half an hour. It is not a socially designed atmosphere so it is a life style choice to live here.I, bring a loner, prefer it all. Also, I an almost always home alone for my own reasons, so I dont want to be any part of the world outside my home. I cook at home pretty much a sheet in place. Im not into property management, property development, property or real estate or their accounting, cleaning, and especially not maintenance, I gave up my own houses years ago. Being an aging caucasian woman I wanted what I have here. I dont drink alcohol, smoke, use marijuana, go to bars, play video poker, or even billiards, or play loud music so it works, those that need to live like that need a house.
The management is unfriendly as they spy on you with their cameras they try to control how many people come and visit you the elevators keep breaking down and are unsafe majority of people do not renew their leases. And they try to screw you out of your security deposit Ive lived here one year and Pinnacle management is the worst management company ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
Manager is so kind one of the best
We moved in here in 2015 mostly for the location and the view. When our lease was up the rent went up and we were ok with that. Now our lease is up again and rent is going up once again. I like living here but it always seems to be something going on with the fire alarms. Washer and dryer braking down all the time. The elevators getting stuck. Im actually writing his review from inside the elevator where I have been stuck in for almost 20 minutes now. Its time to move on.
NOT A GOOD PLACE.
Besides the daily fire drills everyday, and the elevators breaking, and everything breaking, this place is OK if you like paying high rent in the middle of las Vegas.
DONT NOT MOVE HERE .....BAD,BAD,BAD ...SAVE YOUR MONEY.....
I was going to move to this place but you guys are scaring me I hope were all being honest here 😂😂😂
Beautiful Property !
