I loved living at Tesora. Great location, great price, and great staff. I didn’t have many maintenance issues, but when I did, they were resolved quickly. The leasing office staff is very friendly and was always willing to help me if I needed a document printed or had questions. It truly is a great place to live! I can not say enough good things about this complex.
Management and website had agreements allows 5 months rentals after a signed approval but had turned around the next day stating the minimum rent is at 9months. Also, It says $50 for application fee but was charged $100 twice and I was told the $100 application fee is not refundable even though I was misled by the website, the holding fee is non refundable as well after 24hrs, and lastly the holding fee 350 is not for holding per the website but for redecorating. It is sad that this place would try to add hidden fees without properly disclosing at the application process. Probably the worst place for hidden fees and non disclosures. The refund I was promised never came through and so I disputed the full amount and 2 months later they mailed a bill for $600 as if I broke the agreement. I filed a CFPB complaint and having my atty to file a complaint.
Tesora is a beautiful, one of a kind community. I toured here and my experience was so amazing that I have to leave a good review. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. A lot of other communities dont make you feel so great when you walk in - but at Tesora, I immediately felt at home. The apartments are beautiful, they are like townhouses. But it was the staff who really made an impression on me. Shout out to Maria and Jill who were both so kind and helpful. I appreciate you and highly recommend this community!
The property is very quiet and the amenities are amazing. The best part is the balconies and patio spaces available. Also, they have a very good gym set up.
When I was looking for my next apartment, Tesora was one of my top picks because of how amazing the staff were. Maria was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond during my tour and I really appreciated how great the customer service was. I highly recommend this community. Not only are the apartments beautiful (bay windows, vaulted ceilings, wood floors), but the team here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Omg, I love my new home so much! I just moved in and my apartment is so beautiful. I have wood floors throughout and high vaulted ceilings. With my interior staircase and attached garage, it feels like I live in a small house instead of an apartment! I could not be happier. Plus, the service here has been nothing short of amazing. Everything, from the leasing process to move-in day has gone smoothly and easily - no issues whatsoever! Its hard to find such a hard working and caring staff as you have here. From the office to maintenance, everyone has been nothing but kind and accommodating. Five stars easily.
Only lived here for two months but couldn’t be any happier. The office and maintenance staff are exceptional!! Love the amenities and love our apartment. Thanks for all your help in getting everything settled and thanks again for my “new to me” dryer.
My daughter just moved into Tesora. So far she has had a great experience. The staff has been very responsive, and the community is quiet and well cared for. Thank you for making this a positive transition for her!
The staff at Tesora makes this property even more exceptional. Maintenance requests are promptly handled. It’s off Ft Apache, yet it had a very serene vibe. I love all the Trees, and other vegetation on property . I highly recommended anyone looking for a great, safe, and quiet a place to live...check them out .
My favorite home! I have lived in several complexes over the years. This location is so peaceful. My apartment layout is great and the people here are happy and helpful. It’s has easy freeway access too.
This post is a thank to the staff who consistently help me with questions about my new neighborhood, and for printing out my resume and other documents. Everyone has made my move pleasant. I’m happy to be here 😀.
Tesora apartments is hands down my favorite home ever! The staff is amazing and friendly, maintenance is always there when needed. They’ve made my experience the best compared to other apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. If you plan on moving here please do, I promise you won’t regret it!
Have lived here for years and still love it. I have a really pretty view of the foothills from my windows. These guys really run this place well and I appreciate it. Would recommend.
So far so good! Ive been here for a little bit now and so far, it’s been a very pleasant experience. Neighbors are great, service and assistance for anything related to repairs has been quick and effective. There has one community event since I’ve been here and I found that to be really nice for any of the families with children who live here. The staff is very helpful and the neighborhood in general is very pretty quiet. It’s very close to the freeway entrance but not close enough to be bothered by lots of traffic and noise which is perfect and one of the reasons why I chose this place.
LOVE living here. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and helpful. The maintenance team is very quick to take care of issues. And the location is perfect. My favorite part of living here is that if you wake up early enough, you can see the hot air balloons taking off across the street!
I was referred to Tesora by the wonderful manager Desiree at San Croix with Ovation and could not be happier with my choice. The property is quiet and very well kept. I have had zero concerns since moving in and am looking forward to the next year here!
I moved into Tesora in the beginning of August and my time here has been great! The pool is nice and clean, the neighborhood is tidy, the neighbors are quiet and they are fast with their service requests. Also their staff is friendly.. Ive lived in two other apartment neighborhoods and this one exceeds both by a longshot! 10 out 10 is recommended! And no... I was not paid to post this review, although, Ovation. If you are seeing this, I wouldnt mind a discount on next months rent? =)
Living in Tesora has been such a pleasant experience. Anytime I need anything, whether its an answer to a question or a service request, its handled in a quick, friendly manner. I absolutely love Jill and Cristina – they have helped me tremendously and I look forward to chatting with them every month when I pay rent. I recommend this apartment complex highly for anyone who wants to live in a quiet, safe, friendly atmosphere.
Moved to tesora after a nightmare lease at south beach apartments. this place is quite and the people here are not partiers. such a nice change from the trendy places.
I lived in Tesora for few years. I liked it while living there. However, my experience when leaving was horrible. I paid non-refundable headache free deposit. That was not so. Jill the manager find loopholes where non are to be found. Seems she gets a commission for that. Jill claims that they needed to do extra work for an already OLD carpet. What is really bad, is the complex and Jill changed my post office lock and apartment lock before my lease was over. I had left the apartment several weeks before and they thought i am not coming back. When i threw away the apartment keys because i could not get back in, Jill had the audacity to charge me for it. I will certainly complain to Ovation about this complex and Jills behavior. She will certainly drive tenants away. I would recommend you stay away unless you do not mind losing money in frivolous claims.
I lived at Tesora for 4 years and recently moved. I really miss the management and maintenance team. Thanks Tesora for a great 4 years!!
This place is great its very quiet and well kept has a lot of grass areas were you can take your pets.
Excellent apartments and staff. Would highly recommend
The staff go above and beyond to make an apartment feel like your home. Always relaible, helpful and friendly. Thank you Daisy, Jill and Christina. Great place to live out here in Las Vegas!
I LOVED living at Tesora! I moved out only to upgrade to a house with some friends, but it was my favorite apartment complex out of the three Ive occupied in Las Vegas. The people in the front office are so accommodating and kind. The apartments are beautiful. The community is quiet, safe, and well maintained. I loved this apartment so much that I cried when I moved out!I read through some of the other reviews to see how they compared to my experience. All of the complaints can be said across every Las Vegas apartment company. Storage is minimal, parking is annoying, and theft can happen if you leave stuff visible in your car/blinds open in your apartment. That being said, Tesora was the lesser of all of the evils Ive experiences and I never felt unsafe living here.
Maintenance is always on it!Specially aurthur aswell as the leasing agentSuper friendly.
These Are so over priced. The Ovation greedy corporate offices could care less about working class residents who, line their pockets with profits. The staff onsite at the property are all pleasant to be around which includes office management, clerical, and maintenance. They are also good at their jobs and accommodate the tenant.
I am paying for the gym, pool, and bbq area,, which have been under construction for months! People dont pick up after their dogs, neighbors are loud, parking has become terrible...etc. Random kids pass through the complex and jump the wall at the back, which I do not like. The varnish they put on the cabinets left fumes in the apartment, even with windows open for weeks and after a few months simply came off, making it look as if I took sandpaper to them. There have been maintenance issues as well. Staff is friendly in the office though. ALSO IT IS STRANGE THAT THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL VERY SHORT OR DONT EVEN INCLUDE TEXT.
I have lived in the Tesora apartments for the past 18months and I have to say although I love the property and I loved Jill from the office, the office staff that they have had for the past few months are not what they were when I first moved in. I have called a number of times in the last two months and NO ONE ever answers the phone! I have left messages every time but I NEVER get a call back. I have to just keep calling until I finally reach someone which could take days. The only down side about my apartment is NO cabinet space. You can also hear your neighbors talking as well as what they are watching on tv. The property is very clean and maintenance is there when you call. The only issue is the new office staff. I miss Jill! She was always smiling and helpful.
Maintainece is slow. Still waiting for a dryer to be looked at after calls, online request, in person visits. A month later, still waiting. Ill probably fix it myself like I did when waiting for the washer to be fixed.Creeking sounds of wood from neighbors upstairs when they walk you can hear them using the bathroom and any subtle noise obviously insulation was not a priority in these units. On a good note the stuff is fairly friendly and having the parks accessible as nice as well
Ovation Complexs are good to live IF you have a gun or brave dogs. I am living at Viviani now, and there is no any security. No security person, no gate code(it always open to every body) and no security camera. About 2 months ago my license plate was stolen but there was not any any camera in the complex, i told them and said: WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CAR, YOU CAN CALL THE POLICE. Then after 1 month, on 30 June, we were eating lunch with my family in pool area, and some strangers from outside of complex came inside our property and 2 wilds lady attacked to my sister in law and my wife that she has disability, because a simple argument. They punch their faces and heads like a killer. So, we called the police and police came and asked to check the pools camera, but the office member said we do not have access to the cameras. So, police officer told them please call us when it is ready. After 3 weeks, the Police is still waiting for the offices calling!!!! Today, the manager told me the camera did not record anything. I was shocked that it is not impossible. I went to the Ovations manager, she did not have any answer for me about camera and said: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SECURITY :-) :-) and she told me GET OUT OF MY OFFICE! Their customer service is like their security. I want to say thank you Ovation that you protected us, and i know you deleted that camera records because you knew it was your fault. You wanted to cover the truth. It is OK, but it is not LOYALTY and not HUMANITY. I just wanted to share my story to my neighbors and new clients that be careful, just watch your family and take care of them. SORRY FOR OVATION AND THE PRESIDENT MANAGER.
The Front Desk staff is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. They ignore the residents requests and do not take care of the property.
I’ve been here for a little over a month. For the most part it’s a good community quit and tranquil, and not to mention the leasing office is absolutely amazing, the staff there is beyond perfect! But some of my neighbors are just crazy, like crazy! Just because I stop to read a sign you put out dosnt mean I want confrontation, I’m a very calm person and stick to my own business because what other people do isn’t my business. But I felt threatened when she ran out of her apt and screamed at me about dog poop. (Note I don’t have a dog or any animals). But other than that it’s fine, just noting this *im never looking or talking to any one else around these apartments.
My husband and I moved here from the east coast about a month ago and leased site unseen. Upon first moving in there were a plethora of problems from things not being repaired to the apartment not being properly cleaned. It was upsetting to move across the country and into a place that was clearly not ready to be lived in. The leasing staff did what they could to try and rectify the situation, including fixing broken things and sending someone to clean. The community itself is well kept, the pool area is very nice, the gym is decent, and there are lots of mature trees throughout. The apartment itself is average, I d say. The counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are nice granite, however the appliances themselves are very outdated, but functional. We like the attached two car garage and the size and layout of the apartment. There are also a ton of windows, which is great! There are a few cons to this place though:There are two, single car garages underneath of our apartment (one under each bedroom) and when the people who use these garages come and go we can hear the door opening and closing and it slightly shakes the room. Renting site unseen we didnt know there would actually be other peoples garages underneath where were sleeping and its a bit annoying. Hopefully well get used to it, but for now we wake up if were asleep. The entire apartment is painted with flat paint, meaning its very hard to keep clean. Anytime you brush something against a wall it almost always leaves a mark. Eggshell or semigloss is a much better paint for high traffic areas. Weve gone through a lot of magic erasers! Additionally, you can tell that the painters here are not the best, as parts of the granite, the stovetop, facet handles, cabinets, etc have paint splatters on them that were never removed. The sinks/vanities in both bathrooms are very low, probably around 3-4 lower than standard. My husband is 64 so for him it means straining his back even more so when using the sink. There are no hall/utility closets in apartment. The only closets are the ones located in each bedroom. Its odd not to have a coat closet or pantry, or at least a utility closet to store things like a vacuum, mop, etc. Keeping these items in your bedroom closet is, at best odd, but will have to do.The door handles are mismatched. For instance the hall bathroom and master bedroom have brass handles on one side of the door and silver on the other. Its not a huge deal, but I feel like if the staff here paid more attention to detail it would have never happened. The HVAC unit is very loud. Its located above the master bedroom closet, which is inside of the bathroom. Even with the closet and bathroom doors closed we can still hear when it kicks on.All in all, I would say the apartment is just average. Its nothing special, but certainly not at all bad. The Las Vegas rental marked is insane, especially in terms of the sheer amount of rentals in the city. This makes it hard to narrow things down when making a decision. Id say there are nicer rentals here, but most of them cost a bit more, and there certainly are a lot of less expensive options that dont offer nearly as many amenities and/or are in bad neighborhoods. The office staff are nice enough and the maintenance team (particularly the manager) are incredibly friendly and helpful! I think well be happy living here for a couple of years until we buy a house.
Tesora Apartments is a great place to live in Las Vegas! Ive been living here for over a year and my experience has been a very pleasant one especially coming from Los Angeles where everything is very expensive and you get very little for what you pay. At Tesora the community and amenities are well kept with the apartments being nice and spacious. The front office and maintenance team try there best to help resolve any issues you may come across. The office manager Dasy is here Monday threw Friday if you need any help. In her absence the assistant manager Jill is always helpful with a smile. At the front desk is Crisitina who is very knowledgeable when I have questions and is always helpful with any of my concerns. I highly recomend Tesora to anyone who is looking for a quiet family oriented place to live.
They delete negative reviews. How corrupt. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The leasing office staff are the nastiest and provide absolutely no customer service.
My car has been broken into twice.Someone who lives here goes through the parking lot at night. When I told the front desk they said “file a police report, maybe they will patrok the parking lot” lol what a laughable response. A police report doesn’t get back the stuff in my car.And upon routine inspection showed the maintenance mold in the shower area from the apartment above us and they responded we needed to schedule an apmt.
For the most part, the office staff is friendly & helpful, the property is clean and maintenance is usually pretty responsive and quick to fix any issues. A majority of my issues come from the fact that the units themselves are not of great quality. I can hear my neighbor snoring every night through the walls, i can hear when they go to the bathroom, are vacuuming doing laundry, watching TV, or simply just walking around. There is NO storage space, at least not in the one bedroom unit i occupy. There is no pantry, no linen closet, coat closet, or storage closet. If you dont require too much space and dont need to store anything, i would say these units would be great for you.. otherwise look else where. i personally have a major problem paying $1000+ a month for rent when i dont even have storage space to store my towels and linens or my Christmas tree which i end up leaving up all year around due to that one little issue. I also find it odd that a lot of the units do not have a patio/balcony. To me it seems like very normal apartment features seem to be lacking here ( mostly the coat/linen closet & patio) Another major issue i have is with Ovation and the fact that they do not have an online payment portal. Working 70+ hours a week, it is near impossible for me to make it to the office to drop off a check every month. Im not one to complain much.. and these issues clearly not large enough to where i feel like i desperately need to move elsewhere.. but for others looking for a new apartment home, there is plenty in the area of higher quality for a much more reasonable price where paying your monthly rent does not become a huge hassle. But dont think its all bad! Like i said, the office staff is generally helpful... i do think they have issues returning calls/emails sometimes, but once you actually are able to speak to someone they are willing to help you with whatever the issue may be. The pool are is beautiful and is great in the summer time & the grounds them self are great for walking around in the evening. I feel like the property is pretty safe and have never had an issue when it came to my safety... which being a single young girl is very important. All in all my experience with Tesora has been mostly positive & i have enjoyed living on their property once i am able to overlook some of these issues.
Its great to live here, but why are my packages being ripped opened? Please speak with employees. Thank you in advance.
The office management is so nasty that they threaten to call Metro PD on Amazon Delivery Drivers trying to safely deliver packages to the leasing office per the customer request. #NastyWoman
I dont care what you think, but tesora is my fav, maybe you should look better
Wow. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service from the Front Desk Staff. They discriminate based on your RACE. If you are a White person - STAY AWAY!
Leasing office employees are rude and impolite.
