They never answer phone calls and the staffs are rarely there. They keep blaming COVID for their incompetence and laziness but in fact just poor management. If you want a proof of their laziness just read their responses to other reviews.
The apts are nice, spacious, clean, centrally located, and great amenities. Despite the ongoing problem with the homeless getting in, a live person rarely answering the office phone, and the floor locks taking several months to be fixed, management doesnt seem to do anything when noise complaints are made with inconsiderate neighbors talking loud and having parties up until 3 am on the balcony, with their sliding glass windows opened, which makes it impossible to sleep, as the noise radiates to your bedroom . And security never seems to answer their phone when you call in the middle of the night. And then you have to deal with tenants leaving their dogs on the balcony, with their windows open, in the middle of the night continuously barking. The resolution I got from mgment about the barking dogs, was to call animal control, without trying to contact the tenants themselves.I feel as if I havent slept in months, without my sleep being broken. So, if sleep is important to you, it would definitely be a problem living here !!
I have been trying to call this property for a week now with no answer or call back it’s the perfect space I needed for me and my daughter so I decided to drive to Vegas from Cali so I could view the property the first attempt I wasn’t able to get in so I went back the next day and I got in the gate I went in the leasing office and the young lady told me that she was on her lunch and could I come back at 3:30 it was 1:45 at that time so I left and came back at 3:30 and I couldn’t get in the gate for almost 20 min. I checked both gates I tried calling on the intercom and on my phone no answer even went to the security desk at the front gate no one there finally one of the residents opens the gate only for the same young lady to tell me that I couldn’t not view the apartment and could I come back in the morning because she had an appointment very unprofessional and inconsiderate of someone’s time I have never experienced anything like this from a leasing office it’s really a bummer because it’s a nice apartment complex I waited in the car for over an hour with a baby to be turned away again smh
It’s a shame that they scam you from your admin fee while applying for an apartment, I had to go through my bank and file a claim just to get my money back!! I was told I would be refunded my $100 back immediately- Umm but where is it?? This is so disappointing especially when I’m not from the area but looking for a apartment in Las Vegas! Times like this is when you should not be taking advantage of peoples money or time. Just simply tell them your going to waste their time and money. SMH. I’m so happy I did not rent from this company. DO BETTER AND REFUND PPL THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
Lovely property! Best property in the area!!! Wrong location!! Police are big on profiling on that street so dont drive, creep! If you must drive, roll all windows down and make sure you have a bodycam and camera inside and out of your vehicle. As well as a lawyer on speed dial.
My experience here was nothing less than superb. Antonios professionalism was outstanding! He took his time, and showed me several apartments with equal enthusiasm until I was completely satisfied! Great Work Antonio!!These apartments have great appeal, wonderful amenities, and are conveniently located. I highly recommend taking a look.
This place is nice the area is trash police will profile you and harass you for no reason. Understand that crime is high in the area so you get what you get. But the apartments are nice clean and gated
Beautiful and quite dont forget secure
Having lived here for almost 3 years this will most certainly be my last year. This apartment is a mess. There is regularly feces in the halls, fire alarms go off several times a month and the gates are frequently broken. They have recently implemented a new service in which packages can no longer be delivered to the resident but rather to the office. I went down requesting my package but was told to come back down in four hours when they would then give me my package. the package was in a room just beyond the individual.
Fun bnb. Good location and gated yet bums still make it past the security features. Right across the street is a weekly rental that lower income people hang out sell drugs and harras people. Large police presence
Its beautiful and has everything you need thanks Antonio.
Visited a couple of good friends that just moved there. Nice place!!
I have never lived there...I live at University gardens on University Ctr. Dr....off flamingo for the past 21 yrs....with section 8, I do not like this s neighborhood, would rather live on the west side in someones home, am single, n/s, great cook, 72, female... but I do unarmed security at lvcc...and I do not drive, for conventions...
Nobody ever answers the phone and the voice-mail isnt set up
Called my lawyer and will be sending a lawsuit their way. Thats all I have to say.
Very nice 👍👍 i really enjoy it
Clean setting and safe with huge apartments
I have had two experiences with living at Las Vegas Grand Apartments, and both have been wonderful! It is managed well, they are very responsive to your needs. Alfredo has been exceptionally helpful to me, and I feel welcomed to a secure community. I had minor repairs that were attended to quickly and efficiently. I am very happy to call Las Vegas Grand my home. It is obvious that management strives to individualize and optimize the best living for their residents, both in safety and satisfaction. Thank you, Alfredo for making my recent move seamless.
Excellent customer service! Also has a great positive energy when you walk thru the leasing office!
Its good
Stayed at LV Grand for 1+ years. Would not recommend this complex. Management ripped me off for over $700 on move out. Cleaned the apt till it was spotless. Still charged an outrageous cleaning fee upon exit. High turnover with staff and you cant depend on anything they say. Response from management is terrible. Amenities are closed frequently. Security is very lax.
Property Management Staff were very friendly and helpful with assisting our community in completing the Census during this unprecedented time. Thank you for all your support!
The units here are fairly priced and wonderfully designed and what makes living here so much more enjoyable is the new managment team. Everything here is run smoothly and efficiently and there are continuous improvements being made throughout the complex. I would highly recommend moving here if you want to truly have a great feel at home experiance while living in luxury style apartments in Las Vegas, look no further!
The property was nice and maintenance was timely the first year I was there. Currently under new management and everything has been going down hill. I put in a work order for the dishwasher in January and every month since it is now April and nobody had come prior to my moving out to check on it but keep marking it as resolved so I’ve had to hand wash every dish since January. It took them 4 months to fix the gate to the parking garage when they should have had it removed as there was multiple accidents and many more near accidents during that time. There is pretty much no security for the property day or night because of this the homeless people you can see across the street often find their way in and sleep in stairwells, restricted areas and even push on doors searching for empty apartments they also pull fire alarms at 4 am and check doors to see who didn’t lock them and rob them this would happen about 4-5 times a month since November. The day we moved out there was people in daylight that found themselves inside and were checking car doors and apartment doors for ones unlocked I had called security 3 times and the front office during office hours 4 times nobody picked up or even returned my call. There was often police called and even swat at all hours for various reasons drug busts, someone was making meth at one point, I’m not sure what the application process is now but there has definitely been a vibe change since the new management. The units themselves are very nice but I do not recommend the units with the strip view as it is by the wash and your view is ruined by the tents, screaming crackheads and gunfire at all hours, you’ll also be the first to see the fire dept and police fish out the floating corpses when it rains and the wash floods. For the money you pay it just isn’t worth it when the only real benefit is the convenience if you work on the strip there are cheaper, safer, better maintained luxury apartments and a fresh coat of exterior paint is not going to change the internal issues.
Ok
Hi Jenais, this is Mon (818-137) from Las Vegas, 5 star because of your very nice and satisfactory response every time there is needed to be done. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
My experience with this whole apartment was horrible. Nobody seems to have time to explain anything and stuff was rude. They just gave me the run around with the paperwork. I wasnt happy how they handle all my paperwork. Hopefully in the future this place have better customer service so help the paying customers succeed in these transactions.
Nice place
Beautiful place but in some apartments during the night very loud music..during the day a lot of security and at night nobody appears to silence those who have loud music..I am very disappointed in such a beautiful place to live.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 stars I would.
Nice apartments. In not a great area. Pool has great view
Fancy
The location is on the border with the ghetto. The building is close to a gas station and during the night youll see all kind of suspicious people: drug dealers, homeless people etc. The apartments are dark inside, no matter which side you have. The management is HORRIBLE: they will never repair the pool and the Spa which ALWAYS have problems: the pool is freaking cold, it takes up to 2 weeks to be repaired, it works for a couple of days and then breaks again. If you call them they will always lie: either is the heater, either they need to hire someone, either is from the tap, etc. same with the SPA. The water is boiling hot, or the bubbles dont work. Last summer they CLOSED the whole pool/spa/tennis court because some idiot forgot a cigarette and set a trash bin on fire in the mens room. They lied to us for the whole summer, saying they need to make renovations and they cant open the amenities because the rules says they cant open without a functioning toilet. After three months theyve opened it, and it turned out, they didnt do anything. They only replaced the trash can. NOTHING. Now, the mens toilet is CLOSED, so we only have one toilet. so, management, it seems you can function with one toilet after all. They only care to take your money and dont give a damn, that they have also responsibilities for us. If you are late ONE day, you pay penalties, they are very fast to do that, but if you report something is broken it takes months to fix it. I guess they dont care because people keep moving in, especially the UNLV students, not knowing the reality about that horrible management.
Beautiful
The place is well kept. Its clean and quiet
Unclean, some of the staff are rude, most things need repair or its closed when you want to use it. Outside appearance is clean, just not inside carpets, walls, doors all stained and smell.
Ive lived in this apartment complex for 2, going on 3 years. Located across the street from UNLV, has made this the perfect location for me. And yes, it is located on the edge of the ghetto. So as a resident, sometimes Im put on edge, especially when Im walking to class early in the morning or coming home late at night. However, the Metro Police HQ is located just 2 blocks away on Swenson. With that being said safety doesnt concern me, plus the property is gated for both the entrances to the property and the parking garage (which is for residents only). This leads me into my second topic, maintenance issues. There have been times when the gates in particular, are broken or down for service for extended periods. However, we all live in the same place (over 100 of us) and use the same equipment, it doesnt help that people are impatient or ignorant and RAM THEIR CARS INTO THE GATES. Not to mention, the property is a unique design and going on its 9th year of service. So when it comes to things like the spa, pool, gates, and other amenities that people interact with on a day to day basis I EXPECT there to be problems (sometimes sequentially) and so should you. Maintenance doesnt come swiftly, because of the aforementioned unique design. But the staff do everything they can in a timely manner to resolve such problems, especially our property manager. Nothing here gets put off because the staff dont care about us. Its often a problem caused by the service providers and the fact that theres no one service provider for every amenity.Speaking of the staff, dont let these other reviews fool you. The staff is AMAZING. Our current property manager has worked her way up through the ranks from leasing agent to where she is now. Even if shes busy, struggling, or stressed she will make time to address problems the residents are experiencing and speak with them face-to-face. However, she is very blunt and honest, and will not hesitate to tell you if a problem wont be fixed for an extended period of time for a variety of reasons. And people dont like that... Our assistant manager, concierge, and head of maintenance are all great. And there hasnt been a single time when Ive gone down to the office to; pick up a package, report an issue, or make a payment where theyve been lazing around not doing anything. Theyre always hard at working servicing the residents.Every month there are social events like; free breakfast on a Saturday, Paint and Vino, Holiday themed parties, Bingo, and several other events that our new Concierge comes up with. The business center is great if you need a computer to work on / documents to print, professionally meet with a client or business partner, a quiet place to read, or simply enjoy the free tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. The gym is open 24 hours (great for obscure college hours). And nightly security details. If youve made it this far through my rant, thank you. I felt this was needed, given the other reviews I’ve been reading. TLDR; I love living here, and I dont plan on moving for a long time.
Had a great trip with my bro shooting the next video 🎬🎥🎥
This apartment are really nice, in my side of the building usually my neighbors are quite.Nice pool and jacuzzi . The gym looks good but I think they need a better cardio machines.Comunidad de apartamentos linda. Mis vecinos regularmente son callados. Piscina y jacuzzi son buenos. El gym necesita mejor equipo. Lugar tranquilo y seguro.
Community = 4: Mostly students and professionals. It does stay pretty quiet aside from the normal passing rudeness that comes with living among students (loud music from cars, screaming in the garage, etc). The company/concierge does try to create community events; we havent attended any but they are usually well reviewed (i.e. Octoberfest with 13 beer selections, Sunday breakfasts, etc.).Grounds = 2: Inside the gates, everything is okay. For the most part, the trash is picked up. Now... outside the gate is a different story. Some of it is their property, some isnt; however, youd think they would pick up the trash directly outside their front entrance even if it wasnt considered part of their property.Would you keep trash littered outside your front lawn and just say the city needs to handle that? Probably not.Crime/Safety = 1: Again, inside the gates, everything seems fine. However, we realized that all of the gates are high enough that even a large human could roll underneath.About a month ago, some homeless guy got in and was jumping from car to car outside the garage. Two months ago, a homeless guy set all of his stuff on fire about 3-6 feet outside of the gate. It caused a small explosion and there was a lot of smoke. Realistically, if he had any kind of lighter fluid he would have been able to get it into the complex quite easily. A month ago, a homeless guy got stuck in the drainage tunnel directly outside our window; it took hours for the police to get him out, and they had to cut down two gates to do it.Most of this stuff only affected us because it was late at night or really loud, etc. This isnt the kind of place where you can go for a walk/run right outside your neighborhood.Staff = 3-4 (depending on the day): For the most part, the office staff is pretty nice. However, when they get busy they can get a little snippy. Sadly, they are usually busy, so for the most part Id give them a 3. Also, they can be kind of all over the place. We still havent been given any information about things we should have been told upon move-in. One person said another person would help us and vice versa. Weve lived here for a couple of months now, so we just leave things alone at this point.Basically, if they are having a good day, you will get 4 star service or better. If they are having a bad day, you will get 3 star service or worse.Amenities = 4: Everything in the photos online is legit. Great gym, really nice pool upstairs. The only reason I wont give 5 stars is the quality of some things offered has faded since the initial reno.Location = 4-5: Pretty close to everything, but pretty much everything it is close to is dirty. While this place is only a mile from the strip, the mile is definitely clear.Basically, if you want to live in a location where even your grocery store, shopping centers and restaurants are nice, do not move in here.Views = 2-3: The east side of our apartment faces some mountains, but the south side of our apartment faces part of the UNLV campus. Which part are we across from? The giant solar panels. So the view outside our master bedroom and both balconies is two giant solar panels, a dirty sewer, and construction on Flamingo Road.Maintenance = 2-3: Staff is okay, there is one guy who is really nice... but for the most part, they will talk to you 1) any kind of way and 2) like you are an idiot. I know I dont appreciate being lied to, talked over or repeatedly given excuses. If you can find a way to fix something yourself, a YouTube video will probably be of more help. The cleaning staff is nice, but make sure you check your place out thoroughly upon move-in. Everything above 5.5/6ft in the apartment was untouched; the new resident should not be the one getting on the ladder to clean up, especially in the kitchen.Apartment = 3-4: For the most part, we have a nice apartment. Still, the things we are paying for are cheap or fake imitations. The renovations completed by the current company have seen their fair share of destruction since.
I lived here....it has gone to the dogs, litterally!! NO security, it is one big college dorm!! The granite they advertise is FAKE....The planes are so loud you can not hear your TV, can not open windows because of that and the noisy neighbors, and barking dogs!!!! assigned parking is a joke. (and they plan to have open parking in garage as of Feb, You can nt have guests, there is no where to park them. Horrible place it has become.
The longer I live here, the lower the quality. Everything breaks down and takes ages to repair. Strangers coming in and out as they please. Vehicles broken into inside gated garage. Change of personnel every quarter it seems...
